| Part 30 / Chapter 79 | Chapter 79 /
| By those who pull out (extract) harshly | 1 |
| and by those who pull out gently | 2 | وَالنَّاشِطَاتِ نَشْطًا |
| and by those who glorify with a glorification (keep afloat) | 3 | وَالسَّابِحَاتِ سَبْحًا |
| and by those who precede with a preceding | 4 | فَالسَّابِقَاتِ سَبْقًا |
| and by those who arrange (dispose) of matters | 5 | فَالمُدَبِّرَاتِ أَمْرًا |
| the day the one who quakes, quakes | 6 | يَوْمَ تَرْجُفُ الرَّاجِفَةُ |
| the one close behind follows it | 7 | تَتْبَعُهَا الرَّادِفَةُ |
| hearts that day will be agitated | 8 | قُلُوْبٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَاجِفَةٌ |
| their eyes will be humbled | 9 | أَبْصَارُهَا خَاشِعَةٌ |
| they will say, “Will we indeed be returned to the former state?”
| even when we have become decayed bones | 11 | أَءِذَا كُنَّاعِظَامًا نَّخِرَةً |
| they say, “that then, would be a losing return” | 12 | قَالُوا تِلْكَ إِذًا كَرَّةٌ خَاسِرَةٌ |
| then only it will be a single shout | 13 | فَإِنَّمَا هِيَ زَجْرَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ |
| and behold! they will be awakened | 14 | فَإِذَا هُمْ بِالسَّاهِرَةِ |
| Has come to you the narration of Musa (AS)?
| when his Lord called him in the sacred valley of Tuwa | 16 | إِذْ نَادَاهُ رَبُّهُ بِالوَادِ المُقَدَّسِ طُوًى |
| “Go to Firaun, truly he has transgressed” | 17 |
| and say, “would you (like) to purify yourself?”
| “And I will guide you to your Lord, so you may fear” | 19 |
| then he showed him the great sign | 20 | فَأَرَاهُ الآيَةَ الكُبْرَى |
| but he denied and he disobeyed | 21 | فَكَذَّبَ وَعَصَى |
| then he turned his back, striving | 22 | ثُمَّ أَدْبَرَ يَسْعَى |
| then he gathered and called | 23 | فَحَشَرَ فَنَادَى |
| and said, “I am your lord, the high” | 24 | فَقَالَ أَنَاْ رَبُّكُمُ الأَعْلَى |
| so, Allah (SWT) took him with an exemplary punishment for the last and the first | 25 | فَأَخَذَهُ اللهُ نَكَالَ الآخِرَةِ وَالأُوْلَى |
| truly in that is a lesson indeed for those who fear | 26 | إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَعِبْرَةً لِّمَنْ يَخْشَى |
| Are you more difficult to create or the heaven that He constructed? | 27 |
| He raised its ceiling and proportioned it | 28 | رَفَعَ سَمْكَهَا فَسَوَّاهَا |
| and He darkened its night and brought out its brightness | 29 | وَأَغْطَشَ لَيْلَهَا وَأَخْرَجَ ضُحَاهَا |
| and the earth after that, He spread it | 30 | وَالأَرْضَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ دَحَاهَآ |
| He brought out from it, its water and its pasture | 31 |
| and the mountains, He made them firm | 32 | وَالجِبَالَ أَرْسَاهَا |
| provision for you and for your cattle | 33 | مَتَاعًا لَّكُمْ وَلِأَنْعَامِكُمْ |
| but when comes the overwhelming calamity | 34 | فَإِذَا جَآءَتِ الطَّآمَّةُ الكُبْرَى |
| the day man will remember what he strove for | 35 | يَوْمَ يَتَذَكَّرُ الإِنْسَانُ مَا سَعَى |
| and the hellfire will be manifest for who sees | 36 | وَبُرِّزَتِ الجَحِيْمُ لِمَنْ يَرَى |
| then as for who transgressed | 37 | فَأَمَّا مَنْ طَغَى |
| and preferred the life of the world | 38 | وَءَاثَرَ الحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا |
| then truly hellfire, it is the abode | 39 | فَإِنَّ الجَحِيْمَ هِيَ المَأْوَى |
| but who feared standing (before) his Lord | وَأَمَّا مَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِ | |
| and restrained his soul from desires (inclinations) | 40 | وَنَهَى النَّفْسَ عَنِ الهَوَى |
| then truly paradise, it is the abode | 41 | فَإِنَّ الجَنَّةَ هِيَ المَأْوَى |
| They ask you about the hour, when is its appointed time?
| In what (position) you of mentioning it | 43 | فِيْمَ أَنْتَ مِنْ ذِكْرَاهَآ |
| to your Lord is its limits | 44 | إِلَى رَبِّكَ مُنْتَهَاهَآ |
| only you are a warner for who fears it | 45 | إِنَّمَآ أَنْتَ مُنْذِرُ مَنْ يَخْشَاهَا |
| On the day they see it, it will feel as if they, | كَأَنَّهُمْ يَوْمَ يَرَوْنَهَا | |
| not they remained except an evening or a morning | 46 | لَمْ يَلْبَثُوآ إِلَّا عَشِيَّةً أَوْ ضُحَاهَا |
