The lightning almost snatches away their sight, whenever it flashes for them, they walk thereinيَكَادُ البَرْقُ يَخْطَفُ أَبْصَارَهُمْ كُلَّمَا أَضَاءَ لَهُمْ مَشَوْا فِيْهِ
however when darkness covers them they stand stillوَإِذَا أَظْلَمَ عَلَيْهِمْ قَامُوْا
and had Allah SWT willed, He could have taken away their hearing and their sightوَلَوْ شَاءَ اللهُ لَذَهَبَ بِسَمْعِهِمْ وَأَبْصَارِهِمْ

and make some of you taste the violence of othersوَيُذِيْقَ بَعْضَكُمْ بَأْسَ بَعْضٍ
6-65Look (see) how We explain the signs so that they may understandأُنْظُرْ كَيْفَ نُصَرِّفُ الأَيَاتِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَفْقَهُوْنَ

89-16but when He tries him by straitening his means of life, he says “my Lord has humiliated me”وَأَمَّا إِذَا مَا ابْتَلَاهُ فَقَدَرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقَهُ فَيَقُوْلُ رَبِّي أَهَانَنِ
90-5Does he think that no one will have power over him?أَيَحْسَبُ أَنْ لَّنْ يَقْدِرَ عَلَيْهِ أَحَدٌ
97-1Truly, We have sent it down in the night of Qadr (Power)إِنَّا أَنْزَاْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ القَدْرِ
97-2And what will make you know what the night of Qadr (Power) is ?وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ القَدْرِ
97-3The night of Qadr (Power) is better than a thousand monthsلَيْلَةُ القَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ
