يُؤْتِي

A word in the Arabic language will either be: 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – يُؤْتِي is a verb

A verb will either be: 1) past tense or 2) present or future tense or 3) a command or request verb, also called an imperative – يُؤْتِي is a present tense verb

A present or future tense verb will be in one of the following states: 1) مَرْفُوْعٌ – nominative or 2) مَنْصُوْبٌ – accusative or 3) مَجْزُوْمٌ – jussive

يُؤْتِي is the natural state of this verb, which means it is in the nominative state (مَرْفُوْعٌ) and it remains in this state when it is not preceded by an accusative or jussive particle. Present or future tense verbs show their nominative state by 1) the presence of dammah in its ending or 2) by the presence of ن in the case of dual and plural verbs or 3) by estimation in the case of weak verbs (verbs ending in ي or و)

He shall grant; He gives

To come, to bring, bring to, come to, come to pass, come upon, do, commit, come easily, arrive, bring, give, reach, happen, overtake, draw near, go, hit, meet, join, come personally or through command or operation and enforcement of orders, be engaged or occupied, commit (offense), perpetrate (crime), undertake (enterprise).

Surah/Below are the 14 verses in the holy Quran containing the derived, form 4, imperfect verbيُؤْتِي
Verse 
and their prophet said to them, “Indeed, Allah (SWT) certainly raised for you Talut (Saul) as king”وَقَالَ لَهُمْ نَبِيُّهُمْ إِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ بَعَثَ لَكُمْ طَالُوْتَ مَلِكًا
they said, “how the kingship be for him over us while we are more entitled to kingship than himقَالُوا أَنَّى يَكُوْنُ لَهُ المُلْكُ عَلَيْنَا وَنَحْنُ أَحَقُّ بِالمُلْكِ مِنْهُ
and not he has been given abundance of wealth?” He said, “Indeed, Allah chose him over youوَلَمْ يُؤْتَ سَعَةً مِّنَ المَالِ قَالَ إِنَّ اللهَ اصْطَفَاهُ عَلَيْكُمْ
and increased him abundantly in knowledge and physiqueوَزَادَهُ بَسْطَةً فِي العِلْمِ وَالجِسْمِ
2-247and Allah (SWT) gives His kingdom to whom He wills and Allah (SWT) is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing”وَاللهُ يُؤْتِي مُلْكَهُ مَنْ يَشَآءُ وَاللهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيْمٌ
He grants wisdom to whom He wishes and who is granted wisdomيُؤْتِي الحِكْمَةَ مَن يَشَآءُ وَمَن يُؤْتَ الحِكْمَةَ
2-269then indeed, he is granted abundant good but not they remember except people of understandingفَقَدْ أُوْتِيَ خَيْرًا كَثِيْرًا وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّآ أُوْلُوا الأَلْبَابِ
and do not believe except the one who follows your religionوَلَا تُؤْمِنُوا إِلَّا لِمَنْ تَبِعَ دِيْنَكُمْ
say, “true guidance is the guidance of Allah (SWT)”قُلْ إِنَّ الهُدَى هُدَى اللهِ
that one is given the like of what was given to youأَنْ يُؤْتَى أَحَدٌ مِثْلَ مَآ أُوْتِيْتُمْ
or they may argue with you with your Lordأَوْ يُحَاجُّوْكُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّكُمْ
say, “Truly, the bounty is in the hand of Allah (SWT)قُلْ إِنَّ الفَضْلَ بِيَدِ اللهِ
3-73He gives it to who He wishes, and Allah (SWT) is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing”يُؤْتِيهِ مَنْ يَشَآءُ وَاللهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيْمٌ
and those who believe in Allah (SWT) and His messengers and do not differentiate between one among themوَالَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوا بِاللهِ وَرُسُلِهِ وَلَمْ يُفَرِّقُوا بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِّنْهُمْ
4-152those soon He will give them their reward and Allah (SWT) is Oft-Forgiving, Most-Mercifulأُوْلَآئِكَ سَوْفَ يُؤْتِيْهِمْ أُجُوْرَهُمْ وَكَانَ اللهُ غَفُوْرًا رَّحِيْمًا
O you who believe, whoever among you turns back from his religionيَآ أَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوا مَنْ يَرْتَدَّ مِنْكُمْ عَنْ دِيْنِهِ
Allah (SWT) will soon bring a people; He will love them, and they will love Himفَسَوْفَ يَأْتِي اللهُ بِقَوْمٍ يُحِبُّهُمْ وَيُحِبُّونَهُ
Humble towards the believers, stern towards the disbelieversأَذِلَّةٍ عَلَى المُؤْمِنِيْنَ أعِزَّةٍ عَلَى الكَافِرِيْنَ
Striving in the path of Allah (SWT) and not fearing the blame of the criticيُجَاهِدُوْنَ فِي سَبِيْلِ اللهِ وَلَا يَخَافُوْنَ لَوْمَةَ لَآئِمٍ
That is the Grace of Allah (SWT) which He grants to whom He willsذَلِكَ فَضْلُ اللهِ يُؤْتِيْهِ مَنْ يَشَآءُ
5-54and Allah (SWT) is All-Encompassing, All-Knowingوَاللهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيْمٌ
O prophet! say to whoever is in your hands of the captivesيَآ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لِّمَنْ فِي أَيْدِيْكُم مِّنَ الأَسْرَى
“if Allah (SWT) knows any good in your heart, He will give you betterإِن يَعْلَمِ اللهُ فِي قُلُوْبِكُمْ خَيْرًا يُؤْتِكُمْ خَيْرًا
8-70than what was taken from you, and He will forgive you and Allah (SWT) is Oft-Forgiving, Most-Mercifulمِّمَّآ أُخِذَ مِنْكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ وَاللهُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ
and if they were pleased with what Allah (SWT) and His messenger gave them and said, “Sufficient for us is Allah (SWT)وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ رَضُوا مَآ ءَاتَاهُمُ اللهُ وَرَسُوْلُهُ وَقَالُوا حَسْبُنَا اللهُ
9-59Soon Allah (SWT) will give us from His bounty and His messenger surely, to Allah (SWT) we turn our hopes”سَيُؤْتِيْنَا اللهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ وَرَسُوْلُهُ إِنَّآ إِلَى اللهِ رَاغِبُوْنَ
