هِم

A word in the Arabic language will either be 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – هِم is a noun

A noun may either be 1) Definite or indefinite 2) Masculine or feminine 3) Singular, dual or plural 4) Nominative, accusative, genitive or fixed

هِم is a suffix (a word added to the back of a word), a possessive pronoun of the third person, masculine, plural

Means ‘them’ when used as an affix after a verb or preposition
Means ‘their’ when used as an affix after a noun

Verse
The path of those upon whom You have bestowed Your Graceصِرَاطَ الَّذِيْنَ أَنْعَمَتَ عَلَيْهِم
1-7not of those who have earned Your Anger, nor of those who are astrayغَيْرِ المَغْضُوْبِ عَلَيْهِم وَلَا الضَّالِّيْنَ
89-13so, your lord poured on them a scourge (portion) of punishmentفَصَبَّ عَلَيْهِم رَبُّكَ سَوْطَ عَذَابٍ
90-20the fire will be shut over themعَلَيْهِم نَارٌ مُّؤْصَدَةٌ
however, they denied him and killed itفَكَذَّبُوْهُ فَعَقَرُوْهَا
91-14so, their Lord destroyed them due to their sinفَدَمْدَمَ عَلَيْهِم رَبُّهُمْ بِذَنْبِهِم فَسَوَّاهَا
The Angels and Jibreel (AS) descend thereinتَنَزَّلُ المَلَآئِكَةُ وَالرُّوْحُ فِيْهَا
97-4by the permission of their Lord from every commandبِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِنْ كُلِّ أَمْرٍ
Their reward is with their Lord, eternal gardens, underneath which rivers flowجَزَاؤُهُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهَم جَنَّاتُ عَدْنٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ
They will abide therein forever Allah SWT pleased with themخَالِدِيْنَ فِيْهَا أَبَدًا رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُم
98-8and they with Him. That is for who feared his Lordوَرَضُوْا عَنْهُ ذَلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِيَ رَبَّهُ
104-8It will certainly incase themإِنَّهَا عَلَيْهِم مُّؤْصَدَةٌ
105-3When He sent down on them birds in flocksوَأَرْسَلَ عَلَيْهِم طَيْرًا أَبَابِيْلَ
105-4Throwing on them stones of clayتَرْمِيْهِم بِحِجَارَةٍ مِّنْ سِجِّيْلٍ
106-2Their familiarity with the journey of winter and summerإِيْلَافِهِم رِحْلَةَ الشِّتَآءِ وَالْصَّيْفِ
107-5those who, they are heedless about their prayersالَّذِيْنَ هُمْ عَنْ صَلَاتِهِم سَاهُوْنَ
