يُؤْتُوْا

A word in the Arabic language will either be: 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – يُؤْتُوْا is a verb

A verb will either be: 1) past tense or 2) present or future tense or 3) a command or request verb, also called an imperative – يُؤْتُوْا is a present tense verb

A present or future tense verb will be in one of the following states: 1) مَرْفُوْعٌ – nominative or 2) مَنْصُوْبٌ – accusative or 3) مَجْزُوْمٌ – jussive

يُؤْتُوْنَ is the nominative (مَرْفُوْعٌ ) state of this verb, which means it is in its natural state and it changes to its (مَنْصُوْبٌ) accusative form يُؤْتُوْا when it is preceded by an accusative particle like 1) لَن a future negation particle or 2) حَتَّى a particle containing a hidden أَنْ or 3) لِ a particle of reason (لَامُ التَّحْلِيْلِ)

They give

To come, to bring, bring to, come to, come to pass, come upon, do, commit, come easily, arrive, bring, give, reach, happen, overtake, draw near, go, hit, meet, join, come personally or through command or operation and enforcement of orders, be engaged or occupied, commit (offense), perpetrate (crime), undertake (enterprise). The combination of Alif, Ta, ya indicates the meaning of coming, obedience, association and company

24-22
And not were they commanded except to worship Allah SWT sincere to it, the upright religionوَمَا أُمِرُوْا إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوْا اللهَ مُخْلِصِيْنَ لَهُ الدِّيْنَ حُنَفَاءَ
98-5and to establish the prayer and to give the charity and that is the correct religionوَيُقِيْمُوْا الصَّلَاةَ وَيُؤْتُوْا الزَّكَاتَ وَذَالِكَ دِيْنُ القَيِّمَةِ
