Chapter 97
Chapter 97 of the holy Quran with full Arabic text and English translation (Surah Al-Qadr – سُوْرَةُ القَدْرِ – The decree)
In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Eternally Merciful
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَانِ الرَّحِيْمِ
| Part 30 / Chapter 97 | Chapter 97 / عَمَّ يَتَسَآءَلُوْنَ | |
| Truly, We have sent it down in the night of Qadr | 1 | إِنَّآ أَنْزَاْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ القَدْرِ |
| And what will make you know what the night of Qadr is? | 2 | وَمَآ أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ القَدْرِ |
| The night of Qadr is better than a thousand months | 3 | لَيْلَةُ القَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ |
| The Angels and Jibreel (AS) descend therein by the permission of their Lord from every command | 4 | تَنَزَّلُ المَلَآئِكَةُ وَالرُّوْحُ فِيْهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ مِنْ كُلِّ أَمْرٍ |
| Peace it is until the emergence of Dawn | 5 | سَلَامٌ هِيَ حَتَّى مَطْلَعِ الفَجْرِ |
