أَسْفَلَ

when you were on the nearer side while they were on the farther side and the caravan | إِذْ أَنْتُمْ بِالعُدْوَةِ الدُّنْيَا وَهُمْ بِالعُدْوَةِ القُصْوَى وَالرَّكْبُ | |
was lower than you and if you made an appointment, you would have differed (missed) the promise (appointment) | أَسْفَلَ مِنْكُمْ وَلَوْ تَوَاعَدْتُمْ لَاخْتَلَفْتُمْ فِي المِيْعَادِ | |

that who were to be destroyed were destroyed upon clear evidence and who were to live, lived on clear evidence | لِّيَهْلِكَ مَنْ هَلَكَ عَن بَيِّنَةٍ وَيَحْيَى مَنْ حَيَّ عَن بَيِّنَةٍ | |
8-42 | and surely, Allah (SWT) is indeed, All-Hearing, All-Knowing | وَإِنَّ اللهَ لَسَمِيْعٌ عَلِيْمٌ |
95-5 | Then We reduced him to the lowest of the low | ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَاهُ أَسْفَلَ سَافِلِيْنَ |
