Surah/Below are the 56+6 verses in the holy Quran containing the phraseلِمَن
Verse
And do not say of those who are killed in the way of Allah (SWT), “They are dead”وَلَا تَقُوْلُوْا لِمَنْ يُقْتَلُ فِي سَبِيْلِ اللهِ أَمْوَاتٌ
2-154Nay, they are living but you perceive it notبَلْ أَحْيَآءٌ وَلَاكِنْ لَّا تَشْعُرُوْنَ
and perform the pilgrimage and minor pilgrimage for Allah (SWT) but if you are held back then what can be obtained with easeوَأَتِمُّوا الحَجَّ وَالعُمْرَةَ لِلَّهِ فَإِنْ أُحْصِرْتُمْ فَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ
of a sacrificial animal and do not shave your heads until the sacrifice reaches its destinationمِنَ الهَدْيِ وَلَا تَحْلِقُوْا رُءُوْسَكُمْ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الهَدْيُ مَحِلَّهُ
and whosoever of you is ill or has an ailment of his head then compensate by fastingفَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيْضًا أَوْ بِهِ أَذًى مِّنْ رَّاسِهِ فَفِدْيَةٌ مِّنْ صِيَامٍ
or charity or a sacrificial offering then when you are safe then whoever performs the minor pilgrimage followed by Hajjأَوْ صَدَقَةٍ أَوْ نُسُكٍ فَإِذَآ أَمِنْتُمْ فَمَنْ تَمَتَّعَ بِالعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الحَجَّ
then what can be obtained with ease of a sacrificial animal and who cannot find then a fast of three days during Hajjفَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الهَدْيِ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلَاثَةٍ أَيَّامٍ فِى الحَجِّ
and seven days when you returned (home) that is ten (days) in allوَسَبْعَةٍ إِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ تِلْكَ عَشْرَةٌ كَامِلَةٌ
This is for him whose family is not present at the Sacred Mosqueذَلِكَ لِمَنْ لَّمْ يَكُنْ أَهْلُهُ حَاضِرِى المَسْجِدِ الحَرَامِ
2-196and be mindful of Allah (SWT) and know that Allah (SWT) is severe in punishmentوَاتَّقُوا اللهَ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللهَ شَدِيْدُ العِقَابِ
2-2031 
and the mothers shall suckle their children for two years completeوَالوَالِدَاتُ يُرْضِعْنَ أَوْلَادَهُنَّ حَوْلَيْنِ كَامِلَيْنِ
for whoever wishes to complete the suckling then upon the father their provision is on himلِمَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُتِمَّ الرَّضَاعَةَ وَعَلَى المَوْلُوْدِ لَهُ رِزْقُهُنَّ
and their clothing in a fair manner, not is burdened a soul except its capacityوَكِسْوَتُهُنَّ بِالمَعْرُوْفِ لَا تُكَلَّفُ نَفْسٌ إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا
the mother is not made to suffer because of her child and not the father over it because of his childلَا تُضَآرَّ وَالِدَةٌ بِوَلَدِهَا وَلَا مَوْلُوْدٌ لَّهُ بِوَلَدِهِ
and on the heir is like that then if they both desire weaning through mutual consent of both of themوَعَلَى الوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ فَإِنْ أَرَادَ فِصَالًا عَنْ تَرَاضٍ مِّنْهُمَا
and consultation then no blame on both of them and if you want ask another woman to suckle your childوَتَشَاوُرٍ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا وَإِنْ أَرَدْتُّمْ أَنْ تَسْتَرْضِعُوا أَوْلَادَكُمْ
then there is no blame on you when you pay what you give in a fair mannerفَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذَا سَلَّمْتُم مَّآ ءَاتَيْتُمْ بِالمَعْرُوْفِ
2-233and be mindful of Allah (SWT) and know that Allah (SWT) is All-Seeing of what you doوَاتَّقُوا اللهَ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ بَصِيْرٌ
The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah (SWT) isمَّثَلُ الَّذِيْنَ يُنْفِقُوْنَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ فِي سَبِيْلِ اللهِ
like a grain which grows seven ears, in each ear is a hundred grainكَمَثَلِ حَبَّةٍ أَنْبَتَتْ سَبْعَ سَنَابِلَ فِى كُلِّ سُنْبُلَةٍ مِّاْئَةُ حَبَّةٍ
2-261and Allah (SWT) multiplies for who He wishes, and Allah (SWT) is All-Encompassing, All-Knowingوَاللهُ يُضَاعِفُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَاللهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيْمٌ
To Allah (SWT) belongs what is in the heavens and what is in the earthلِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ
and if you reveal what is in yourself or conceal it, Allah (SWT) will call you to account for itوَإِنْ تُبْدُوا مَا فِي أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَوْ تُخْفُوْهُ يُحَاسِبْكُمْ بِهِ اللهُ
and He forgives to whom He wishes, and He punishes whom He wishesفَيَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيُعَذِبُ مَن يَشَآءُ
2-284and Allah (SWT) is over everything All-Powerfulوَاللهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ
and do not believe except for who follows your religion say, “truly the guidance is the guidance of Allah (SWT)”وَلَا تُؤْمِنُوا إِلَّا لِمَنْ تَبِعَ دِيْنَكُمْ قُلْ إِنَّ الهُدَى هُدَى اللهِ
that one is given the like of what was given to you or they may argue with you with your Lordأَنْ يُؤْتَى أَحَدٌ مِثْلَ مَآ أُوْتِيْتُمْ أَوْ يُحَاجُّوْكُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّكُمْ
3-73say, “Truly, the bounty is in the hand of Allah (SWT) He gives it to who He wishes, and Allah (SWT) is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing”قُلْ إِنَّ الفَضْلَ بِيَدِ اللهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَنْ يَشَآءُ وَاللهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيْمٌ
and belongs to Allah (SWT) what is in the heavens and what is in the earthوَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ
3-129He forgives to whom He wills, and He punishes whom He wills, and Allah (SWT) is Oft-Forgiving, Most-Mercifulيَغْفِرُ لِمَنْ يَشَآءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَشَآءُ وَاللهُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ
and who among you is not able to afford to marry the chaste, believing womenوَمَنْ لَّمْ يَسْتَطِعْ مِنْكُمْ طَوْلًا أَنْ يَنْكِحَ المُحْصَنَاتِ المُؤْمِنَاتِ
then from what your right hand possesses from your believing slave girlsفَمِن مَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ مِّنْ فَتَيَاتِكُمُ المُؤْمِنَاتِ
and Allah (SWT) knows best about your faith some of you from othersوَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيْمَانِكُمْ بَعْضُكُمْ مِّنْ بَعْضٍ
then marry them with the permission of their family and give them their bridal due in a fair mannerفَانْكِحُوهُنَّ بِإِذْنِ أَهْلِهِنَّ وَءَاتُوْهُنَّ أُجُوْرَهُنَّ بِالمَعْرُوْفِ
chaste, not one who is immoral and not one who takes secret lovers then when they are marriedمُحْصَنَاتٍ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحَاتٍ وَلَا مُتَّخِذَاتِ أَخْدَانٍ فَإِذَآ أُحْصِنَّ
and they commit immorality then for them half what is on the chaste women of the punishmentفَإِنْ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى المُحْصَنَاتِ مِنَ العَذَابِ
that is for who fears to be distressed (suffer) among youذَلِكَ لِمَن خَشِيَ العَنَتَ مِنْكُمْ
4-25and that you be patient is better for you and Allah (SWT) is Oft-Forgiving, Most-Mercifulوَأَنْ تَصْبِرُوا خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَاللهُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ
Surely, Allah (SWT) does not forgive that partners be associated with Him but He forgives what is other than thatإِنَّ اللهَ لَا يَغْفِرُ أَنْ يُشْرَكَ بِهِ وَيَغْفِرُ مَا دُوْنَ ذَلِكَ
4-48to whom He pleases, who associates partners with Allah (SWT) then certainly, he has fabricated a great sinلِمَنْ يَشَآءُ وَمَنْ يُشْرِكْ بِاللهِ فَقَدِ افْتَرَى إِثْمًا عَظِيْمًا
4-771 
O you who believe! when you strike out in the way of Allah (SWT) then clarify (investigate)يَآ أَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوا إِذَا ضَرَبْتُمْ فِي سَبِيْلِ اللهِ فَتَبَيَّنُوا
and don’t say to whom offers to you, peace, “you are not a believer”وَلَا تَقُوْلُوا لِمَن أَلْقَى إِلَيْكُمُ السَّلَامَ لَسْتَ مُؤْمِنًا
seeking transitory gains of the worldly life for with Allah (SWT) are abundant spoilsتَبْتَغُوْنَ عَرَضَ الحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا فَعِنْدَ اللهِ مَغَانِمُ كَثِيْرَةٌ
like that you were from before, then Allah (SWT) conferred favor upon you so clarifyكَذَالِكَ كُنْتُم مِّن قَبْلُ فَمَنَّ اللهُ عَلَيْكُمْ فَتَبَيَّنُوا
4-94surely, Allah (SWT) is over what you do All-Awareإِنَّ الله كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ خَبِيْرًا
Indeed Allah (SWT) won’t forgive that partners be associated with Him but He forgives what is other than thatإِنَّ اللهَ لَا يَغْفِرُ أَنْ يُشْرَكَ بِهِ وَيَغْفِرُ مَا دُوْنَ ذَلِكَ
4-116to whom He wishes and whoever associates partners with Allah (SWT) then certainly he strayed a far strayingلِمَن يَشآءُ وَمَنْ يُشْرِكْ بِاللهِ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَالًا بَعِيْدًا
The Jews and the Christians said, “We are the children of Allah (SWT) and His beloved”وَقَالَتِ اليَهُوْدُ وَالنَّصَارَى نَحْنُ أَبْنَآؤُا اللهِ وَأَحِبَّآؤُهُ
Say, “Then why He punishes you for your sins?” Nay, you are human beings from among those He createdقُلْ فَلِمَ يُعَذِّبُكُمْ بِذُنُوْبِكُمْ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ بَشَرٌ مِّمَّنْ خَلَقَ
He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills and belongs to Allah (SWT)يَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَشَآءُ وَلِلَّهِ
5-18the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and what is between them both and to Him is the destinationمُلْكُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَإِلَيْهِ المَصِيْرِ
Do not you know that belongs to Allah (SWT) the kingdom of the heavens and the earth?أَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ أَنَّ اللهَ لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ
5-40He punishes whom He wills, and He forgives for whom He wills, and Allah (SWT) is over everything All-Powerfulيُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَشَآءُ وَيَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَاللهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ
The leaders, who were arrogant from his people said to those who were weak from who believedقَالَ المَلَأُ الَّذِيْنَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا مِنْ قَوْمِهِ لِلَّذِيْنَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا لِمَنْ ءَامَنَ
among them, “Do you know that Salih (AS) is one sent from his Lord?”مِنْهُمْ أَتَعْلَمُوْنَ أَنَّ صَالِحًا مُّرْسَلٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِ
7-75They said, “Truly we believe in what he was sent with”قَالُوا إِنَّا بِمَآ أُرْسِلَ بِهِ مُؤْمِنُوْنَ
O prophet! say to whoever is in your hands of the captivesيَآ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لِّمَنْ فِي أَيْدِيْكُم مِّنَ الأَسْرَى
“if Allah (SWT) knows any good in your heart, He will give you betterإِن يَعْلَمِ اللهُ فِي قُلُوْبِكُمْ خَيْرًا يُؤْتِكُمْ خَيْرًا
8-70than what was taken from you, and He will forgive you and Allah (SWT) is Oft-Forgiving, Most-Mercifulمِّمَّآ أُخِذَ مِنْكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ وَاللهُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ
and those who take a place of worship for harm and for disbelief and for divisionوَالَّذِيْنَ اتَّخَذُوا مَسْجِدًا ضِرَارًا وَكُفْرًا وَتَفْرِيْقًا
between the believers and as a station for whoever warred against Allah (SWT) and His Messenger from beforeبَيْنَ المُؤْمِنِيْنَ وَإِرْصَادًا لِّمَنْ حَارَبَ اللهَ وَرَسُوْلَهُ مِنْ قَبْلُ
9-107and surely, they will swear, “not we wish except good” and Allah (SWT) bears witness, surely, they are certainly liarsوَلَيَحْلِفُنَّ إِنْ أَرَدْنَآ إِلَّا الحُسْنَى وَاللهُ يَشْهَدُ إِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُوْنَ
So, today We will save you in your body that you may be for who succeed you, a signفَاليَوْمَ نُنَجِّيْكَ بِبَدَنِكَ لِتَكُوْنَ لِمَنْ خَلْفَكَ ءَايَةً
10-92and indeed, many among the people are surely, heedless of Our signs”وَإِنَّ كَثِيْرًا مِّنَ النَّاسِ عَنْ ءَايَاتِنَا لَغَافِلُوْنَ
indeed, in that are surely signs for who fear the punishment of the hereafterإِنَّ فِى ذَلِكَ لَآيَةً لِّمَن خَافَ عَذَابَ الآخِرَةِ
11-103that is a day mankind will be gathered on it and that is a day witnessedذَلِكَ يَومٌ مَّجمُوعٌ لَّهُ النَّاسُ وَذَلِكَ يَومٌ مَّشْهُودٌ

79-26truly in that is a lesson indeed for those who fearإِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَعِبْرَةً لِّمَنْ يَخْشَى
79-36and the hellfire will be manifest for who seesوَبُرِّزَتِ الجَحِيْمُ لِمَن يَرَى
81-28to who wishes among you to take a straight wayلِمَن شَآءَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يَسْتَقِيْمَ
Their reward is with their Nurturer, eternal gardens, underneath which rivers flow. They will abideجَزَاؤُهُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهَمْ جَنَّاتُ عَدْنٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِيْنَ فِيْهَا أَبَدًا
98-8therein forever, Allah (SWT) pleased with them and they with Him, that is for who feared his Nurturerرَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوْا عَنْهُ ذَلِكَ لِمَن خَشِيَ رَبَّهُ
