They ask you about the new moons, say these are indicators of periods for the peopleيَسْئَلُوْنَكَ عَنِ الأَهِلَّةِ قُلْ هِيَ مَوَاقِيْتُ لِلنَّاسِ
and the pilgrimage and it is not piety to enter the houses from the backوَالحَجِّ وَلَيْسَ البِرُّ بِأَنْ تَأْتُوْا البُيُوْتَ مِنْ ظُهُوْرِهَا
but piety is who is God-Conscious (mindful of Allah SWT)وَلَاكِنَّ البِرَّ مَنِ اتَّقَى
so, enter the houses through their proper doorsوَأْتُوْا البُيُوْتَ مِنْ أَبْوَابِهَا
2-189and be mindful of Allah (SWT) so that you may be successfulوَاتَّقٌوْا اللهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُوْنَ
and let there be among you a people calling to the goodوَلْتَكُنْ مِّنْكُمْ أُمَّةٌ يَدْعُوْنَ إِلَى الخَيْرِ
ordering (encouraging) to the right (goodness) and forbidding from wrong (evil)وَيَأْمُرُوْنَ بِالمَعْرُوْفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ المُنْكَرِ
3-104and those, they are the ones who are successfulوَأُوْلَآئِكَ هُمُ المُفْلِحُوْنَ
O you who believe! do not eat usury doubled, multipliedيَآ أَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوا لَا تَأْكُلُوا الرِّبَوآ أَضْعَافًا مُّضَاعَفَةً
3-130and fear Allah (SWT) so that you be successfulوَاتَّقُوا اللهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلَحُوْنَ
O you who believe! be patient and be patient with one another and be firm for one anotherيَآ أَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوا اصْبِرُوا وَصَابِرُوا وَرَابِطُوا
3-200and fear Allah (SWT) so that you may succeedوَتَّقُوا اللهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُوْنَ
O you who believe! Fear Allah (SWT) and seek towards Him, the meansيَآ أَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللهَ وَابْتَغُوا إِلَيْهِ الوَسِيْلَةَ
5-35and strive in His way so that you are successfulوَجَاهِدُوا فِي سَبِيْلِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُوْنَ
O you who believe!يَآ أَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوا
Verily, the intoxicants and the games of chance and the altars and divining arrowsإِنَّمَا الخَمْرُ وَالمَيْسِرُ وَالأَنْصَابُ وَالأَزْلَامُ
are an abomination from the work of Satanرِجْسٌ مِّنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ
5-90so, avoid them so that you may be successfulفَاجْتَنِبُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ
Say, not equal are the evil and the goodقُلْ لَّا يَسْتَوِى الخَبِيْثُ وَالطَّيِّبُ
even though much of the evil impresses youوَلَوْ أَعْجَبَكَ كَثْرَةُ الخَبِيثِ
5-100so be mindful of Allah (SWT) O men of understanding so that you be successfulفَاتَّقُوا اللهَ يَا أُوْلِى الأَلْبَابِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُوْنَ
and who does more wrong than who invents a lie against Allah (SWT)وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللهِ كَذِبًا
or he denies His signsأَوْ كَذَّبَ بِئَايَاتِهِ
6-21Verily He will not cause the ones who do wrong to succeedإِنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ
Say, “O my people! do (strive-work) on your positionقُلْ يَا قَوْمِ اعْمَلُوا عَلَى مَكَانَتِكُمْ
truly I am working and soon you will know whoإِنِّي عَامِلٌ فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُوْنَ مَنْ
6-135is for him a home, on returning, truly he, the wrongdoer will not be successfulتَكُوْنُ لَهُ عَاقِبَةُ الدَّارِ إِنَّهُ لَا يُفْلَحُ الظَّالِمِيْنَ
