| And when you said “O Moses we cannot endure one kind of food | وَإِذْ قُلْتُمْ يَا مُوْسَى لَنْ نَّصْبِرَ عَلَى طَعَامٍ وَاحِدٍ |
| so, invoke your Lord for us to bring forth for us of what the earth grows | فَادْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُخْرِجْ لَنَا مِمَّا تُنْبِتُ الأَرْضُ |
| of its herbs, its cucumbers, its wheat/garlic, its lentils and its onions” | مِنْ بَقْلِهَا وَ قِثَّآئِهَا وَفَوْمِهَا وَعَدَسِهَا وَبَصَلِهَا |
| He said “Would you exchange for that which is lesser with that which is better? | قَالَ أَتَسْتَبْدِلُوْنَ الَّذِي هُوَ أَدْنَى بِالَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ |
| Go you down to a town and you shall find what you are asking for” | اهْبِطُوْا مِصْرًا فَإِنَّ لَكُمْ مَّا سَأَلْتُمْ |
| And they were covered with humiliation and misery as they drew on themselves the Wrath of Allah (SWT) | وَضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الذِّلَّةُ وَالمَسْكَنَةُ وَبَآءُوْا بِغَضَبٍ مِّنَ اللهِ |
| that due to their disbelieving in the signs of Allah (SWT) | ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانُوْا يَكْفُرُوْنَ بِئَايَاتِ اللهِ |
| and killing the Prophets without right | وَيَقْتُلُوْنَ النَّبِيِّيْنَ بِغَيْرِ الحَقِّ |
| 2-61 | that was because they disobeyed and were transgressing | ذَلِكَ بِمَا عَصَوْا وَّكَانُوْا يَعْتَدُوْنَ |

| and if not, you do then be informed of a war from Allah (SWT) and his messenger | فَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُوا فَأْذَنُوا بِحَرْبٍ مِّنَ اللهِ وَرَسُوْلِهِ |
| and Allah (SWT) guides not the disbelieving people | وَاللهُ لَا يَهْدِي القَوْمَ الكَافِرِيْنَ |
| and if you repent then for you is the capital (head-principle) of your wealth | وَإِنْ تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُءُوْسُ أَمْوَالِكُمْ |
| 2-279 | do not wrong and not you will be wronged | لَا تَظْلِمُوْنَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُوْنَ |
| Indeed, those who disbelieve, not will help (enrich avail) them their wealth | إِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوا لَنْ تُغْنِيَ عَنْهُمْ أَمْوَالُهُمْ |
| 3-10 | and not their offspring against Allah (SWT) in anything and those, they will be the fuel of the fire | وَلَا أَوْلَادُهُم مِّنَ اللهِ شَيْئًا وَأُوْلَآئِكَ هُمْ وَقُوْدُ النَّارِ |
| Say, “shall I inform you of better than those? for those who feared (mindful and conscious of Allah SWT) | قُلْ أَؤُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِخَيْرٍ مِّن ذَلِكُمْ لِلَّذِيْنَ اتَّقُوا |
| gardens with their Lord, rivers flowing under it, abiding forever in it | عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ جَنَّاتٌ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِيْنَ فِيْهَا |
| 3-15 | and pure spouses and approval from Allah (SWT) and Allah (SWT) is All-Seeing of the worshipper” | وَأَزْوَاجٌ مُّطَهَّرَةٌ وَرِضْوَانٌ مِّنَ اللهِ وَاللهُ بَصِيْرٌ بِالعِبَادِ |
| 3-28 | 1 | |
| then the angels called him while he was standing, praying in the chamber | فَنَادَتْهُ المَلَآئِكَةُ وَهُوَ قَآئِمٌ يُصَلِّى فِي المِحْرَابِ |
| that Allah (SWT) gives you glad tidings of Yahya (John), confirming a word from Allah (SWT) | أَنَّ اللهَ يُبَشِّرُكَ بِيَحْيَى مُصَدِّقًا بِكَلِمَةٍ مِّنَ اللهِ |
| 3-39 | and noble and chaste and a prophet among the righteous | وَسَيِّدًا وَحَصُوْرًا وَنَبِيًّا مِّنَ الصَّالِحِيْنَ |
| Humiliation struck on them wherever they are found except with a rope from Allah (SWT) | ضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الذِّلَّةُ أَيْنَ مَا ثُقِفُوا إِلَّا بِحَبْلٍ مِّنَ اللهِ |
| and a rope from the people and they incurred wrath from Allah (SWT) | وَحَبْلٍ مِّنَ النَّاسِ وَبَآءُو بِغَضَبٍ مِّنَ اللهِ |
| and the poverty struck on them | وَضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ المَسْكَنَةُ |
| that is because they disbelieved in the signs of Allah (SWT) | ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَكْفُرُوْنَ بِئَايَاتِ اللهِ |
| and they killed the prophets without right | وَيَقْتُلُوْنَ الأَنْبِيَآءَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ |
| 3-112 | that is because they disobeyed, and they used to transgress | ذَلِكَ بِمَا عَصَوا وَّكَانُوا يَعْتَدُوْنَ |
| Truly those who disbelieve not will avail them their properties nor their children anything from Allah (SWT) | إِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوا لَنْ تُغْنِيَ عَنْهُمْ أَمْوَالُهُمْ وَلَآ أَوْلَادُهُمْ مِّنَ اللهِ |
| 3-116 | and those are the companions of the fire, they will abide in it forever | شَيْئًا وَأُوْلَآئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيْهَا خَالِدُوْنَ |
| and indeed, if you are killed in the way of Allah (SWT) or you died | وَلَئِنْ قُتِلْتُمْ فِي سَبِيْلِ اللهِ أَوْ مُتُّمْ |
| 3-157 | certainly, forgiveness from Allah (SWT) and His mercy are better than what they amass | لَمَغْفِرَةٌ مِّنَ اللهِ وَرَحْمَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِّمَّا يَجْمَعُوْنَ |
| so, by that mercy from Allah (SWT) you dealt gently with them | فَبِمَا رَحْمَةٍ مِّنَ اللهِ لِنْتَ لَهُمْ |
| and had you been rude and harsh hearted surely, they would disperse from around you | وَلَوْ كُنْتَ فَظًّا غَلِيْظَ القَلْبِ لَانْفَضُّوا مِنْ حَوْلِكَ |
| then pardon them and ask forgiveness for them and consult them in the matter | فَاعْفُ عَنْهُمْ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ وَشَاوِرْهُمْ فِيْ الأَمْرِ |
| then when you have decided then place your trust in Allah (SWT) | فَإِذَا عَزَمْتَ فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللهِ |
| 3-159 | Surely, Allah (SWT) loves the ones who place trust (in Him) | إِنَّ اللهَ يُحِبُّ المُتَوَكِّلِيْنَ |
| Is then he who follows the pleasure of Allah (SWT) like the one who incurs the wrath of Allah (SWT) | أَفَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ رِضْوَانَ اللهِ كَمَن بَآءَ بِسَخَطٍ مِّنَ اللهِ |
| 3-162 | their abode is hell and wretched is the destination | وَمَأْوَاهُ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ المَصِيْرُ |
| and they receive good news of favor from Allah (SWT) and bounty | يَسْتَبْشِرُوْنَ بِنِعْمَةٍ مِّنَ اللهِ وَفَضْلٍ |
| 3-171 | and that Allah (SWT) does not let go to waste the reward of the believers | وَأَنَّ اللهَ لَا يُضِيْعُ أَجْرَ المُؤْمِنِيْنَ |
| so, they returned with favor from Allah (SWT) and bounty, not touched them any harm | فَانْقَلَبُوا بِنِعْمَةٍ مِّنَ اللهِ وَفَضْلٍ لَّمْ يَمْسَسْهُمْ سُوءٌ |
| 3-174 | and they followed the pleasure of Allah (SWT) and Allah (SWT) is the possessor of great bounty | وَاتَّبَعُوا رِضْوَانَ اللهِ وَاللهُ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَظِيْمٍ |
| Allah (SWT) instructs you concerning your children belonging to the male like a portion for two females | يُوْصِيْكُمُ اللهُ فِي أَوْلَادِكُمْ لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الأُنْثَيَيْنِ |
| but if there are women, more than two then for them two thirds of what he left | فَإِنْ كُنَّ نِسَآءً فَوْقَ اثْنَتَيْنِ فَلَهُنَّ ثُلُثَا مَا تَرَكَ |
| but if there is only one then for her half and for his parents for each one of them | وَإِنْ كَانَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَلَهَا النِّصْفُ وَلِأَبَوَيْهِ لِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا |
| a sixth of what he left if, is for him a child | السُّدُسُ مِمَّا تَرَكَ إِنْ كَانَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ |
| and if not is for him a child and his parents inherit it then for his mother is a third | فَإِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّهُ وَلَدٌ وَوَرِثَهُ أَبَوَاهُ فَلِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ |
| and if are for him siblings then for his mother is a sixth after any will | فَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ إِخْوَةٌ فَلِأُمِّهِ السُّدُسُ مِنْ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ |
| he has made with it or any debt | يُوْصِى بِهَآ أَوْ دَيْنٍ |
| your parents and your children, not you know which of them is nearer to you in benefit | ءَابَآؤُكُمْ وَأَبْنَآؤُكُمْ لَا تَدْرُوْنَ أَيُّهُمْ أَقْرَبُ لَكُمْ نَفْعًا |
| 4-11 | an obligation from Allah (SWT) truly Allah (SWT) is All-Knowing, All-Wise | فَرِيْضَةً مِّنَ اللهِ إِنَّ اللهَ كَانَ عَلِيْمًا حَكِيْمًا |
| and for you is half of what your spouse’s left if not is for them a child | وَلَكُمْ نِصْفُ مَا تَرَكَ أَزْوَاجُكُمْ إِنْ لَّمْ يَكُنْ لَّهُنَّ وَلَدٌ |
| but if is for them a child then for you is a fourth of what they left | فَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُنَّ وَلَدٌ فَلَكُمُ الرُّبُعُ مِمَّا تَرَكْنَ |
| from after any will they made for it or any debt | مِنْ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوْصِيْنَ بِهَآ أَوْدَيْنٍ |
| and for them is a fourth of what you left if not is for you a child | وَلَهُنَّ الرُّبُعُ مِمَّا تَرَكْتُمْ إِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَّكُمْ وَلَدٌ |
| but if is for you a child, then for them, the eight of what you left from after | فَإِنْ كَانَ لَكُمْ وَلَدٌ فَلَهُنَّ الثُّمُنُ مِمَّا تَرَكْتُمْ مِّنْ بَعْدِ |
| any will you made for it or any debt | وَصِيَّةٍ تُوْصُوْنَ بِهَآ أَوْدَيْنٍ |
| and if is a man whose wealth is to be inherited has no parent or child or women and for him is a brother or a sister | وَإِنْ كَانَ رَجُلٌ يُوْرَثُ كَلَالَةً أَوِ امْرَأَةٌ وَلَهُ أَخٌ أَوْ أُخْتٌ |
| then for each one of the two is a sixth but if they are more than that | فَلِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا السُّدُسُ فَإِنْ كَانُوا أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ |
| then they are partners in a third from after any will was made for it or any debt | فَهُمْ شُرَكَآءُ فِي الثُّلُثِ مِنْ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوْصَى بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ |
| 4-12 | without harm an ordinance from Allah (SWT) and Allah (SWT) is All-Knowing, Most-Forbearing | غَيْرَ مُضَآرٍ وَصِيَّةً مِّنَ اللهِ وَاللهُ عَلِيْمٌ حَلِيْمٌ |
| 4-70 | 1 | |
| and indeed, if befalls you a bounty from Allah (SWT) | وَلَئِنْ أَصَابَكُمْ فَضْلٌ مِّنَ اللهِ |
| certainly, they would undoubtedly say as if not there been between you and between him any affection | لَيَقُوْلَنَّ كَأَنْ لَّمْ تَكُنْ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُ مَوَدَّةٌ |
| 4-73 | “Oh! I wish I had been among them then I would have attained a great success” | يَا لَيْتَنِي كُنْتُ مَعَهُمْ فَأَفُوْزَ فَوْزًا عَظِيْمًا |
| Whatever from good befalls you is from Allah (SWT) | مّآ أَصَابَكَ مِنْ حَسَنَةٍ فَمِنَ اللهِ |
| and whatever from evil (bad) befalls you is from your own selves | وَمَآ أَصَابَكَ مِنْ سَيِّئَةٍ فَمِن نَّفْسِكَ |
| 4-79-1 | and We have sent you to the people as a messenger and with Allah (SWT) is sufficient as a witness | وَأَرْسَلْنَاكَ لِلنَّاسِ رَسُوْلًا وَكَفَى بِاللهِ شَهِيْدًا |
| 4-87 | 1 | |
| and not is for a believer to kill a believer except by mistake | وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ أَنْ يَقْتُلَ مُؤْمِنًا إِلَّا خَطَئًا |
| and whoever killed a believer by mistake then freeing a believing slave | وَمَنْ قَتَلَ مُؤْمِنًا خَطَئًا فَتَحْرِيْرُ رَقَبَةٍ مُّؤْمِنَةٍ |
| and blood money must be paid to his family unless they remit as charity | وَدِيَةٌ مُسَلَّمَةٌ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ إِلَّآ أَن يَصَّدَّقُوا |
| but if they were from a people hostile to you and he was a believer then freeing a believing slave | فَإِنْ كَانَ مِنْ قَوْمٍ عَدُوٍّ لَّكُمْ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَتَحْرِيْرُ رَقَبَةٍ مُّؤْمِنَةٍ |
| and if they were from a people between you and between them was a treaty | وَإِنْ كَانَ مِنْ قَوْمٍ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُمْ مِيْثَاقٌ |
| then blood money payment to his family and freeing of a believing slave | فَدِيَةٌ مُّسَلَّمَةٌ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ وَتَحْرِيْرُ رَقَبَةٍ مُّؤْمِنَةٍ |
| and whoever does not find then fasting of two months consecutively as a repentance from Allah (SWT) | فَمَن لَّم يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ تَوْبَةً مِّنَ اللهِ |
| 4-92 | and Allah (SWT) is All-Knowing, All-Wise | وَكَانَ اللهُ عَلِيْمًا حَكِيْمًا |

| Those who wait for you, so if is for you a victory from Allah (SWT) | الَّذِيْنَ يَتَرَبَّصُوْنَ بِكُمْ فَإِنْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فَتْحٌ مِّنَ اللهِ |
| they say, “Were we not with you?” and if was for the disbelievers a share (portion of victory) | قَالُوا أَلَمْ نَكُنْ مَّعَكُمْ وَإِنْ كَانَ لِلْكَافِرِيْنَ نَصِيْبٌ |
| they say, “Did not we have advantage over you and (protect) prevent you from the disbelievers?” | قَالُوا أَلَمْ نَسْتَحْوِذْ عَلَيْكُمْ وَنَمْنَعْكُمْ مِّنَ المُؤْمِنِيْنَ |
| and Allah (SWT) will judge between you on the day of resurrection | فَاللهُ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ |
| 4-141 | and not will Allah (SWT) make for the disbelievers over the believers a way | وَلَنْ يَجْعَلَ اللهُ لِلْكَافِرِيْنَ عَلَى المُؤْمِنِيْنَ سَبِيْلً |
| O people of the book! indeed, came to you Our messenger, making clear to you much of what | يَآ أَهْلَ الكِتَابِ قَدْ جَآءَكُمْ رَسُوْلُنَا يُبَيِّنُ لَكُمْ كَثِيْرًا مِّمَّا |
| you used to conceal from the book and forgiving (overlooking) of much | كُنْتُمْ تُخْفُوْنَ مِنَ الكِتَابِ وَيَعْفُوا عَنْ كَثِيْرٍ |
| 5-15 | Indeed, came to you from Allah (SWT) a light and a clear book | قَدْ جَآءَكُمْ مِّنَ اللهِ نُوْرٌ وَكِتَابٌ مُّبِيْنٌ |
| 5-17 | 1 | |
| And the male thief and the female thief then cut off their hands a compensation for what they earned | وَالسَّارِقُ وَالسَّارِقَةُ فَاقْتَعُوا أَيْدِيَهُمَا جَزَآءٌ بِمَا كَسَبَا |
| 5-38 | a deterrent from Allah (SWT) and Allah (SWT) is All-Mighty, All-Wise | نَكَالًا مِّنَ اللهِ وَاللهُ عَزِيْزٌ حَكِيْمٌ |
| 5-41 | 1 | |

| and whoever turns to them his back that day except as a strategy of war | وَمَن يُوَلِّهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ دُبُرَهُ إِلَّا مُتَحَرِّفًا لِّقِتَالٍ |
| or to join to a group then indeed, he incurred the anger of Allah (SWT) | أَوْ مُتَحَيِّزًا إِلَى فِئَةٍ فَقَدْ بَآءَ بِغَضَبٍ مِّنَ اللهِ |
| 8-16 | and his abode is Hell, an evil destination | وَمَأْوَاهُ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ المَصِيْرِ |
| Had not an ordainment from Allah (SWT) preceded | لَوْلَا كِتَابٌ مِّنَ اللهِ سَبَقَ |
| 8-68 | surely, a great punishment would have surely touched you for what you took | لَمَسَّكُمْ فِيْمَآ أَخَذْتُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيْمٌ |
| 9-1 | Rescinding all obligations from Allah (SWT) and His messenger to those you promised from the polytheists | بَرَآءَةٌ مِّنَ اللهِ وَرَسُوْلِهِ إِلَى الَّذِيْنَ عَهَدْتُمْ مِّنَ المُشْرِكِيْنَ |
| and an announcement from Allah (SWT) and His messenger to the people on the day of the greater pilgrimage | وَأَذَانٌ مِّنَ اللهِ وَرَسُوْلِهِ إِلَى النَّاسِ يَوْمَ الحَجِّ الأَكْبَرِ |
| that Allah (SWT) is free from obligations from the polytheists and so is His messenger so if you repent | أَنَّ اللهَ بَرِيءٌ مِّنَ المُشْرِكِيْنَ وَرَسُوْلُهُ فَإِنْ تُبْتُمْ |
| then it is good for you but if you turn away then know that you are without escape from Allah (SWT) | فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَإِنْ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِى اللهِ |
| 9-3 | and give news to those who disbelieve of a painful punishment | وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوا بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيْمٍ |
| Say, “If are your parents and your children and your siblings and your spouses | قُلْ إِنْ كَانَ ءَابَآؤُكُمْ وَأَبْنَآؤُكُمْ وَإِخْوَانُكُمْ وَأَزْوَاجُكُمْ |
| and your relatives and the wealth you have acquired and the commerce you fear a decline in it | وَعَشِيْرَتُكُمْ وَأَمْوَالٌ اقْتَرَفْتُمُوْهَا وَتِجَارَةٌ تَخْشَوْنَ كَسَادَهَا |
| and the dwellings you delight in it are more beloved to you than Allah (SWT) and His messenger | وَمَسَاكِنُ تَرْضَوْنَهَآ أَحَبَّ إِلَيْكُم مِّنَ اللهِ وَرَسُوْلِهِ |
| and striving in His path then wait until Allah (SWT) brings His command | وَجِهَادٍ فِي سَبِيْلِهِ فَتَرَبَّصُوا حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ اللهُ بِأَمْرِهِ |
| 9-24 | and Allah (SWT) does not guide the defiantly disobedient people | وَاللهُ لَا يَهْدِي القَوْمِ الفَاسِقِيْنَ |
| Only the charities are for the poor and the needy and those who collect for it | إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَآءِ وَالمَسَاكِيْنِ وَالعَامِلِيْنَ عَلَيْهَا |
| and the ones whose hearts inclined and in freeing the necks and for those in debt and in the way of Allah (SWT) | وَالمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوْبُهُمْ وَفِيْ الرِّقَابِ وَالغَارِمِيْنَ وَفِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللهِ |
| 9-60 | and the wayfarer, an obligation from Allah (SWT) and Allah (SWT) is All-Knowing, All-Wise | وَابْنِ السَّبِيْلِ فَرِيْضَةً مِّنَ اللهِ وَاللهُ عَلِيْمٌ حَكِيْمٌ |
| Allah (SWT) promised the believers men and women gardens (paradise), flows from underneath it | وَعَدَ اللهُ المُؤْمِنِيْنَ وَالمُؤْمِنَاتِ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا |
| rivers, abiding therein forever, and blessed dwellings in gardens of eternity | الأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِيْنَ فِيْهَا وَمَسَاكِنَ طَيِّبَةً فِي جَنَّاتِ عَدْنٍ |
| 9-72 | but the approval of Allah (SWT) is greater, that, it is the great success | وَرِضْوَانٌ مِّنَ اللهِ أَكْبَرُ ذَلِكَ هُوَ الفَوْزُ العَظِيْمُ |

| and those who earned the evil deeds, the recompense of an evil deed is like it and humiliation will cover them | وَالَّذِيْنَ كَسَبُوا السَّيِّئَاتِ جَزَآءُ سَيِّئَةٍ بِمِثْلِهَا وَتَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةٌ |
| not for them from Allah (SWT) any defender as if their faces had been covered from | مَّا لَهُم مِّنَ اللهِ مِنْ عَاصِمٍ كَأَنَّمَآ أُغْشِيَتْ وُجُوْهُهُمْ قِطَعًا مِّنَ |
| 10-27 | the darkness of the night, those are the companions of the fire, they will abide in it forever | الَّيْلِ مُظْلِمًا أُوْلَآئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيْهَا خَالِدُوْنَ |

| he said, “O my people! is then my family of more weight to you than Allah (SWT)? | قَالَ يَا قَومِ أَرَهطِى أَعَزُّ عَلَيكُم مِّنَ اللهِ |
| 11-92 | and you have taken Him behind your backs verily, my Lord is All Encompassing of what you do | وَاتَّخَذْتُمُوهُ وَرَآءَكُم ظِهرِيًّا إِنَّ رَبِّى بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ مُحِيطٌ |
