Verse
Who has made the earth a resting place for you and the sky a canopyالَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الأَرْضَ فِرَاشًا وَالسَّمَآءَ بِنَآءً
and sent down water from the skyوَأَنْزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مَآءً
and brought forth therewith fruit as a provision for you’llفَأَخْرَجَ بِهِ مِنَ الثَّمَرَاتِ رِزْقًا لَّكُمْ
2-22then do not set up rivals unto Allah (SWT) while you know (better)فَلَا تَجْعَلُوْا لِلَّهِ أَنْدَادًا وَأَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُوْنَ
He it is Who created for you’ll all that is on earthهُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ لَكُمْ مَّا فِي الأَرْضِ جَمِيْعًا
then He established the heaven and proportioned them into seven heavensثُمَّ اسْتَوَى إِلَى السَّمَآءِ فَسَوَّاهُنَّ سَبْعَ سَمَوَاتٍ
2-29He is All Knowing over everythingوَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيْمٌ
He said “O Adam! Inform them of their names” and when he had informed them of their names, He saidقَالَ يَآ ءَادَمُ أَنْبِئْهُمْ بِأَسْمَآئِهِمْ فَلَمَّآ أَنْبَأَهُمْ بِأَسْمَآئِهِمْ قَالَ
“Did I not tell you’ll that indeed I know the unseen in the heavens and the earthأَلَمْ أَقُلْ لَكُمْ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ غَيْبَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ
2-33and I know what you reveal and what you conceal?”وَأَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُوْنَ وَمَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْتُمُوْنَ
Then Satan caused them to slip from it so, they were removed from what they were inفَأَزَلَّهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ عَنْهَا فَأَخْرَجَهُمَا مِمَّا كَانَا فِيْهِ
and We said “descend you all, some of you enemy to othersوَقُلْنَا اهْبِطُوْا بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ
2-36and for you’ll earth will be a dwelling place and a provision for a time”وَلَكُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ مُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمَتَاعٌ إِلَى حِيْنٍ
And when Moses said to his people “O my people! Truly you have wronged yourselvesوَإِذْ قَالَ مُوْسَى لِقَوْمِهِ يَا قَوْمِ إِنَّكُمْ ظَلَمْتُمْ أَنْفُسَكُمْ
by taking the calf (for worship) so, turn to your Creator (in repentance)بِاتِّخَاذِكُمُ العِجْلَ فَتُوْبُوْا إِلَى بَارِئِكُمْ
and kill yourselves (ego) that will be better for you’ll with your Creator”فَاقْتُلُوْا أَنْفُسَكُمْ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ عِنْدَ بَارِئِكُمْ
2-54then He accepted your repentance Truly He is the One Who accepts repentance, Most Mercifulفَتَابَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِنَّهُ هُوَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيْمُ
And when We said “Enter this town and eat from it from wherever you like in delightوَإِذْ قُلْنَا ادْخُلُوْا هَذِهِ القَرْيَةَ فَكُلُوْا مِنْهَا حَيْثُ شِئْتُمْ رَغَدًا
and enter the gate in humility (prostration) and say “Forgive us”وَادْخُلُوْا البَابَ سُجَّدًا وَقُوْلُوْا حِطَّةٌ
2-58We shall forgive you’ll your sins and We will increase you in goodnessنَّغْفِرْ لَكُمْ خَطَايَاكُمْ وَسَنَزِيْدُ المُحْسِنِيْنَ
And when you said “O Moses we cannot endure one kind of foodوَإِذْ قُلْتُمْ يَا مُوْسَى لَنْ نَّصْبِرَ عَلَى طَعَامٍ وَاحِدٍ
so, invoke your Lord for us to bring forth for us of what the earth growsفَادْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُخْرِجْ لَنَا مِمَّا تُنْبِتُ الأَرْضُ
of its herbs, its cucumbers, its wheat/garlic, its lentils and its onions”مِنْ بَقْلِهَا وَ قِثَّآئِهَا وَقَوْمِهَا وَعَدَسِهَا وَبَصَلِهَا
He said “Would you exchange for that which is lesser with that which is better?قَالَ أَتَسْتَبْدِلُوْنَ الَّذِي هُوَ أَدْنَى بِالَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ
Go you down to a town and you’ll shall find what you are asking for”اهْبِطُوْا مِصْرًا فَإِنَّ لَكُمْ مَّا سَأَلْتُمْ
And they were covered with humiliation and misery as they drew on themselves the Wrath of Allah (SWT)وَضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الذِّلَّةُ وَالمَسْكَنَةُ وَبَآءُوْا بِغَضَبٍ مِّنَ اللهِ
that due to their disbelieving in the signs of Allah (SWT)ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانُوْا يَكْفُرُوْنَ بِئَايَاتِ اللهِ
and killing the Prophets without rightوَيَقْتُلُوْنَ النَّبِيِّيْنَ بِغَيْرِ الحَقِّ
2-61that was because they disobeyed and were transgressingذَلِكَ بِمَا عَصَوْا وَّكَانُوْا يَعْتَدُوْنَ

77-39so, if there is for you’ll a way (plot, plan, scheme) then plan, against Meفَإِنْ كَانَ لَكُمْ كَيْدٌ فَكِيْدُوْنِ
79-33a provision for you’ll and your cattleمَتَاعًا لَّكُمْ وَلِأَنْعَامِكُمْ
80-32a provision for you’ll and your cattleمَتَاعًا لَّكُمْ وَلِأَنْعَامِكُمْ
109-6For you’ll your religion and for me my religion لَكُمْ دِيْنُكُمْ وَلِيَ دِيْنِ
