Verse
And We shaded you with clouds and sent down on you sweet gum and quailsوَظَلَّلْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ الغَمَامَ وَأَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْكُمُ المَنَّ وَالسَّلْوَى
“Eat of the good things We have provided for you”كُلُوْا مِنْ طَيِّبَاتِ مَا رَزَقْنَاكُمْ
2-57and they did not wrong Us, but they wronged themselvesوَمَا ظَلَمُوْنَا وَلَكِنْ كَانُوْا أَنْفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُوْنَ
Those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah (SWT)الَّذِيْنَ يُنْفِقُوْنَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللهِ
then not they follow what they spend with reminders of generosity, and not they cause harm,ثُمَّ لَا يُتْبِعُوْنَ مَآ أَنْفَقُوا مَنًّا وَلَآ أَذًى
2-262for them, their reward is with their Lord, and no fear on them and not they will grieveلَّهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ وَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُوْنَ
O you who believe! do not nullify your charities with reminders and harmيَآ أَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوا لَا تُبْطِلُوا صَدَقَاتِكُمْ بِالمَنِّ وَالأَذَى
like the one who spends his wealth to be seen by the people and not they believe in Allah (SWT) and the last dayكَالَّذِي يُنْفِقُ مَالَهُ رِئَآءَ النَّاسِ وَلَا يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَاليَوْمِ الآخِرِ
then his example is like the example of a smooth rock with dust upon itفَمَثَلُهُ كَمَثَلِ صَفْوَانٍ عَلَيْهِ تُرَابٌ
then struck it heavy rain then left it bareفَأَصَابَهُ وَابِلٌ فَتَرَكَهُ صَلْدًا
not they have any control on anything of what they earnedلَا يَقْدِرُوْنَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ مِّمَّا كَسَبُوا
2-264and Allah (SWT) guides not the disbelieving peopleوَاللهُ لَا يَهْدِي القَوْمَ الكَافِرِيْنَ
certainly Allah (SWT) bestowed a favor upon the believersلَقَدْ مَنَّ اللهُ عَلَى المُؤْمِنِيْنَ
when He raised among them a messenger from themselvesإِذْ بَعَثَ فِيْهِمِ رَسُوْلًا مِّنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ
reciting to them His verses and purifying themيَتْلُوا عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَاتِهِ وَيُزَكِّيْهِمْ
and he teaches them the book and the wisdomوَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ الكِتَابَ وَالحِكْمَةَ
3-164although they were from before certainly in clear errorوَإِنْ كَانُوا مِنْ قَبْلُ لَفِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِيْنٍ
O you who believe! when you strike out in the way of Allah (SWT) then clarify (investigate)يَآ أَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوا إِذَا ضَرَبْتُمْ فِي سَبِيْلِ اللهِ فَتَبَيَّنُوا
and don’t say to whom offers to you, peace, “you are not a believer”وَلَا تَقُوْلُوا لِمَنْ أَلْقَى إِلَيْكُمُ السَّلَامَ لَسْتَ مُؤْمِنًا
seeking transitory gains of the worldly life for with Allah (SWT) are abundant spoilsتَبْتَغُوْنَ عَرَضَ الحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا فَعِنْدَ اللهِ مَغَانِمُ كَثِيْرَةٌ
like that you were from before, then Allah (SWT) conferred favor upon you so clarifyكَذَالِكَ كُنْتُم مِّن قَبْلُ فَمَنَّ اللهُ عَلَيْكُمْ فَتَبَيَّنُوا
4-94surely, Allah (SWT) is over what you do All-Awareإِنَّ الله كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ خَبِيْرًا
and likewise, We tried (tested) some of them with othersوَكَذَلِكَ فَتَنَّا بَعْضَهُمْ بِبَعْضٍ
till they say, “Are these upon whom Allah (SWT) favored from among us?”لِّيَقُوْلُوا أَهَآؤُلَآءِ مَنَّ اللهُ عَلَيْهِمْ مِّنْ بَيْنِنَآ
6-53Is Allah (SWT) not the Most Knowing of those who are grateful?أَلَيْسَ اللهُ بِأَعْلَمَ بِالشَّاكِرِيْنَ
and We divided them into twelve tribes, communities and We inspired to Moosa (AS) whenوَقَطَعْنَاهُمُ اثْنَتَي عَشْرَةَ أَسْبَاطًا أُمَمًا وَأَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَى مُوْسَى إِذِ
his people asked him for water that “strike with your stick, the stone” then gushed forth from it twelveاسْتَسْقَاهُ قَوْمُهُ أَنِ اضْرِبْ بِعَصَاكَ الحَجَرَ فَانْبَجَسَتْ مِنْهُ اثْنَتَاعَشْرَةَ
springs, certainly, each people knew their drinking places and We shaded on them with the cloudsعَيْنًا قَدْ عَلِمَ كُلُّ أُنَاسٍ مَّشْرَبَهُمْ وَظَلَّلْنَا عَلَيْهِمُ الغَمَامَ
and We sent down upon them sweet gum and quails, “eat of the good things which We have provided you”وَأَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمُ المَنَّ وَالسَّلْوَى كُلُوا مِن طَيِّبَاتِ مَا رَزَقْنَاكُمْ
7-160and not they wronged Us but they were doing wrong to (oppressing) themselvesوَمَا ظَلَمُونَا وَلَاكِن كَانُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُوْنَ
