أَحَدٌ
A word in the Arabic language will either be 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – أَحَدٌ is a noun

أَحَدٌ is the natural state of an indefinite noun and it is in this state ( مَرْفُوْعٌ) when the noun is: 1) the subject المُبْتَدَأُ or 2) the predicate الخَبَرُ or 3) اسْمُ كَانَ or 4) خَبَرُ إِنَّ or 5) الفَاعِلُ subject of a verb in the active voice or 6) نَائِبُ الفَاعِلِ subject of a verb in the passive voice or 7) it’s a noun of dependent declension a) نَعْتٌ / صِفَطٌ adjectives b) التَّوْكِيْدُ emphatic c) المَعْطُوْفٌ conjunction d) البَدَلُ synonym

This word is applied to Allah SWT alone and signifies The One, The Sole, who has been and will ever be, Alone, who has no second to share in his lordship nor in His Essence

and do not believe except the one who follows your religion say, “truly the guidance | وَلَا تُؤْمِنُوا إِلَّا لِمَنْ تَبِعَ دِيْنَكُمْ قُلْ إِنَّ الهُدَى | |
is the guidance of Allah (SWT)” that one is given the like of what was given to you | هُدَى اللهِ أَنْ يُؤْتَى أَحَدٌ مِثْلَ مَآ أُوْتِيْتُمْ | |
or they may argue with you with your Lord | أَوْ يُحَاجُّوْكُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّكُمْ | |
say, “Truly, the bounty is in the hand of Allah (SWT) He gives it to who He wishes | قُلْ إِنَّ الفَصْلَ بِيَدِ اللهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَنْ يَشَآءُ | |
