الرَّحْمَانُ

A word in the Arabic language will either be 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – الرَّحْمَانُ is a noun

A noun may either be 1) Definite or indefinite 2) Masculine or feminine 3) Singular, dual or plural 4) Nominative, accusative or genitive

One who is inherently loving, Merciful and full of Grace

to love, have tenderness, mercy, pity, forgiveness, show goodness, favor, have all that is required to exercise beneficence

O Allah SWT, You are inherently and inseparably Loving, Merciful and full of Grace. You are the One who envelopes Your entire creation completely and extensively in Your Loving and Merciful care without regard to our effort or asking even before we were born.
