مِّن

A word in the Arabic language will either be 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – مِّن is a particle

مِّن is a preposition used for expressing starting point, part of a whole, origin as, from, of some, amongst.

Determining time mood of action as, no, upon, from, of.

Also to mean separation, distinction instead of.

مِّن is also used as expletive before the subject of a negative verb, it means then, relation, likeness, between, comparison, composition.

It is frequently employed in negative preposition with the sense of any, nor is, will never be, cannot be, any.

It is also used in the sense of, according to, and found occasionally with the meaning of ‘against

It indicates sometimes commencement of time or place, by reason of, because of, some of, among, alternate, according to and to emphasize the sense of connection but in negative case as in 3:28

مِن = مِّن + َ (tanween) due to indefinite noun preceding it in a sentence andPrepositionمِن is حَرْفٌحَرْفُ جَرٍّ
also due to a noun or compound preceding it, ending with a مِيمٌRootfromParticleParticle of pulling down
