Chapter 27
Chapter 27 of the holy Quran with full Arabic text and English translation (Surah An-Naml – سُوْرَةُ النَّمْلِ – The Ants)
In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Eternally Merciful
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَانِ الرَّحِيْمِ
| Part 19 / Chapter 27 | Chapter 27 / وَقَالَ الَّذِيِنَ لَا يَرْجُوْنَ لِقَآئَنَا | |
| Ta-Sin | ط س | |
| These are the verses of the Quran, a clear Book | 1 | تِلْكَ ءَايَاتُ القُرْءَانِ وَكِتَابٍ مُّبِيْنٍ |
| a guidance and glad tidings for the believers | 2 | هُدًى وَبُشْرَى لِلْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ |
| those who establish the prayer and pay the obligatory tax and they believe in the hereafter with certainty | 3 | الَّذِيْنَ يُقِيْمُوْنَ الصَّلَاةَ وَيُؤْتُوْنَ الزَّكَاةَ وَهُم بِالئَاخِرَةِ هُم يُؤْقِنُوْنَ |
| Indeed, those who do not believe in the hereafter, We have made fair seeming to them, their deeds | إِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ لَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِالئَاخِرَةِ زَيَّنَّا لَهُمْ أَعْمَالَهُمْ | |
| so, they wander blindly | 4 | فَهُم يَعْمَهُوْنَ |
| Those who for them is an evil punishment and they in the hereafter, they will be the biggest losers | 5 | أُوْلَآئِكَ الَّذِيْنَ لَهُم سُوْءُ العَذَابِ وَهُم فِى الئَاخِرَةِ هُمُ الأَخْسَرُوْنَ |
| and indeed, you surely receive the Quran from the presence of One Wise, All-Knowing | 6 | وَإِنَّكَ لَتُلَقَّى القُرْءَانَ مِن لَّدُن حَكِيْمٍ عَلِيْمٍ |
| when Musa (AS) said to his family, “Indeed, I perceive a fire, I will bring from it some information | إِذْ قَالَ مُوْسَى لِأَهْلِهِ إِنِّى ءَانَسْتُ نَارًا سَئَاتِيْكُم مِنْهَا بِخَبَرٍ | |
| or I will bring you a torch burning so that you may warm yourselves” | 7 | أَوْ ءَاتِيْكُم بِشِهَابٍ قَبَسٍ لَّعَلَّكُم تَصْطَلُوْنَ |
| but when he came to it, he was called that, “blessed is who is at the fire and who is around it | فَلَمَّا جَآءَهَا نُودِيَ أَن بُوْرِكَ مَن فِى النَّارِ وَمَن حَوْلَهَا | |
| and glory be to Allah (SWT) the Lord of the worlds | 8 | وَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ رَبِّ العَالَمِيْنَ |
| O Musa (AS) indeed it is I, Allah (SWT) the All-Mighty, All-Wise | 9 | يَا مُوْسَى إِنَّهُ أَنَاْ اللهُ العَزِيْزُ الحَكِيْمُ |

| that not they prostrate to Allah (SWT), the One Who brings forth the hidden in the heavens | أَلَّا يَسْجُدُوا لِلَّهِ الَّذِى يُخْرِجُ الخَبْءَ فِى السَّمَاوَاتِ | |
| and the earth, and He knows what you conceal and what you reveal | 25 | وَالأَرْضِ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تُخْفُوْنَ وَمَا تُعْلِنُوْنَ |

| “Why do you approach the men with lust instead of women? | أَئِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُوْنَ الرِّجَالَ شَهْوَةً مِّن دُوْنِ النِّسَآءِ | |
| nay, you are a people, ignorant” | 55 | بَلْ أَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ تَجْهَلُوْنَ |
| Part 20 / Chapter 27 | Chapter 27 / فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ | |
| but not was the answer of his people except that they said, “drive out the family of Lut (AS) from your town | فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُوا أَخْرِجُوآ ءَالَ لُوْطٍ مِن قَرْيَتِكُم | |
| verily, they are a people who keep clean and pure” | 56 | إِنَّهُم أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُوْنَ |
| indeed your Lord will judge between them by His Wisdom | إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَقْضِي بَيْنَهُم بِحُكْمِهِ | |
| and He is the All Mighty, the All Knowing | 78 | وَهُوَ العَزِيْزُ العَلِيْمُ |

| and say, “all the praise and thanks belong to Allah (SWT), He will show you His signs | وَقُلِ الحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ سَيُرِيكُمْ ءَايَاتِهِ | |
| and you will recognize them, and your Lord is not unaware of what you do” | 93 | فَتَعْرِفُونَهَا وَمَا رَبُّكَ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُوْنَ |
