and remember the favor of Allah (SWT) upon you, when you were enemies | وَاذْكُرُوا نِعْمَتَ اللهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ كُنْتُمْ أَعْدَآءً
then He joined (friends) between your hearts, then you became brothers by His favor | فَأَلَّفَ بَيْنَ قُلُوْبِكُمْ فَأَصْبَحْتُمْ بِنِعْمَتِهِ إِخْوَانًا
and you were on the brink of a pit of fire then He saved you from it | وَكنْتُمْ عَلَى شَفَا حُفْرَةٍ مِنَ النَّارِ فَأَنْقَذَكُمْ مِّنْهَا

5-53 | their deeds were worthless, so they became the losers | حَبِطَتْ أَعْمَالُهُمْ فَأَصْبَحُوا خَاسِرِيْنَ |
A community before you asked such questions | قَدْ سَأَلَهَا قَوْمٌ مِّنْ قَبْلِكُمْ
