يَطْغَى

A word in the Arabic language will either be: 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – يَطْغَى is a verb

A verb will either be: 1) past tense or 2) present or future tense or 3) a command or request verb, also called an imperative – يَتْلُوا is a present tense verb

A present or future tense verb will be in one of the following states: 1) مَرْفُوْعٌ – nominative or 2) مَنْصُوْبٌ – accusative or 3) مَجْزُوْمٌ – jussive

يَطْغَى is the nominative (مَرْفُوْعٌ ) state of this verb, which means it is in its natural state

He exceeds all limits in transgression, may be inordinate

To transgress, wander from its orbit, exceed the bound
