خَيْرًا
A word in the Arabic language will either be 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – خَيْرًا is a noun

| 2-158 | and who voluntarily does good then truly Allah (SWT) is Appreciative, All-Knowing | وَمَنْ تَطَوَّعَ خَيْرًا فَإِنَّ اللهَ شَاكِرٌ عَلِيْمٌ |
| It is prescribed for you, when death approaches any one of you | كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ المَوْتُ | |
| if he leaves wealth that he makes a bequest to parents and next of kin | إِنْ تَرَكَ خَيْرًا الوَصِيَّةُ لِلْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالأَقْرَبِيْنَ | |
| 2-180 | according to reasonable manners, a duty upon the pious (righteous) | بِالمَعْرُوْفِ حَقًّا عَلَى المُتَّقِيْنَ |
| For a fixed number of days but if any of you is ill or on a journey | أَيَّامًا مَّعْدُوْدَاتٍ فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيْضًا أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ | |
| the same number from other days and on those who can afford it | فَعِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ وَعَلَى الَّذِيْنَ يُطِيْقُوْنَهُ | |
| a ransom of feeding a needy (poor) but who volunteers to do more, then it is better for him | فِدْيَةٌ طَعَامُ مِسْكِيْنٍ فَمَنْ تَطَوَّعَ خَيْرًا فَهُوْ خَيْرٌ لَّهُ | |
| 2-184 | and to fast is better for you if you only knew | وَأَنْ تَصُوْمُوْا خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُوْنَ |
| He gives the wisdom to whom He wishes and who He receives (granted) wisdom | يُؤْتِي الحِكْمَةَ مَن يَشَآءُ وَمَن يُؤْتَ الحِكْمَةَ | |
