Chapter 39
Chapter 39 of the holy Quran with full Arabic text and English translation (Surah Az-Zumar – سُوْرَةُ الزُّمَرِ – The groups)
In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Eternally Merciful
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَانِ الرَّحِيْمِ
| Part 23 / Chapter 39 | Chapter 39 / وَمَآ أَنْزَلْنَا عَلَى قَومِهِ | |
| The revelation of the book is from Allah (SWT), the All-Mighty, the All-Wise | 1 | تَنْزِيْلُ الكِتَابِ مِنَ اللهِ العَزِيْزِ الحَكِيْمِ |
| Verily, We sent down to you, the book in truth | إِنَّآ أَنْزَلْنَآ إِلَيْكَ الكِتَابَ بِالحَقِّ | |
| so, worship Allah (SWT), being sincere to Him in the religion | 2 | فَاعْبُدِ اللهَ مُخْلِصًا لَّهُ الدِّيْنَ |

| had Allah SWT wished to take a son | لَّوْ أَرَادَ اللهُ أَنْ يَتَّخِذَ وَلَدًا | |
| He could certainly have chosen whom He wished from what He created | لَّاصْطَفَى مِمَّا يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُ | |
| Glory be to Him, He is Allah SWT the One, the Irresistible | 4 | سُبْحَانَهُ هُوَ اللهُ الْوَاحِدُ القَهَّارُ |
| He created the heavens and the earth in truth | خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ بِالحَقِّ | |
| He wraps the night around the day and He wraps the day around the night | يُكَوِّرُ الَّيْلَ عَلَى النَّهَارِ وَيُكَوِّرُ النَّهَارَ عَلَى الَّيْلِ | |
| and He subjects the sun and the moon, all run their course for an appointed time | وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالقَمَرَ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي لِأَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى | |
| He is certainly the Mighty, the Forgiving | 5 | أَلَا هُوَ العَزِيْزُ الغَفَّارُ |

| then indeed, on the day of resurrection, you will be disputing with your Lord | 31 | ثُمَّ إِنَّكُمْ يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ عِنْدَ رَبِّكُمْ تَخْتَصِمُوْنَ |
| Part 24 / Chapter 39 | Chapter 39 / فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن كَذَبَ | |
| then, who does more wrong than one who utters a lie against Allah (SWT) | فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن كَذَبَ عَلَى اللهِ | |
| and denies the truth when it comes to him | وَكَذَّبَ بِالصِّدْقِ إِذْ جَآءَهُ | |
| is there not in Hell, an abode for the disbelievers? | 32 | أَلَيْسَ فِى جَحَنَّمَ مَثْوًى لِّلْكَافِرِيْنَ |

| and you will see the angels surrounding from around the throne | وَتَرَى المَلَآئِكَةَ حَآفِّيْنَ مِن حَوْلِ العَرْشِ | |
| glorifying the praises of their Lord and it will be judged between them in truth | يُسَبِّحُوْنَ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّهِمْ وَقُضِىَ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالحَقِّ | |
| and it will be said, “all the praises and thanks are for Allah (SWT), Lord of the creation” | 75 | وَقِيْلَ الحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ العَالَمِيْنَ |
