حَرْفٌ	فِي is a particle that occurs in the holy Quran approximately 1,701 times	فِي

2-2	That book, wherein there is no doubt, is a guidance for the God-conscious	ذَالِكَ الْكِتَابُ لَا رَيْبَ فِيْهِ هُدًى لِّلْمُتَّقِيْنَ
2-10	In their hearts is a disease and Allah (SWT) has increased their disease and for them is a painful punishment because they were liars	فِي قُلُوْبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ فَزَادَهُمُ اللهُ مَرَضًا وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيْمٌ بِمَا كَانُوْا يَكْذِبُوْنَ
2-11	And when it is said to them “Do not make mischief on the earth” they say “We are only peace-makers”	وَإِذَا قِيْلَ لَهُمْ لَا تُفْسِدُوْا فِي الأَرْضِ قَالُوْا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُوْنَ
2-15	Allah (SWT) mocks at them and increases them in their wrongdoing to wander blindly	اللهُ يَسْتَهْزِئُ بِهِمْ وَ يَمُدُّهُمْ فِيْ طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُوْنَ
	Their likeness is as the likeness of one who kindled a fire, then, when it lighted all around him, Allah (SWT) took away their light	مَثَلُهُمْ كَمَثَلِ الَّذِي اسْتَوْقَدَ نَارًا فَلَمَّا أَضَائَتْ مَا حَوْلَهُ ذَهَبَ اللهُ بِنُوْرِهِمْ
2-17	and left them in darkness so they could not see	وَتَرَكَهُمْ فِي ظُلُمَاتٍ لَّا يُبْصِرُوْنَ
	or like a rainstorm from the sky wherein is darkness, thunder and lightning. They thrust their fingers in their ears to keep	أَوْ كَصَيِّبٍ مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ فِيْهِ ظُلُمَاتٌ وَرَعْدٌ وَبَرْقٌ يَجْعَلُوْنَ أَصَابِعَهُمْ فِي ءَاذَانِهِمْ
2-19	out the stunning thunderclap for fear of death but Allah (SWT) ever encompasses the disbelievers	مِّنَ الصَّوَاعِقِ حَذَرَ المَوْتِ وَاللهُ مُحِيْطٌ بِالكَافِرِيْنَ
	The lightning almost snatches away their sight, whenever it flashes for them, they walk therein however when darkness covers them	يَكَادُ البَرْقُ يَخْطَفُ أَبْصَارَهُمْ كُلَّمَا أَضَاءَ لَهُمْ مَشَوْا فِيْهِ وَإِذَا أَظْلَمَ عَلَيْهِمْ
2-20	they stand still. And if Allah (SWT) willed, He could have taken away their hearing and their sight. Certainly, Allah (SWT) has power over all things	قَامُوْا وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللهُ لَذَهَبَ بِسَمْعِهِمْ وَأَبْصَارِهِمْ إِنَّ اللهَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ
	and if you are in doubt concerning what We have sent down to Our slave, then produce a surah like it and call your supporters	وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ فِي رَيْبٍ مِمَّا نَزَّلْنَا عَلَى عَبْدِنَا فَأْتُوْا بِسُوْرَةٍ مِّنْ مِثْلِهِ وَادْعُوْا شُهَدَاءَكُمْ
2-23	other than Allah (SWT), if you are truthful	مِنْ دُوْنِ اللهِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِيْنَ
	And give glad tidings to the believers and the righteous that for them will be gardens under which rivers flow	وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوْا الصَّالِحَاتِ أَنَّ لَهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ
	Every time they will be provided with fruit therefrom for provision, they will say “This is like the provision of before”	كُلَّمَا رُزِقُوْا مِنْهَا مِنْ ثَمَرَةٍ رِزْقًا قَالُوْا هَذَا الَّذِي رُزِقْنَا مِنْ قَبْلُ
2-25	and they will be given things in resemblance, and for them therein purified spouses and they will abide therein forever	وَأُتُوْا بِهِ مُتَشَابِهًا وَلَهُمْ فِيْهَا أَزْوَاجٌ مُّطَهَّرَةٌ وَهُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُوْنَ
	Those who break Allah (SWT’s) covenant after ratifying it and sever what Allah (SWT) has ordered in it to be joined (reached)	الَّذِيْنَ يَنْقُضُوْنَ عَهْدَ اللهِ مِنْ بَعْدِ مِيْثَاقِهِ وَيَقْطَعُوْنَ مَا أَمَرَ اللهُ بِهِ أَنْ يُوْصَلَ
2-27	and cause mischief on earth. Those, they are the losers	وَيُفْسِدُوْنَ فِي الأَرْضِ أُوْلَائِكَ هُمُ الخَاسِرُوْنَ
	He it is Who created for you all that is on earth, then He established the heaven and proportioned them	هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ لَكُمْ مَّا فِي الأَرْضِ جَمِيْعًا ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى إِلَى السَّمَاءِ فَسَوَّاهُنَّ
2-29	into seven heavens, He is All Knowing over everything	سَبْعَ سَمَوَاتٍ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيْمٌ
	And when your Lord said to the angels “Verily I am going to place a vicegerent on earth,”	وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الأَرْضِ خَلِيْفَةً
	they said “will you place in it one who will make mischief therein and shed blood?	قَالُوْا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيْهَا مَنْ يُفْسِدُ فِيْهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الْدِّمَآءَ
2-30	while we glorify You with praises and sanctify You” He said “Truly I know that which you do not know”	وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ قَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُوْنَ
	Then Satan made them slip therefrom and got them out from that in which they were, and We said “Get you	فَأَزَلَّهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ عَنْهَا فَأَخْرَجَهُمَا مِمَّا كَانَا فِيْهِ وَقُلْنَا اهْبِطُوْا
2-36	down, all, with enmity between yourselves and Earth will be a dwelling for you and an enjoyment for a time	بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ وَلَكُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ مُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمَتَاعٌ إِلَى حِيْنٍ
	However those who disbelieve and belie Our Signs, those are the companions of the fire	وَالَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا وَكَذَّبُوْا بِئَايَاتِنَا أُوْلَائِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ
2-39	They shall abide therein forever	هُمْ فِيْهَا خَالِدُوْنَ

73-7	Truly for you in the day is prolonged occupation	إِنَّ لَكَ فِي النَّهَارِ سَبْحًا طَوِيْلًا
73-20
74-8	then when the trumpet is sounded	فَإِذَا نُقِرَ فِيْ النَّاقُوْرِ
	and not We made the companions of the fire, except angels	وَمَا جَعَلْنَآ أَصْحَابَ النَّارِ إِلَّا مَلَآئِكَةً
	and not We made their number, except a trial for those who disbelieve	وَمَا جَعَلْنَا عِدَّتَهُمْ إِلَّا فِتْنَةً لِّلَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوا
	so that those who were given the book may be convinced and those who believe may increase in faith	لِيَسْتَيْقِنَ الَّذِيْنَ أُوْتُوا الكِتَابَ وَيَزْدَادَ الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوا إِيْمَانًا
	and those who were given the book and the believers do not doubt	وَلَا يَرْتَابَ الَّذِيْنَ أُوْتُوا الكِتَابَ وَالمُؤْمِنُوْنَ
	and those in whose hearts is a disease and the disbelievers may say “What does Allah (SWT) intend	وَلِيَقُوْلَ الَّذِيْنَ فِيْ قُلُوْبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ وَالكَافِرُوْنَ مَاذَآ أَرَادَ اللهُ
	by this example?” thus Allah (SWT) leads astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills	بِهَذَا مَثَلًا كَذَلِكَ يُضِلُّ اللهُ مَنْ يَشَآءُ وَيَهْدِي مَنْ يَشَآءُ
74-31	and he knows not the hosts of your Lord but He and this is not except a reminder to mankind	وَمَا يَعْلَمُ جُنُوْدَ رَبِّكَ إِلَّا هُوَ وَمَا هِيَ إِلَّا ذِكْرَى لِلْبَشَرِ
74-40	in gardens asking one another	فِي جَنَّاتٍ يَتَسَآءَلُوْنَ
74-42	“What led you into hell?”	مَا سَلَكَكُمْ فِي سَقَرَ
76-13	reclining in it on couches not will they see in it a sun and not cold	مُتَّكِئِيْنَ فِيْهَا عَلَى الأَرَآئِكِ لَا يَرَوْنَ فِيْهَا شَمْسًا وَلَا زَمْهَرِيْرًا
76-17	and they will be given to drink from it a cup, its mixture ginger	وَيُسْقُوْنَ فِيْهَا كَأْسًا كَانَ مِزَاجُهَا زَنْجَبِيْلًا
76-18	a spring in it called Salsabil	عَيْنًا فِيْهَا تُسَمَّى سَلْسَبِيْلًا
76-31	He will admit to His Mercy whomever He Wishes and the wrongdoers, He has prepared for them a severe punishment	يُدْخِلُ مَنْ يَشَآءُ فِيْ رَحْمَتِهِ وَالظَّالِمِيْنَ أَعَدَّ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيْمًا
77-21	then We made (placed) it in a secure abode	فَجَعَلْنَاهُ فِي قَرَارٍ مَّكِيْنٍ
77-27	and We made in it, lofty firm mountains and We will give you sweet water to drink	وَجَعَلْنَا فِيْهَا رَوَاسِيَ شَامِخَاتٍ وَأَسْقَيْنَاكُمْ مَآءً فُرَاتًا
77-41	Verily, the God fearing will be in shades and springs	إِنَّ المُتَّقِيْنَ فِي ظِلَالٍ وَعُيُوْنٍ
78-3	which they are in disagreement about	الَّذِي هُمْ فِيْهِ مُخْتَلِفُوْنَ
78-18	the day the trumpet will be blown, and you will come forth in crowds	يَوْمَ يُنْفَخُ فِي الصُّوْرِ فَتَأْتُوْنَ أَفْوَاجًا
78-23	remaining therein for ages	لَابِثِيْنَ فِيهآ أَحْقَابًا
78-24	not they will taste therein coolness nor drink	لَّا يَذُوْقُوْنَ فِيْهَا بَرْدًا وَلَا شَرَابًا
78-35	not, will they hear therein any vain talk nor falsehood	لَا يَسْمَعُوْنَ فِيْهَا لَغْوًا وَلَا كِذَّابًا
79-10	they will say, “Will we indeed be returned to the former state?”	يَقُوْلُوْنَ أَءِنَّا لَمَرْدُوْدُوْنَ فِي الحَافِرَةِ
79-26	truly in that is a lesson indeed for those who fear	إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَعِبْرَةً لِّمَنْ يَخْشَى
79-43	In what (position) you of mentioning it	فِيْمَ أَنْتَ مِنْ ذِكْرَاهَآ
80-13	in honored pages	فِي صُحُفٍ مُّكَرَّمَةٍ
80-27	then We caused grain to grow in it	فَأَنْبَتْنَا فِيْهَا حَبًّا
82-8	in whatever form which He willed; He assembled you	فِي أَيِّ صُوْرَةٍ مَّا شَآءَ رَكَّبَكَ
82-13	Truly the righteous will certainly be in bliss	إِنَّ الأَبْرَارَ لَفِي نَعِيْمٍ
82-14	and truly the wicked will certainly be in hellfire	وَإِنَّ الفُجَّارَ لَفِي جَحِيْمٍ
83-7	Nay! truly the book of the wicked is in Sijjin (a book written)	كَلَّآ إِنَّ كِتَابَ الفُجَّارِ لَفِي سِجِّيْنٍ
83-18	Nay! truly, the book of the righteous is in Illiyin	كَلَّآ إِنَّ كِتَابَ الأَبْرَارِ لَفِي عِلِّيِّيْنَ
83-22	Truly the righteous will certainly be in bliss	إِنَّ الأَبْرَارَ لَفِي نَعِيْمٍ
83-24	you will recognize on their faces the glow of delight	تَعْرِفُ فِي وُجُوْهِهِمْ نَضْرَةَ النَّعِيْمِ
83-26	Its lingering flavor will be of musk so, in that then, let the aspirers aspire	خِتَامُهُ مِسْكٌ وَفِي ذَلِكَ فَلْيَتَنَافَسِ المُتَنَافِسُوْنَ
84-4	and has cast out all that were in it and became empty	وَأَلْقَتْ مَا فِيْهَا وَتَخَلَّتْ
84-13	Verily, he was among his people in joy	إِنَّهُ كَانَ فِي أَهْلِهِ مَسْرُوْرًا
85-19	Nay, those who disbelieve are in denial	بَلِ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوا فِي تَكْذِيْبٍ
85-22	in a guarded Tablet	فِي لُوحٍ مَّحْفُوظٍ
87-13	then, he will neither die in it, nor live	ثُمَّ لَا يَمُوتُ فِيهَا وَلَا يَحْيَى
87-18	verily, this is in the former scriptures	إِنَّ هَذَا لَفِي الصُّحُفِ الأُولَى
88-10	in a lofty paradise	فِي جَنَّةٍ عَالِيَةٍ
88-11	Not will they hear in it falsehood	لَّا تَسْمَعُ فِيهَا لَاغِيَةً
88-12	therein will be a running spring	فِيهَا عَيْنٌ جَارِيَةٌ
88-13	therein will be thrones raised high	فِيهَا سُرُرٌ مَرْفُوعَةٌ
89-5	Are there (not) in these (oaths) a proof for men of understanding?	هَلْ فِي ذَلِكَ قَسَمٌ لِذِي حِجْرٍ
89-8	the like of which were not created in the land	الَّتِي لَمْ يُخْلَقْ مِثْلُهَا فِي البِلَادِ
89-11	who transgressed beyond bounds in the lands	الَّذِينَ طَغَوا فِي البِلَادِ
89-12	and made therein much mischief	فَأَكْثَرُا فِيهَا الفَسَادَ
89-29	Enter among My slaves	فَادْخُلِي فِي عِبَادِي
90-4	Indeed, we have created man in toil	لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الإِنْسَانَ فِي كَبَدٍ
90-14	or giving food in a day of hunger	أَوْ إِطْعَامٌ فِي يَوْمٍ ذِي مَسْغَبَةٍ
95-4	Certainly, We created man in the best form	لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ فِي أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ
97-1	Truly, We have sent it down in the night of Qadr	إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ
97-4	The Angels and Jibreel (A.S) descend therein by the permission of their Lord from every command	تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ مِنْ كُلِّ أَمْرٍ
98-3	In it are correct writings	فِيْهَا كُتُبٌ قَيِّمَةٌ
	Truly those who disbelieve from the people of the book and the polytheists will be in the fire of hell	إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَالْمُشْرِكِينَ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ
98-6	abiding therein forever, those are the worst of creatures	خَالِدِيْنَ فِيهَا أُوْلَائِكَ هُمْ شَرُّ البَرِيَّةِ
	Their reward is with their Lord, eternal gardens, underneath which rivers flow. They will abide therein forever	جَزَاؤُهُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهَمْ جَنَّاتُ عَدْنٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِيْنَ فِيْهَا أَبَدًا
98-8	Allah (SWT) pleased with them and they with Him. That is for who feared his Lord	رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوْا عَنْهُ ذَلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِيَ رَبَّهُ
100-9	Knows he not that when what is in the graves are poured forth	أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِي الْقُبُورِ
100-10	and that which is in the breasts is made known	وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي الصُّدُورِ
101-7	He will live in a pleasing life	فَهُوَ فِي عِيشَةٍ رَاضِيَةٍ
103-2	Surely man is in certain loss	إِنَّ الْإِنْسَانَ لَفِي خُسْرٍ
104-4	Nay! he will certainly be thrown into the crusher	كَلَّا لَيُنْبَذَنَّ فِي الْحُطَمَةِ
104-9	in extended columns	فِي عَمَدٍ مُمَدَّدَةٍ
105-2	Did He not make their plan go into ruin?	أَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ كَيْدَهُمْ فِي تَضْلِيلٍ
110-2	And you see the people entering into the religion of Allah (SWT) in crowds	وَرَأَيْتَ النَّاسَ يَدْخُلُونَ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ أَفْوَاجًا
111-5	In her neck a rope of twisted fiber	فِي جِيدِهَا حَبْلٌ مِنْ مَسَدٍ
113-4	And from the evil of the evil whisperers who bind	وَمِنْ شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ
114-5	Who whispers into the breasts of mankind	الَّذِي يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ
