| Part 13 / Chapter 13 | Chapter 13 /
| Alif-Laam-Meem-Ra | ا ل م ر | |
| These are the verses of the Book, which has been revealed to you from your Lord, in truth |
| but most men do not believe | 1 | وَلَاكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ |
| Allah SWT is who raised the heavens without pillars that you can see | اللهُ الَّذِي رَفَعَ السَّمَاوَاتِ بِغَيْرِ عَمَدٍ تَرَوْنَهَا | |
| then He established (rose above) on the throne | ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى عَلَى الْعَرْشِ | |
| and subjected the sun and the moon, each one runs for a term appointed | وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى | |
| He directs the affair, He explains the signs so that in the meeting |
| with your Lord, you may be certain | 2 | رَبِّكُمْ تُوْقِنُوْنَ |
| He knows the unseen and the apparent, the Great, the Exalted | 9 |
| for him there are angels in succession before him and behind him | لَهُ مُعَقِّبَاتٌ مِّن بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِ | |
| they protect him by the decree of Allah SWT | يَحْفَظُوْنَهُ مِنْ أَمْرِ اللهِ | |
| indeed Allah SWT will not change what is in a people until they change what is in themselves | إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّى يُغَيِّرُواْ مَا بِأَنْفُسِهِمْ | |
| and when Allah SWT intends ill for a people there is no repelling it | وَإِذَآ أَرَادَ اللهُ بِقَوْمٍ سُوْءًا فَلَا مَرَدَّ لَهُ | |
| and there is not for them besides Him any patron | 11 | وَمَا لَهُم مِّنْ دُوْنِهِ مِنْ وَالٍ |
| 14 | ||
| and to Allah (SWT) prostrate whoever is in the heavens and the earth, willingly | وَلِلَّهِ يَسْجُدُ مَن فِى السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ طَوْعًا | |
| or unwillingly and (so do) their shadows in the mornings and the afternoons | 15 | وَكَرْهًا وَظِلَالُهُم بِالغُدُوِّ وَالآصَالِ |
| say ‘who is the Lord of the heavens and the earth?’ say Allah SWT | قُلْ مَن رَّبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ قُلِ اللهُ | |
| say ‘do you then take from other than Him allies | قُلْ أَفَاتَّخَذْتُم مِّنْ دُوْنِهِ أَوْلِيَآءَ | |
| having no power even for benefit nor harm to themselves | لَا يَمْلِكُوْنَ لِأَنْفُسِهِمْ نَفْعًا وَلَا ضَرًّا | |
| say ‘is the blind equal to the seeing?
| or is the darkness equal to the light?
| or do they assign to Allah SWT partners who created like His creation | أَمْ جَعَلُواْ لِلَّهِ شُرَكَآءَ خَلَقُواْ كَخَلْقِهِ | |
| so their creation looks alike to them | فَتَشَابَهَ الْخَلْقُ عَلَيْهِمْ | |
| say ‘Allah SWT is the Creator of every thing and He is the One, the Irresistible | 16 | قُلِ اللهُ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُوَ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ |
| 42 | ||
| and those who disbelieved say, “you are not a Messenger” | وَيَقُوْلُ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوا لَسْتَ مُرْسَلًا | |
| say, “sufficient is Allah (SWT) as a witness between me and between you | قُلْ كَفَى بِاللهِ شَهِيْدًا بَيْنِى وَبَيْنَكُمْ | |
| and whom with him is the knowledge of the book” | 43 | وَمَنْ عِنْدَهُ عِلْمُ الكِتَابِ |
