6-77he said “Certainly, if my Lord guides me not, I will surely be among the people who went astrayقَالَ لَئِنْ لَّمْ يَهْدِنِي رَبِّي لَأَكُوْنَنَّ مِنَ القَوْمِ الضَّآلِّيْنَ
Parter of the daybreak and He made the night for resting and the sun and the moonفَالِقُ الإِصْبَاحِ وَجَعَلَ الَّيْلَ سَكَنًا وَالشَّمْسَ وَالقَمَرَ
6-96for calculation, that is the ordaining of the All-Mighty, All-Knowingحُسْبَانًا ذَلِكَ تَقْدِيْرُ العَزِيْزِ العَلِيْمِ
Verily, your Lord is Allah (SWT) Who created the heavens and the earthإِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ اللهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ
in seven periods then He established upon the throneفِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى عَلَى الأَرْشِ
He covers the night with the day, seeking it incessantlyيُغْشِى الَّيْلَ النَّهَارَ يَطلُبُهُ حَثِيْثًا
and the sun and the moon and the stars are subjected to His commandوَالشَّمْسَ وَالقَمَرَ وَالنُّجُوْمَ مُسَخَّرَاتٍ بِأَمْرِهِ
7-54unquestionably for Him is the creation and the command, Allah (SWT) is blessed, Lord of creation (the worlds)أَلَا لَهُ الخَلْقُ وَالأَمْرُ تَبَارَكَ اللهُ رَبُّ العَالَمِيْنَ
He is the One who made the sun a shining light and the moon a (reflected) lightهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ الشَّمْسَ ضِيَآءً وَالقَمَرَ نُوْرًا
and determined for it, phases that you may know the number of the years and the count (of time)وَقَدَّرَهُ مَنَازِلَ لِتَعْلَمُوا عَدَدَ السِّنِيْنَ وَالحِسَابَ
Allah (SWT) created not that except in truthمَا خَلَقَ اللهُ ذَلِكَ إِلَّا بِالحَقِّ
10-5He explains the signs for a people who knowيُفَصِّلُ الئَايَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُوْنَ
when Yusuf (AS) said to his father, “O my father! verily, I saw eleven starsإِذ قَالَ يُوسُفُ لِأَبِيهِ يَآ أَبَتِ إِنِّى رَأَيتُ أَحَدَ عَشَرَ كَوكَبًا
12-4and the sun and the moon, I saw them prostrating to meوَالشَّمسَ وَالقَمَرَ رَأَيتُهُم لِى سَاجِدِينَ
Allah SWT is who raised the heavens without pillars that you can seeاللهُ الَّذِي رَفَعَ السَّمَاوَاتِ بِغَيْرِ عَمَدٍ تَرَوْنَهَا
then He established (rose above) on the throneثُمَّ اسْتَوَى عَلَى الْعَرْشِ
and subjected the sun and the moon, each one runs for a term appointedوَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى
He directs the affair, He explains the signs so that in the meetingيُدَبِّرُ الْأَمْرَ يُفَصِّلُ الْئَايَاتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ بِلِقَآءِ
13-2with your Lord, you may be certainرَبِّكُمْ تُوْقِنُوْنَ

see you not that indeed, prostrate to Allah (SWT), whoever is in the heavens and whoever is in the earthأَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللهَ يَسْجُدُ لَهُ مَنْ فِى السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَن فِى الأَرْضِ
and the sun and the moon and the stars and the mountains and the trees and the moving creaturesوَالشَّمْسُ وَالقَمَرُ وَالنُّجُوْمُ وَالجِبَالُ وَالشَّجَرُ وَالدَّوَآبُّ
and many of the people? however, many are there upon whom, the punishment is justifiedوَكَثِيْرٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ وَكَثِيْرٌ حَقَّ عَلَيْهِ العَذَابُ
and whomever Allah (SWT) humiliates, then not for him is a bestower of honorوَمَن يُهِنِ اللهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِن مُّكْرِمٍ
22-18verily, Allah (SWT) does what He willsإِنَّ اللهَ يَفْعَلُ مَا يَشَآءُ

He created the heavens and the earth in truthخَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ بِالحَقِّ
He wraps the night around the day and He wraps the day around the nightيُكَوِّرُ الَّيْلَ عَلَى النَّهَارِ وَيُكَوِّرُ النَّهَارَ عَلَى الَّيْلِ
and He subjects the sun and the moon, all run their course for an appointed timeوَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالقَمَرَ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى
39-5He is certainly the Mighty, the Forgivingأَلَا هُوَ العَزِيْزُ الغَفَّارُ
and among His signs are the night and the day and the sun and the moonوَمِنْ ءَايَاتِهِ الَّيْلُ وَالنَّهَارُ وَالشَّمْسُ وَالقَمَرُ
do not prostrate to the sun and not to the moon but prostrate to Allah (SWT) who created themلَا تَسْجُدُوا لِلشَّمْسِ وَلَا لِلقَمَرِ وَاسْجُدُوا لِلَّهِ الَّذِى خَلَقَهُنَّ
41-37if it is Him you worshipإِنْ كُنْتُمْ إِيَّاهُ تَعْبُدُوْنَ
