| Verily Allah (SWT) is not averse to set forth a parable of a gnat or what is above it | إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يَسْتَحْيِي أَنْ يَضْرِبَ مَثَلًا مَّا بَعُوْضَةً فَمَا فَوْقَهَا | |
| and as for those who believe they know that it is the Truth from their Lord | فَأَمَّا الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوْا فَيَعْلَمُوْنَ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَّبِّهِمْ | |
| and as for those who disbelieve they say, “What did Allah (SWT) intend by this parable?” | وَأَمَّا الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا فَيَقُوْلُوْنَ مَاذَا أَرَادَ اللهُ بِهَذَا مَثَلً | |
| 2-26 | By it He misleads many and by it He guides many and He does not mislead by it but the rebellious | يُضِلُّ بِهِ كَثِيْرًا وَيَهْدِي بِهِ كَثِيْرًا وَمَا يُضِلُّ بِهِ إِلَّا الْفَاسِقِيْنَ |
| He is who revealed to you the book, in it are verses, entirely clear | هُوَ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ عَلَيْكَ الكِتَابَ مِنْهُ ءَايَاتٌ مُّحْكَمَاتٌ | |
| they are the foundations of the book and others not entirely clear | هُنَّ أُمُّ الكِتَابِ وَأُخَرُ مُتَشَابِهَاتٌ | |
| so as for those in their hearts is deviation, they follow what is unclear of it | فَأَمَّا الَّذِيْنَ فِي قُلُوْبِهِمْ زَيْغٌ فَيَتَّبِعُوْنَ مَا تَشَابَهَ مِنْهُ | |
| seeking misguidance and seeking its hidden meanings and not any know its hidden meanings except Allah (SWT) | ابْتِغَآءَ الفِتْنَةِ وَبْتِغَآءَ تَأْوِيْلِهِ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ تَأْوِيْلَهُ إِلَّا اللهُ | |
| and those who are firmly grounded in knowledge say, “we believe in it all is from with our Lord” | وَالرَّاسِخُوْنَ فِي العِلْمِ يَقُوْلُوْنَ ءَامَنَّا بِهِ كُلٌّ مِّنْ عِنْدِ رَبِّنَا | |
| 3-7 | and not they will remember (receive admonition) except men of understanding | وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّآ أُوْلُوا الأَلْبَابِ |
| As for those who disbelieve, I will punish them with a severe punishment | فَأَمَّا الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوا فَأُعَذِّبُهُمْ عَذَابًا شَدِيْدًا | |
| 3-56 | in this world and in the hereafter and not for them any helpers | فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ وَمَا لَهُمْ مِّنْ نَّاصِرِيْنَ |
| As for those who believe and do righteous deeds | وَأَمَّا الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ | |
| 3-57 | then He will grant them in full their reward and Allah (SWT) does not love the wrongdoers | فَيُوَفِّيْهِمْ أُجُورَهُمْ وَاللهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الظَّالِمِيْنَ |

| 80-5 | as for who thinks himself self-sufficient (free from need) | أَمَّا مَنِ اسْتَغْنَى |
| 80-8 | as for who came to you striving (for knowledge) | وَأَمَّا مَنْ جَآءَكَ يَسْعَى |
| 84-7 | Then as for him who will be given his book of deeds in his right hand | فَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوْتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِيَمِيْنِهِ |
| 84-10 | As for who will be given his book of deeds behind his back | وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوْتِيَ كِتَابَهُ وَرَآءَ ظَهْرِهِ |
| As for man, when his Lord tries him by honoring him and favoring him | فَأَمَّا الإِنْسَانُ إِذَا مَا ابْتَلَاهُ رَبُّهُ فَأَكْرَمَهُ وَنَعَّمَهُ | |
| 89-15 | then he says “my Lord has honored me” | فَيَقُوْلُ رَبِّى أَكْرَمَنِ |
| but when He tries him by straitening his provision | وَأَمَّآ إِذَا مَا ابْتَلَاهُ فَقَدَرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقَهُ | |
| 89-16 | then he says “my Lord has humiliated me” | فَيَقُوْلُ رَبِّى أَهَانَنِ |
| 92-5 | so as for who gives, and he fears | فَأَمَّا مَنْ أَعْطَى وَاتَّقَى |
| 92-8 | and as for who withholds and considers himself sufficient | وَأَمَّا مَنْ بَخِلَ وَاسْتَغْنَى |
| 93-9 | So as for the orphan, do not subjugate | فَأَمَّا الْيَتِيْمَ فَلَا تَقْهَرْ |
| 93-10 | And as for the one who asks, do not repel | وَأَمَّا السَّآئِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ |
| 93-11 | And as for the favor of your Lord, proclaim | وَأَمَّا بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثْ |
| 101-6 | then as for him whose scales are heavy | فَأَمَّا مَنْ ثَقُلَتْ مَوَازِيْنُهُ |
| 101-8 | but as for him whose scales are light | وَأَمَّا مَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَازِيْنُهُ |
