مَنْ يَعْمَلْ
مَنْ يَعْمَلْ is a phrase شِبْهُ الجُمْلَةِ a conditional noun and a jussive verb compound
The natural state of the present tense verb is يَعْمَلُ however due to the presence of the conditional noun مَنْ that precedes it, it’s state changes to مَنْ يَعْمَلْ

| and who does from righteous deeds from male or female and he is a believer | وَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِنَ الصَّالِحَاتِ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَى وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ | |
| 4-124 | then those will enter Paradise and not will they be wronged as much as the speck on a date seed | فَأُوْلَآئِكَ يَدْخُلُوْنَ الجَنَّةَ وَلَا يُظْلَمُوْنَ نَقِيْرًا |
