| 2-4 | and what was sent down before you and about the hereafter they are certain | وَمَآ أُنْزِلَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ وَبِالْآخِرَةِ هُمْ يُوْقِنُوْنَ |
| And of mankind there are some who say: “We believe in Allah (SWT) and in the last day” | وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَقُوْلُ ءَامَنَّا بِاللهِ وَبِالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ | |
| 2-8 | but they are not of the believers | وَمَا هُمْ بِمُؤْمِنِيْنَ |
| And when you said “O Moses we cannot endure one kind of food | وَإِذْ قُلْتُمْ يَا مُوْسَى لَنْ نَّصْبِرَ عَلَى طَعَامٍ وَاحِدٍ | |
| so, invoke your Lord for us to bring forth for us of what the earth grows | فَادْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُخْرِجْ لَنَا مِمَّا تُنْبِتُ الأَرْضُ | |
| of its herbs, its cucumbers, its wheat/garlic, its lentils and its onions” | مِنْ بَقْلِهَا وَ قِثَّآئِهَا وَفَوْمِهَا وَعَدَسِهَا وَبَصَلِهَا | |
| He said “Would you exchange for that which is lesser with that which is better? | قَالَ أَتَسْتَبْدِلُوْنَ الَّذِي هُوَ أَدْنَى بِالَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ | |
| Go you down to a town and you shall find what you are asking for” | اهْبِطُوْا مِصْرًا فَإِنَّ لَكُمْ مَّا سَأَلْتُمْ | |
| And they were covered with humiliation and misery as they drew on themselves the Wrath of Allah (SWT) | وَضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الذِّلَّةُ وَالمَسْكَنَةُ وَبَآءُوْا بِغَضَبٍ مِّنَ اللهِ | |
| that due to their disbelieving in the signs of Allah (SWT) | ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانُوْا يَكْفُرُوْنَ بِئَايَاتِ اللهِ | |
| and killing the Prophets without right | وَيَقْتُلُوْنَ النَّبِيِّيْنَ بِغَيْرِ الحَقِّ | |
| 2-61 | that was because they disobeyed and were transgressing | ذَلِكَ بِمَا عَصَوْا وَّكَانُوْا يَعْتَدُوْنَ |
| 89-6 | Did you not see how your lord dealt with (the people of) Ad | أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِعَادٍ |
| 89-9 | and Thamud who hewed out rocks in the valley | وَثَمُوْدَ الَّذِيْنَ جَابُوْا الصَّخْرَ بِالْوَادِ |
| 89-14 | Indeed, your lord is Ever Watchful | إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَبِالمِرْصَادِ |
| and that day Hell will be brought near | وَجِاْئَ يَوْمَئِذٍ بِجَهَنَّمَ | |
| 89-23 | on that day man will remember, but how will that remembrance avail him? | يَوْمَئِذٍ يَتَذَكَّرُ الإِنْسَانُ وَأَنَّى لَهُ الذِّكْرَى |
| 90-1 | Nay, I swear by this city (Mecca) | لَآ أُقْسِمُ بِهَذَا الْبَلَدِ |
| 90-2 | and you are free in this city | وَأَنْتَ حِلٌّ بِهَذَا الْبَلَدِ |
| then he became of those who believed | ثُمَّ كَانَ مِنَ الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوْا | |
| 90-17 | and recommended to patience and recommended to mercy | وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالمَرْحَمَةِ |
| 90-19 | but those who disbelieved in our signs they are the companions of the left hand | وَالَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا بِئَايَاتِنَا هُمْ أَصْحَابُ المَشْئَمَةِ |
| 91-11 | Thamud denied by their transgression | كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُوْدُ بِطَغْوَاهَآ |
| however, they denied him and killed it so, their Lord destroyed | فَكَذَّبُوْهُ فَعَقَرُوْهَا فَدَمْدَمَ عَلَيْهِم رَبُّهُمْ | |
| 91-14 | due to their sin and made them equal in destruction | بِذَنْبِهِمْ فَسَوَّاهَا |
| 92-6 | and believes in the best | وَصَدَّقَ بِالْحُسْنَى |
| 92-9 | and denies the best | وَكَذَّبَ بِالْحُسْنَى |
| 93-11 | And as for the favor of your Lord, proclaim | وَأَمَّا بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثْ |
| 95-7 | So, what makes you deny the final judgement? | فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِالدِّيْنِ |
| 95-8 | Is not Allah (SAW) the most just of all judges? | أَلَيْسَ اللهُ بِأَحْكَمِ الْحَاكِمِيْنَ |
| 96-1 | Read! In the Name of your Nurturer Who has created | اِقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ |
| 96-4 | Who has taught by the pen | الَّذِي عَلَّمَ بِالْقَلَمِ |
| 96-12 | or that he enjoins piety? | أَوْ أَمَرَ بِالتَّقْوَى |
| 96-14 | Does he not know that Allah (SWT) sees | أَلَمْ يَعْلَمْ بِأَنَّ اللهَ يَرَى |
| 96-15 | Nay! if he ceases not, We will surely catch him by the forelock | كَلَّا لَئِنْ لَّمْ يَنْتَهِ لَنَسْفَعًا بِالنَّاصِيَةِ |
| 97-4 | The Angels and Jibreel (AS) descend therein by the permission of their Lord from every command | تَنَزَّلُ المَلَآئِكَةُ وَالرُّوْحُ فِيْهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِنْ كُلِّ أَمْرٍ |
| 99-5 | Because your Lord will certainly inspire her | بِأَنَّ رَبَّكَ أَوْحَى لَهَا |
| 100-4 | raising thereby dust | فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِ نَقْعًا |
| 100-5 | penetrating forthwith | فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِ جَمْعًا |
| 100-11 | Truly, that day, their Lord will be well acquainted with them | إِنَّ رَبَّهُمْ بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَّخَبِيْرٌ |
| Except those who believe and do righteous deeds | إِلَّا الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوْا وَعَمِلُوْا الصَّالِحَاتِ | |
| 103-3 | and enjoin one another to the truth and enjoin one another to patience | وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ |
| 105-1 | Did you not see how your Lord dealt with the companions of the elephant? | أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِأَصْحَابِ الْفِيْلِ |
| 105-4 | Throwing on them with stones of clay | تَرْمِيْهِمْ بِحِجَارَةٍ مِّنْ سِجِّيْلٍ |
| 107-1 | Have you seen him who denies the judgement? | أَرَءَيْتَ الَّذِي يُكِذِّبُ بِالدِّيْنِ |
| 110-3 | Then glorify by the praises of your Nurturer and seek His forgiveness, truly He is oft returning | فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَاسْتَغْفِرْهُ إِنَّهُ كَانَ تَوَّابًا |
| 113-1 | Say, I seek refuge with the Nurturer of the dawn (daybreak) | قُلْ أَعُوُذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ |
| 114-0 | I seek refuge in Allah (SWT) from Satan the cursed | أَعُوْذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيْمِ |
