Chapter 21
Chapter 21 of the holy Quran with full Arabic text and English translation (Surah Al-Anbiya – سُوْرَةُ الأَنْبِيَآءِ – The prophets)
In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Eternally Merciful
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَانِ الرَّحِيْمِ
Part 17 / Chapter 21 | Chapter 21 / اقْتَرَبَ لِلنَّاسِ حِسَابُهُمْ | |
Their accounting draws near for mankind, while they are turning away in heedlessness | 1 | اقْتَرَبَ لِلنَّاسِ حِسَابُهُمْ وَهُمْ فِي غَفْلَةٍ مُّعْرِضُوْنَ |
Not comes to them a reminder anew from their Lord | مَا يَأْتِيْهِمْ مِّنْ ذِكْرٍ مِّنْ رَّبِّهِمْ مُّحْدَثٍ | |
except they listen to it while they play | 2 | إِلَّا اسْتَمَعُوهُ وَهُمْ يَلْعَبُوْنَ |
He said, “my Lord knows what is said in the heavens and the earth | قَالَ رَبِّي يَعْلَمُ القَوْلَ فِي السَّمَآءِ وَالأَرْضِ | |
and He is the All Hearing, the All Knowing. | 4 | وَهُوَ السَّمِيْعُ العَلِيْمُ |

he said, “my Lord! judge You in truth! our Lord is the Most Gracious, | قَالَ رَبِّ احْكُم بِالحَقِّ رَبُّنَا الرَّحْمَانُ | |
the One whose help is sought against what you attribute | 112 | المُسْتَعَانُ عَلَى مَا تَصِفُوْنَ |
