1-Sahih Muslim Vol 1, chapter 3, 538-3-226, pg 356 The book of Purification

The description of wudu and its perfection

In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Eternally Mercifulبِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَانِ الرَّحِيْمِ
Humran (RA), the freed slave of Uthman (RA) narrated that ‘Uthman bin Affan (RA)حَ
called for water for wudu, to perform wudu. He washed his hands 3 times, then he 
rinsed his mouth and nose, then he washed his face 3 times, then he washed his right
hand up to the elbow 3 times, then he washed his left hand in like manner, then he 
wiped his head, then he washed his right foot up to the ankle 3 times, then he washed
his left foot in like manner, then he said, “I saw the Messenger of Allah (SWT) 
performing wudu as I have done it, then the Messenger of Allah (SWT) said “whoever
performs wudu as I have done it, then stands up and prays 2 rakah in which he does 
not let his mind wander, he will be forgiven his previous sins.” (One of the narrators) 
Ibn Shihab (RA) said, “our scholars used to say, “this is the most complete wudu that
anyone may do for the salat.”

In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Eternally Mercifulبِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَانِ الرَّحِيْمِ
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (RA) that the Prophet (SAW) said, “When one
of you awakens from sleep, let him rinse his nose 3 times, for the Shaitan spends  
the night on his nose.”

In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Eternally Mercifulبِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَانِ الرَّحِيْمِ
It was narrated that Abdullah bin Amr (RA) said, “the Messenger of Allah (SWT)
stayed behind during a journey that we were undertaking, the he caught up with us 
when the time for salat al Asr was due. We started wiping (namsahu) over our feet
and he called out, “woe to the heels from the fire”

Sins exit with the water of wudu

In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Eternally Mercifulبِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَانِ الرَّحِيْمِ
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (SWT) said,
“when a muslim (believer) performs wudu and washes his face, every sin that he  
looked at with his eyes comes out from his face with the water or with the last drop
of the water, when he washes his hands, every sin that he committed with his hands
comes out from his hands with the water or with the last drop of the water, when he
washes his feet, evry sin to which he walked with his feet comes out from his feet 
with the water or with the last drop of the water until he emerges cleansed of sins”

Siwak (tooth stick)

In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Eternally Mercifulبِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَانِ الرَّحِيْمِ
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (RA) that the Prophet (SAW) said, “were it not
that it would be too difficult for the believers” according to the hadith of (one of the  
narrators) Zuhair (RA) “for my ummah”, “I would have commanded them to use
the siwak for every salat”

Characteristics of the fitrah

In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Eternally Mercifulبِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَانِ الرَّحِيْمِ
It was narrated that Anas bin Malik (RA) said, “Anas said, ‘a time limit was set for
us for trimming the moustache, clipping the nails, plucking the armpit hairs and  
shaving the pubes, that was not to be left for more than 40 days'”

It was narrated that Ibn Umar (RA) said, “the Messenger of Allah (SWT) said, ‘be 
different from the idolators, trim your moustaches and let your beards grow'”
