Chapter 93
Chapter 93 of the holy Quran with full Arabic text and English translation (Surah Ad-Duha – سُوْرَةُ الضُّحَى – The forenoon)
In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Eternally Merciful
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَانِ الرَّحِيْمِ
| Part 30 / Chapter-93 | Chapter 93 / عَمَّ يَتَسَآءَلُوْنَ | |
| By the brightness of the day (daylight) | 1 | وَالضُّحَى |
| And the night when it darkens | 2 | وَالَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَى |
| Your Lord has neither forsaken you nor hates you | 3 | مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَ مَا قَلَى |
| And verily the hereafter is better for you than the present | 4 | وَلَلْآخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لَّكَ مِنَ الْأُوْلَى |
| And very soon your Lord will give you till you are well pleased | 5 | وَلَسَوْفَ يُعْطِيْكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرْضَى |
| Did He not find you an orphan and gave you refuge | 6 | أَلَمْ يَجِدْكَ يَتِيْمًا فَئَاوَى |
| And He found you lost (in love) and guided you | 7 | وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلًا فَهَدَى |
| And He found you in want and made you rich | 8 | وَوَجَدَكَ عَآئِلًا فَأَغْنَى |
| So as for the orphan, do not opress (subjugate) | 9 | فَأَمَّا اليَتِيْمَ فَلَا تَقْهَرْ |
| And as for the one who asks, do not repel | 10 | وَأَمَّا السَّآئِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ |
| And as for the favor of your Lord, proclaim | 11 | وَأَمَّا بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثْ |
