يَكُنْ

A word in the Arabic language will either be: 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – يَكُنْ is a verb

A verb will either be: 1) past tense or 2) present or future tense or 3) a command or request verb, also called an imperative – يَكُنْ is a present tense verb

A present or future tense verb will be in one of the following states: 1) مَرْفُوْعٌ – nominative or 2) مَنْصُوْبٌ – accusative or 3) مَجْزُوْمٌ – jussive

يَكُوْنُ is the natural state of this verb, which means it is in the state of (مَرْفُوْعٌ) and it changes to the jussive state يَكُنْ when it is preceded by a jussive particle like 1)لَامُ الأَمْرِ which is a particle of command or request for a third person or 2) حَرْفُ جَزْمٍ وَنَفْيٍ وَقَلْبٍ a past negation particle or 3) لَا النَّاهِيَةُ a prohibition particle

Surah/Below are the 22+3+6 verses in the holy Quran, containing the jussive, imperfect verbيَكُنْ
Verse
and perform the pilgrimage and minor pilgrimage for Allah (SWT)وَأَتِمُّوا الحَجَّ وَالعُمْرَةَ لِلَّهِ
but if you are held back then what can be obtained with ease of a sacrificial animalفَإِنْ أُحْصِرْتُمْ فَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الهَدْيِ
 and do not shave your heads until the sacrifice reaches its destinationوَلَا تَحْلِقُوْا رُءُوْسَكُمْ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الهَدْيُ مَحِلَّهُ
 and whosoever of you is ill or has an ailment of his headفَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيْضًا أَوْ بِهِ أَذًى مِّنْ رَّاسِهِ
 then compensate by fasting or charity or a sacrificial offeringفَفِدْيَةٌ مِّنْ صِيَامٍ أَوْ صَدَقَةٍ أَوْ نُسُكٍ
 then when you are safe then whoever performs the minor pilgrimage followed by Hajjفَإِذَآ أَمِنْتُمْ فَمَنْ تَمَتَّعَ بِالعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الحَجَّ
 then what can be obtained with ease of a sacrificial animalفَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الهَدْيِ
 and who cannot find then a fast of three days during Hajjفَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلَاثَةٍ أَيَّامٍ فِى الحَجِّ
 and seven days when you returned (home) that is ten (days) in allوَسَبْعَةٍ إِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ تِلْكَ عَشْرَةٌ كَامِلَةٌ
 This is for him whose family be not present at the Sacred Mosqueذَلِكَ لِمَنْ لَّمْ يَكُنْ أَهْلُهُ حَاضِرِى المَسْجِدِ الحَرَامِ
2-196and be mindful of Allah (SWT) and know that Allah (SWT) is severe in punishmentوَاتَّقُوا اللهَ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللهَ شَدِيْدُ العِقَابِ
 Allah (SWT) instructs you concerning your children belonging to the male like a portion for two femalesيُوْصِيْكُمُ اللهُ فِي أَوْلَادِكُمْ لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الأُنْثَيَيْنِ
 but if there are women, more than two then for them two thirds of what he leftفَإِنْ كُنَّ نِسَآءً فَوْقَ اثْنَتَيْنِ فَلَهُنَّ ثُلُثَا مَا تَرَكَ
 but if there is only one then for her half and for his parents for each one of themوَإِنْ كَانَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَلَهَا النِّصْفُ وَلِأَبَوَيْهِ لِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ
 a sixth of what he left if, is for him a childمِّنْهُمَا السُّدُسُ مِمَّا تَرَكَ إِنْ كَانَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ
 and if not is for him a child and his parents inherit it then for his mother is a thirdفَإِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّهُ وَلَدٌ وَوَرِثَهُ أَبَوَاهُ فَلِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ
 and if are for him siblings then for his mother is a sixth after any willفَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ إِخْوَةٌ فَلِأُمِّهِ السُّدُسُ مِنْ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ
 he has made with it or any debtيُوْصِى بِهَآ أَوْ دَيْنٍ
 your parents and your children, not you know which of them is nearer to you in benefitءَابَآؤُكُمْ وَأَبْنَآؤُكُمْ لَا تَدْرُوْنَ أَيُّهُمْ أَقْرَبُ لَكُمْ نَفْعًا
4-11an obligation from Allah (SWT) truly Allah (SWT) is All-Knowing, All-Wiseفَرِيْضَةً مِّنَ اللهِ إِنَّ اللهَ كَانَ عَلِيْمًا حَكِيْمًا
and for you is half of what your spouse’s left if not is for them a childوَلَكُمْ نِصْفُ مَا تَرَكَ أَزْوَاجُكُمْ إِنْ لَّمْ يَكُنْ لَّهُنَّ وَلَدٌ
but if is for them a child then for you is a fourth of what they leftفَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُنَّ وَلَدٌ فَلَكُمُ الرُّبُعُ مِمَّا تَرَكْنَ
from after any will they made for it or any debtمِنْ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوْصِيْنَ بِهَآ أَوْدَيْنٍ
and for them is a fourth of what you left if not is for you a childوَلَهُنَّ الرُّبُعُ مِمَّا تَرَكْتُمْ إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَّكُمْ وَلَدٌ
but if is for you a child, then for them, the eighth of what you left from afterفَإِنْ كَانَ لَكُمْ وَلَدٌ فَلَهُنَّ الثُّمُنُ مِمَّا تَرَكْتُمْ مِّنْ بَعْدِ
any will you made for it or any debtوَصِيَّةٍ تُوْصُوْنَ بِهَآ أَوْدَيْنٍ
and if is a man whose wealth is to be inherited has no parent or child or womenوَإِنْ كَانَ رَجُلٌ يُوْرَثُ كَلَالَةً أَوِ امْرَأَةٌ
and for him is a brother or a sisterوَلَهُ أَخٌ أَوْ أُخْتٌ
then for each one of the two is a sixth but if they are more than thatفَلِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا السُّدُسُ فَإِنْ كَانُوا أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ
then they are partners in a third from after any will was made for it or any debtفَهُمْ شُرَكَآءُ فِي الثُّلُثِ مِنْ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوْصَى بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ
without harmغَيْرَ مُضَآرٍ
4-12an ordinance from Allah (SWT) and Allah (SWT) is All-Knowing, Most-Forbearingوَصِيَّةً مِّنَ اللهِ وَاللهُ عَلِيْمٌ حَلِيْمٌ
4-381 
Whoever intercedes a good intercession will have for him a share from itمَّن يَشْفَعْ شَفَاعَةً حَسَنَةً يَكُن لَّهُ نَصِيْبٌ مِّنْهَا
and whoever intercedes a bad intercession will have for him a portion from itوَمَن يَشْفَعْ شَفَاعَةً سَيِّئَةً يَكُن لَّهُ كِفْلٌ مِّنْهَا
4-85and Allah (SWT) is on everything a keeperوَكَانَ اللهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ مُّقِيْتًا
O you who believe! be standing firm for justice, witnesses to Allah (SWT)يَآ أَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوا كُوْنُوا قَوَّامِيْنَ بَالقِسْطِ شُهَدَآءَ لِلَّهِ
even if against yourselves or the parents and the relatives, if he be rich or poorوَلَوْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَوِ الوَالِدَيْنِ وَالأَقْرَبِيْنَ إِنْ يَكُنْ غَنِيًّا أَوْ فَقِيْرًا
for Allah (SWT) is nearer to both of them so don’t follow the desire, that you be justفَاللهُ أَوْلَى بِهِمَا فَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا الهَوَى أَنْ تَعْدِلُوا
4-135and if you distort or turn away then indeed, Allah (SWT) is over what you do All-Awareوَإِنْ تَلْوُوا أَوْ تُعْرِضُوا فَإِنَّ اللهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ خَبِيْرًا
4-1371 
They ask you, say, “Allah (SWT) explains concerning the ones without heirsيَسْتَفْتُوْنَكَ قُلِ اللهُ يُفْتِيْكُمْ فِي الكَلَالَةِ
if a man died and not for him a child but for him a sister then for her is half of what he leftإِنِ امْرُؤٌا هَلَكَ لَيْسَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ وَلَهُ أُخْتٌ فَلَهَا نِصْفُ مَا تَرَكَ
and he, he inherits it if is for her no child, but if there were two femalesوَهُوَ يَرِثُهَآ إِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّهَا وَلَدٌ فَإِنْ كَانَتَا اثْنَتَيْنِ
then for them both two thirds from what he leftفَلَهُمَا الثُّلُثَانِ مِمَّا تَرَكَ
and if they were siblings, men and women then for the male like a portion of two femalesوَإِنْ كَانُوا إِخْوَةً رِّجَالًا وَنِسَآءً فَلِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الأُنْثَيَيْنِ
4-176Allah (SWT) makes clear for you lest you stray, and Allah (SWT) is over everything All-Knowingيُبَيِّنُ اللهُ لَكُمْ أَنْ تَضِلُّوا وَاللهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيْمٌ
6-131That is because not is your Lord one who destroys cities for wrongdoing while their people are unawareذَلِكَ أَنْ لَّمْ يَكُن رَّبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ القُرَى بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا غَافِلُوْنَ
and they say, “what is in the wombs of these cattle is exclusively for our malesوَقَالُوا مَا فِي بُطُوْنِ هَذِهِ الأَنْعَامِ خَالِصَةٌ لِّذُكُوْرِنَا
and forbidden for our spouses, but if it is dead then they in it partnersوَمُحَرَّمٌ عَلَى أَزْوَاجِنَا وَإِنْ يَكُنْ مَّيْتَةً فَهُمْ فِيْهِ شُرَكَآءُ
6-139He will recompense them for their attribution, surely, He is All-Wise, All-Knowingسَيَجْزِيْهِمْ وَصْفَهُمْ إِنَّهُ حَكِيْمٌ عَلِيْمٌ
a book sent down to you, so be not in your chest uneasiness with itكِتَابٌ أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ فَلَا يَكُنْ فِي صَدْرِكَ حَرَجٌ مِّنْهُ
7-2to warn with it and a reminder for the believersلِيُنْذِرَ بِهِ وَذِكْرَى لِلْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
and surely, We created you then We fashioned you then We said to the angels, “prostrate to Adam (AS)”وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ صَوَّرْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَآئِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ
7-11so, they prostrated except Iblis, not he was of those who prostratedفَسَجَدُوا إِلَّآ إِبْلِيْسَ لَمْ يَكُنْ مِّنَ السَّاجِدِيْنَ
O prophet! urge the believers to fightيَآ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ حَرِّضِ المُؤْمِنِيْنَ عَلَى القِتَالِ
If there are twenty steadfast among you, they will overcome two hundredإِن يَكُن مِّنْكُمْ عِشْرُوْنَ صَابِرُوْنَ يَغْلِبُوا مِاْئَتَيْنِ
and if there are one hundred among you, they will overcome a thousand from those who disbelieveوَإِن يَكُن مِّنْكُم مِّاْئَةٌ يَغْلِبُوا أَلْفًا مِّنَ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوا
8-65because they are a people who do not understandأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لَّا يَفْقَهُوْنَ
now Allah (SWT) lightened for you, and He knows that among you there is weaknessالْئَانَ خَفَّفَ اللهُ عَنْكُمْ وَعَلِمَ أَنَّ فِيْكُمْ ضَعْفًا
so, if there be a hundred steadfast among you, they will overcome two hundredفَإِنْ يَكُن مِّنْكُم مِّاْئَةٌ صَابِرَةٌ يَغْلِبُوا مِاْئَتَيْنِ
and if there be a thousand among you, they will overcome two thousand by the permission of Allah (SWT)وَإِن يَكُن مِّنْكُمْ أَلْفٌ يَغْلِبُوا أَلْفَيْنِ بِإِذْنِ اللهِ
8-66and Allah (SWT) is with the patient (steadfast)وَاللهُ مَعَ الصَّابِرِيْنَ
9-74x
and recite to them the news of Nuh (AS) when he said to his people, O my people!وَاتْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ نَبَأَ نُوْحٍ إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ يَا قَوْمِ
If is hard on you my stay and my reminding of the signs of Allah (SWT)إِنْ كَانَ كَبُرَ عَلَيْكُم مَّقَامِي وَتَذْكِيْرِي بِئَايَاتِ اللهِ
then upon Allah (SWT) I put my trust so, you all put together your plan and your partnersفَعَلَى اللهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ فَأَجْمِعُوا أَمْرَكُمْ وَشُرَكَآءَكُمْ
10-71then let not be in your plan for you any doubt then carry it out upon me and do not give me respiteثُمَّ لَا يَكُنْ أَمْرُكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ غُمَّةً ثُمَّ اقْضُوا إِلَيَّ وَلَا تُنْظِرُوْنَ
16-120x
and say, “All the praises and thanks belong to Allah (SWT) who has not begotten a son and not is for Him a partnerوَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِى لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ شَرِيْكٌ
17-111in the creation and not is for Him a protector out of need and magnify Him with all due magnificenceفِى المُلْكِ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ وَلِيٌّ مِّنَ الذُّلِّ وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيْرًا

Has there come upon man a period of timeهَلْ أَتَى عَلَى الإِنْسَانِ حِيْنٌ مِّنَ الدَّهْرِ
76-1that he was not a thing mentioned?لَمْ يَكُنْ شَيْعًا مَّذْكُوْرًا
Not were those who disbelieved from the people of the bookلَمْ يَكُنِ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ
and the polytheists to be abandonedوَالْمُشْرِكِيْنَ مُنْفَكِّيْنَ
98-11حَتَّى تَأْتِيَهُمُ الْبَيِّنَةُ
112-4And there is none like Himوَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ
