خَشِيَ

A word in the Arabic language will either be: 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – خَشِيَ is a verb

A verb will either be: 1) past tense or 2) present or future tense or 3) a command or request verb, also called an imperative – خَشِيَ is a past tense verb

He fears, is full of reverential awe

To awe, awe with reverence, fear

Surah/Below are the 4 verses in the holy Quran containing the perfect, third person, singular, masculine verbخَشِيَ
Verse
and who among you is not able to afford to marry the chaste believing womenوَمَنْ لَّمْ يَسْتَطِعْ مِنْكُمْ طَوْلًا أَنْ يَنْكِحَ المُحْصَنَاتِ المُؤْمِنَاتِ
then from what your right hand possesses from your believing slave girls and Allah (SWT) knows best about your faithفَمِن مَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ مِّنْ فَتَيَاتِكُمُ المُؤْمِنَاتِ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيْمَانِكُمْ
some of you from others then marry them with the permission of their family and give them their bridal due in a fair mannerبَعْضُكُمْ مِّنْ بَعْضٍ فَانْكِحُوهُنَّ بِإِذْنِ أَهْلِهِنَّ وَءَاتُوْهُنَّ أُجُوْرَهُنَّ بِالمَعْرُوْفِ
chaste, not one who is immoral and not one who takes secret loversمُحْصَنَاتٍ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحَاتٍ وَلَا مُتَّخِذَاتِ أَخْدَانٍ
then when they are married, and they commit immorality then for them half what is on the chaste women of the punishmentفَإِذَآ أُحْصِنَّ فَإِنْ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى المُحْصَنَاتِ مِنَ العَذَابِ
that is for who fears to be distressed (suffer) among youذَلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِيَ العَنَتَ مِنْكُمْ
4-25and that you be patient is better for you and Allah (SWT) is Oft-Forgiving, Most-Mercifulوَأَنْ تَصْبِرُوا خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَاللهُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ
36-11
50-33
Their reward is with their Lord, eternal gardens, underneath which rivers flow, they will abide therein foreverجَزَاؤُهُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهَمْ جَنَّاتُ عَدْنٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِيْنَ فِيْهَا أَبَدًا
98-8Allah SWT pleased with them and they with Him, that is for who feared his Lordرَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوْا عَنْهُ ذَلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِيَ رَبَّهُ
