رَسُوْلُ

A word in the Arabic language will either be 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – رَسُوْلُ is a noun

A noun may either be 1) Definite or indefinite 2) Masculine or feminine 3) Singular, dual or plural 4) Nominative, accusative or genitive

الرَّسُوْلُ is the natural state of فاهس definite noun and it is in this state ( مَرْفُوْعٌ) when the noun is: 1) the subject المُبْتَدَأُ or 2) the predicate الخَبَرُ or 3) اسْمُ كَانَ or 4) خَبَرُ إِنَّ or 5) الفَاعِلُ subject of a verb in the active voice or 6) نَائِبُ الفَاعِلِ subject of a verb in the passive voice or 7) it’s a noun of dependent declension a) نَعْتٌ / صِفَطٌ adjectives b) التَّوْكِيْدُ emphatic c) المَعْطُوْفٌ conjunction d) البَدَلُ synonym

الرَّسُوْلُ loses it’s definite article ال, changing to رَسُوْلُ due to it being a possessed noun

Verse 
and how you disbelieve while you, upon you is recited the verses of Allah (SWT)وَكَيْفَ تَكْفُرُوْنَ وَأَنْتُمْ تُتْلَى عَلَيْكُمْ ءَايَاتُ اللهِ
and in (among) you is, His messengerوَفِيْكُمْ رَسُوْلُهُ
3-101and whoever holds firmly to Allah (SWT) then indeed, he is guided to a straight pathوَمَنْ يَعْتَصِمْ بِاللهِ فَقَدْ هُدِيَ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيْمٍ
O people of the book! don’t commit excess in your religionيَآ أَهْلَ الكِتَابِ لَا تَغْلُوا فِي دِيْنِكُمْ
and don’t say about Allah (SWT) except the truthوَلَا تَقُوْلُوا عَلَى اللهِ إِلَّا الحَقَّ
only the Messiah, Isa (AS) son of Mary, messenger of Allah (SWT) and His Wordإِنَّمَا المَسِيْحُ عِيْسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ
and His Word which He conveyed to Maryam (RA) and a spirit from Himوَكَلِمَتُهُ أَلْقَاهَآ إِلَى مَرْيَمَ وَرُوْحٌ مِّنْهُ
so believe in Allah (SWT) and His messengersفَئَامِنُوا بِاللهِ وَرُسُلِهِ
and don’t say “three”, desist (is) better for youوَلَا تَقُوْلُوا ثَلَاثَةٌ انْتَهُوا خَيْرًا لَّكُمْ
(say) only Allah (SWT) is One God, Glory be to Him! that He has for Him a sonإِنَّمَا اللهُ إِلَاهٌ وَاحِدٌ سُبْحَانَهُ أَنْ يَكُوْنَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ
4-171belongs to Him what is in the heavens and what is on the earth and sufficient is Allah (SWT) as a Guardianلَّهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ وَكَفَى بِاللهِ وَكِيْلًا
O people of the book! indeed, came to you Our messengerيَآ أَهْلَ الكِتَابِ قَدْ جَآءَكُمْ رَسُوْلُنَا يُبَيِّنُ لَكُمْ كَثِيْرًا مِّمَّا
making clear to you much of what you used to conceal from the bookيُبَيِّنُ لَكُمْ كَثِيْرًا مِّمَّا كُنْتُمْ تُخْفُوْنَ مِنَ الكِتَابِ
and forgiving of muchوَيَعْفُوا عَنْ كَثِيْرٍ
5-15Indeed, came to you from Allah (SWT) a light and a clear bookقَدْ جَآءَكُمْ مِّنَ اللهِ نُوْرٌ وَكِتَابٌ مُّبِيْنٌ
O people of the book! Verily came to you Our messengerيَآ أَهْلَ الكِتَابِ قَدْ جَآءَكُمْ رَسُوْلُنَا
clarifying for you on a succession from the messengersيُبَيِّنُ لَكُمْ عَلَى فَتْرَةٍ مِّنَ الرُّسُلِ
lest you say, “not came to us from a bearer of glad tidings and not a warner”أَنْ تَقُوْلُوا مَا جَآءَنَا مِن بَشِيْرٍ وَلَا نَذِيْرٍ
5-19but surely, came to you a bearer of glad tidings and a warner and Allah (SWT) is over all things All-Powerfulقَدْ جَآءَكُمْ بَشِيْرٌ وَنَذِيْرٌ وَاللهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ
Only Allah (SWT) is your Friend (Ally) and His messenger and those who believeإِنَّمَا وَلِيُّكُمُ اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَالَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوا
and those who establish the prayer and give the obligatory taxالَّذِيْنَ يُقِيْمُوْنَ الصَّلَاةَ وَيُؤْتُوْنَ الزَّكَاةَ
5-55and those who bow (in obedience)وَهُمْ رَاكِعُوْنَ
