يَعْمَلْ
A word in the Arabic language will either be: 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – يَعْمَلْ is a verb
A verb will either be: 1) past tense or 2) present or future tense or 3) a command or request verb, also called an imperative – يَعْمَلْ is a present tense verb
A present or future tense verb will be in one of the following states: 1) مَرْفُوْعٌ – nominative or 2) مَنْصُوْبٌ – accusative or 3) مَجْزُوْمٌ – jussive
يَعْمَلُ is the natural state of this verb, which means it is in the nominative state (مَرْفُوْعٌ) and it changes to its jussive state, يَعْمَلْ when it is preceded by 1) a jussive particle likeلَامُ الأَمْرِ which is a particle of command or request for a third person, حَرْفُ جَزْمٍ وَنَفْيٍ وَقَلْبٍ a past negation particle, لَا النَّاهِيَةُ a prohibition particle or a jussive noun of conditon أَدَوَاتُ الشَّرْطِ الْجَازِمَةُ

| not by your wishes and not by the wishes of the people of the book | لَيْسَ بِأَمَانِيِّكُمْ وَلَآ أَمَانِيِّ أَهْلِ الكِتَابِ | |
| who does evil will be recompensed for it | مَنْ يَعْمَلْ سُوءًا يُجْزَ بِهِ | |
| 4-123 | and not will he find for him from other than Allah (SWT) a friend nor a helper | وَلَا يَجِدْ لَهُ مِنْ دُوْنِ اللهِ وَلِيًّا وَلَا نَصِيْرًا |
| and who does from righteous deeds from male or female and he is a believer | وَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِنَ الصَّالِحَاتِ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَى وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ | |
| 4-124 | then those will enter Paradise and not will they be wronged as much as the speck on a date seed | فَأُوْلَآئِكَ يَدْخُلُوْنَ الجَنَّةَ وَلَا يُظْلَمُوْنَ نَقِيْرًا |
