| Allah SWT has set a seal on their hearts and on their hearing, and on their eyes | خَتَمَ اللهُ عَلَى قُلُوْبِهِمْ وَعَلَى سَمْعِهِمْ وَعَلَى أَبْصَارِهِمْ |
| 2-7 | is a covering and for them is a great punishment | غِشَاوَةٌ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيْمٌ |
| then He sent down security to you from after the distress | ثُمَّ أَنْزَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِّنْ بَعْدِ الغَمِّ أَمَنَةً |
| slumber overcame a party of you while a group certainly worried them their selves | نُّعَاسًا يَغْشَى طَآئِفَةً مِّنْكُمْ وَطَآئِفَةٌ قَدْ أَهَمَّتْهُمْ أَنْفُسُهُمْ |
| thinking about Allah (SWT) other than the truth, the thought of ignorance | يَظُنُّوْنَ بِاللهِ غَيْرَ الحَقِّ ظَنَّ الجَاهِلِيَّةِ |
| they say, “Is there for us from the matter anything?” | يَقُوْلُوْنَ هَلْ لَّنَا مِنَ الأَمْرِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ |
| Say, “Indeed the matter wholly belongs to Allah (SWT)” | قُلْ إِنَّ الأَمْرَ كُلَّهُ لِلَّهِ |
| they hide in themselves what not they reveal to you | يُخْفُوْنَ فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ مَّا لَا يُبْدُوْنَ لَكَ |
| they say, “If was for us from the matter anything not we would have been killed here” | يَقُوْلُوْنَ لَوْ كَانَ لَنَا مِنَ الأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ مَّا قُتِلْنَا هَاهُنَا |
| Say, “If you were in your homes surely would come out those upon whom death was decreed | قُلْ لَّوْ كُنْتُمْ فِي بُيُوْتِكُمْ لَبَرَزَ الَّذِيْنَ كُتِبَ عَلَيْهِمُ القَتْلُ |
| towards their places of death” but that Allah (SWT) might test what is in your breasts | إِلَى مَضَاجِعِهِمْ وَلِيَبْتَلِيَ اللهُ مَا فِي صُدُوْرِكُمْ |
| 3-154 | and that He may purge what is in your hearts and Allah (SWT) is All-Aware of what is in the hearts | وَلِيُمَحِّصَ مَا فِي قُلُوْبِكُمْ وَاللهُ عَلِيْمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُوْرِ |
| 7-41 | For them from hell is a bed and from over them coverings thus We recompense the wrong doers | لَهُمْ مِّنْ جَهَنَّمَ مِهَادٌ وَمِنْ فَوْقِهِمْ غَوَاشٍ وَكَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الظَّالِمِيْنَ |
| Verily, your Lord is Allah (SWT) Who created the heavens and the earth in seven periods | إِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ اللهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ |
| then He established upon the throne, He covers the night with the day, seeking it incessantly | ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى عَلَى الأَرْشِ يُغْشِى الَّيْلَ النَّهَارَ يَطلُبُهُ حَثِيْثًا |
| and the sun and the moon and the stars are subjected to His command | وَالشَّمْسَ وَالقَمَرَ وَالنُّجُوْمَ مُسَخَّرَاتٍ بِأَمْرِهِ |
| 7-54 | unquestionably for Him is the creation and the command, Allah (SWT) is blessed, Lord of creation (the worlds) | أَلَا لَهُ الخَلْقُ وَالأَمْرُ تَبَارَكَ اللهُ رَبُّ العَالَمِيْنَ |
| He is who created you from a single soul and made from it its mate (spouse) to live with her | هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَجَعَلَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا لِيَسْكُنَ إِلَيْهَا |
| then when he covers her, she carries a light burden and continues with it | فَلَمَّا تَغَشَّاهَا حَمَلَتْ حَمْلًا خَفِيْفًا فَمَرَّتْ بِهِ |
| but when she grows heavy, they both invoke Allah (SWT), their Lord, “surely, if you give us a righteous (child) | فَلَمَّآ أَثْقَلَتْ دَّعَوَا اللهَ رَبَّهُمَا لَئِنْ ءَاتَيْنَا صَالِحًا |
| 7-189 | certainly, we will be from the grateful (thankful)” | لَّنَكُوْنَنَّ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِيْنَ |
| when He covered you with slumber, a security from Him and He sent down upon you water from the heaven (sky) | إِذْ يُغَشِّيْكُمُ النُّعَاسَ أَمَنَةً مِّنْهُ وَيُنَزِّلُ عَلَيْكًُمْ مِّنَ السَّمَآءِ مَآءً |
| to purify you with it and cause to go from you evil (suggestions) of Satan | لِيُطَهِّرَكُمْ بِهِ وَيُذْهِبَ عَنْكُمْ رِجْزَ الشَّيْطَانِ |
| 8-11 | and to strengthen (firm) your hearts and make firm with it your feet | وَلِيَرْبِطَ عَلَى قُلُوْبِكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتَ الأَقْدَامَ |
| and those who earned the evil deeds, the recompense of an evil deed is like it and humiliation will cover them | وَالَّذِيْنَ كَسَبُوا السَّيِّئَاتِ جَزَآءُ سَيِّئَةٍ بِمِثْلِهَا وَتَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةٌ |
| not for them from Allah (SWT) any defender as if their faces had been covered from | مَّا لَهُم مِّنَ اللهِ مِنْ عَاصِمٍ كَأَنَّمَآ أُغْشِيَتْ وُجُوْهُهُمْ قِطَعًا مِّنَ |
| 10-27 | the darkness of the night, those are the companions of the fire, they will abide in it forever | الَّيْلِ مُظْلِمًا أُوْلَآئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيْهَا خَالِدُوْنَ |
| No doubt! they fold up their breasts that they may hide from Him | ألَآ إِنَّهُمْ يَثْنُوْنَ صُدُوْرَهُمْ لِيَسْتَخْفُوا مِنْهُ |
| Surely, when they cover their garments, He knows what they conceal and what they reveal | أَلَا حِيْنَ يَسْتَغْشُوْنَ ثِيَابَهُمْ يَعْلَمُ مَا يُسِرُّوْنَ وَمَا يُعْلِنُوْنَ |
| 11-5 | surely, He is All-Knowing of what the breasts possess | إِنَّهُ عَلِيْمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُوْرِ |
