يَتْلُوا

A word in the Arabic language will either be: 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – يَتْلُوا is a verb

A verb will either be: 1) past tense or 2) present or future tense or 3) a command or request verb, also called an imperative – يَتْلُوا is a present tense verb

A present or future tense verb will be in one of the following states: 1) مَرْفُوْعٌ – nominative or 2) مَنْصُوْبٌ – accusative or 3) مَجْزُوْمٌ – jussive

يَتْلُوا is the nominative (مَرْفُوْعٌ ) state of this verb, which means it is in its natural state

Surah/Below are the 7 verses in the holy Quran containing the third person, imperfect verbيَتْلُوا
Verse
“Our Lord, raise from among them a Messenger who will recite to them Your versesرَبَّنَا وَابْعَثْ فِيْهِمْ رَسُوْلًا مِنْهُمْ يَتْلُوا عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَاتِكَ
and teach them the book and wisdom and purify themوَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ الكِتَابَ وَالحِكْمَةَ وَيُزَكِّيْهِمْ
2-129Truly You, You are the All-Mighty, the All-Wiseإِنَّكَ أَنْتَ العَزِيْزُ الحَكِيْمُ
As We have sent to you a Messenger from among youكَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَا فِيْكُمْ رَسُوْلًا مِّنْكُمْ
reciting to you our verses and purifying you and teaching you the Book and the Wisdomيَتْلُوْا عَلَيْكُمْ ءَايَاتِنَا وَيُزَكِّيْكُمْ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمْ الكِتَابَ وَالحِكْمَةَ
2-151and teaching you that which you did not knowوَيُعَلِّمُكُمْ مَّا لَمْ تَكُوْنُوْا تَعْلَمُوْنَ
certainly Allah (SWT) bestowed a favor upon the believers when He raised among themلَقَدْ مَنَّ اللهُ عَلَى المُؤْمِنِيْنَ إِذْ بَعَثَ فِيْهِمِ
a messenger from themselves reciting to them His verses and purifying themرَسُوْلًا مِّنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ يَتْلُوا عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَاتِهِ وَيُزَكِّيْهِمْ
3-164and he teaches them the book and the wisdom although they were from before certainly in clear errorوَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ الكِتَابَ وَالحِكْمَةَ وَإِنْ كَانُوا مِنْ قَبْلُ لَفِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِيْنٍ
