الأَرْضِ
A word in the Arabic language will either be 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – الأَرْضِ is a noun
A noun may either be 1) Definite or indefinite 2) Masculine or feminine 3) Singular, dual or plural 4) Nominative, accusative or genitive
الأَرْضُ is the natural state of this definite noun and it changes to الأَرْضِ due to: 1) a preposition that precedes it or 2) a possessed noun that precedes it or 3) it’s a noun of dependent declension a) نَعْتٌ / صِفَطٌ adjectives b) التَّوْكِيْدُ emphatic c) المَعْطُوْفٌ conjunction d) البَدَلُ synonym
That which rotates, Earth, Land, City, Country, Ground, Terrestrial globe
To rotate, bring forth herbs abundantly

| And when it is said to them, “Do not make mischief on the earth” | وَإِذَا قِيْلَ لَهُمْ لَا تُفْسِدُوْا فِي الأَرْضِ | |
| 2-11 | they say “We are only peacemakers” | قَالُوْا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُوْنَ |
| Those who break Allah SWT’s covenant after ratifying it | الَّذِيْنَ يَنْقُضُوْنَ عَهْدَ اللهِ مِنْ بَعْدِ مِيْثَاقِهِ | |
| and sever what Allah (SWT) has ordered with it to be joined (reached) | وَيَقْطَعُوْنَ مَآ أَمَرَ اللهُ بِهِ أَنْ يُوْصَلَ | |
| 2-27 | and cause mischief on the earth, those they are the losers | وَيُفْسِدُوْنَ فِي الأَرْضِ أُوْلَآئِكَ هُمُ الخَاسِرُوْنَ |
| He it is Who created for you all that is on the earth | هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ لَكُمْ مَّا فِي الأَرْضِ جَمِيْعًا | |
| then He established the heaven and proportioned them into seven heavens | ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى إِلَى السَّمَآءِ فَسَوَّاهُنَّ سَبْعَ سَمَوَاتٍ | |

| or half of it or a third of it as do a party of those with you | وَنِصْفَهُ وَثُلُثَهُ وَطَآئِفَةٌ مِّنَ الَّذِيْنَ مَعَكَ | |
| and Allah SWT measures the night and the day | وَاللهُ يُقَدِّرُ الَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ | |
| He knows that not you will be able to enumerate it so He turned to you in mercy | عَلِمَ أَن لَّن تُحْصُوهُ فَتَابَ عَلَيْكُمْ | |
| so read what is easy of the Quran | فَاقْرَءُواْ مَا تَيَسَّرَ مِنَ القُرْءَانِ | |
| He knows that there will be sick among you | عَلِمَ أَن سَيَكُوْنُ مِنْكُم مَّرْضَى | |
| and others travelling in the land | وَآخَرُوْنَ يَضْرِبُوْنَ فِي الأَرْضِ | |
| in search of the bounty of Allah SWT | يَبْتَغُوْنَ مِن فَضْلِ اللهِ | |
| and others fighting in the cause of Allah SWT | وَآخَرُوْنَ يُقَاتِلُوْنَ فِي سَبِيْلِ اللهِ | |
| so read what is easy from it | فَاقْرَءُواْ مَا تَيَسَّرَ مِنْهُ | |
| and establish the prayer and give the obligatory tax | وَأَقِيْمُواْ الصَّلَاةَ وَءَاتُواْ الزَّكَاةَ | |
| and loan to Allah SWT an excellent loan | وَأَقْرِضُواْ اللهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا | |
| and whatever of good you send ahead for yourselves, you will find it with Allah SWT | وَمَا تُقَدِّمُواْ لِأَنْفُسِكُم مِّنْ خَيْرٍ تَجِدُوْهُ عِنْدَ اللهِ | |
| it is better and superior in reward | هُوَ خَيْرًا وَأَعْظَمَ أَجْرًا | |
| 73-20 | and seek forgiveness of Allah SWT, indeed Allah SWT is Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful | وَاسْتَغْفِرُواْ اللهَ إِنَّ اللهَ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ |
| Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them | رَّبِّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا | |
| 78-37 | the Most-Gracious, not will they have power from Him (to) address | الرَّحْمَانِ لَا يَمْلِكُوْنَ مِنْهُ خِطَابًا |
| who belonging to Him is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth | الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ | |
| 85-9 | and Allah (SWT) is over all things All-Witnessing | وَاللهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيءٍ شَهِيْدٌ |
| 86-12 | and the earth possessing the ability to regenerate and replenish | وَالأَرْضِ ذَاتِ الصَّدْعِ |
| 88-20 | and the earth, how it is spread? | وَإِلَى الأَرْضِ كَيْفَ سُطِحَتْ |
| 91-6 | and the earth and Who spread it | وَالأَرْضِ وَمَا طَحَاهَا |
