لِ Purpose
A word in the Arabic language will either be 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – لَامُ of purpose is a particle
لِ (with kasrah) is used for emphasis meaning ‘in order to’, ‘that he may’ and it denotes purpose, result, consequence, end
