أَسْفَلَ

| that who were to be destroyed were destroyed upon clear evidence and who were to live, lived on clear evidence | لِّيَهْلِكَ مَنْ هَلَكَ عَن بَيِّنَةٍ وَيَحْيَى مَنْ حَيَّ عَن بَيِّنَةٍ | |
