إِيَّا is a particle that is suffixed to attached pronouns meaning ‘alone’
إِيَّا occurs 24 times in the holy Quran

2-5 | Only You we worship and only You we ask for help | إِيَّكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّكَ نَسْتَعِيْنُ |
O Children of Israel! Remember My Favor which I bestowed upon you | يَابَنِي إِسْرَآئِيْلَ اذْكُرُوْا نِعْمَتِيَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ | |
fulfil your covenant to Me I will fulfil My covenant to you | وَأَوْفُوْا بِعَهْدِي أُوْفِ بِعَهْدِكُمْ | |
2-40 | and fear Me, only Me | وَإِيَّايَ فَارْهَبُوْنِ |
And believe in what I have sent down confirming that which is with you | وَءَامِنُوْا بِمَآ أَنْزَلْتُ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا مَعَكُمْ | |
and be not the first to disbelieve therein | وَلَا تَكُوْنُوْا أَوَّلَ كَافِرٍ بِهِ | |
2-41 | and purchase not with my verses a small price (gain) and fear (be conscious of) Me, only Me | وَلَا تَشْتَرُوْا بِئَايَاتِي ثَمَنًا قَلِيْلً وَإِيَّايَ فَاتَّقُوْنِ |
O you who believe! eat of the lawful things that We have provided you | يَآ أَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوْا كُلُوْا مِنْ طَيِّبَاتِ مَا رَزَقْنَاكُمْ | |
2-172 | and be grateful to Allah (SWT) if it is indeed Him you worship | وَاشْكُرُوْا لِلَّهِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ إِيَّاهُ تَعْبُدُوْنَ |
and belongs to Allah (SWT) whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth | وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ | |
and indeed, We enjoined those who were given the book from before you and to you | وَلَقَدْ وَصَّيْنَا الَّذِيْنَ أُوْتُوا الكِتَابَ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ وَإِيَّاكُمْ | |
that you fear Allah (SWT) and if you disbelieve then indeed, belongs to Allah (SWT) whatever is in the heavens | أَنِ اتَّقُوا اللهَ وَإِنْ تَكْفُرُوا فَإِنَّ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ | |
4-131 | and whatever is in the earth and Allah (SWT) is Rich (Free of need-self-sufficient), Worthy of All-Praise | وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ وَكَانَ اللهُ غَنِيًّا حَمِيْدًا |
Nay, only Him you will call, and He will remove what you call upon it, if He wills | بَلْ إِيَّاهُ تَدْعُوْنَ فَيَكْشِفُ مَا تَدْعُوْنَ إِلَيْهِ إِنْ شَآءَ | |
6-41 | and you will forget who you associate | وَتَنْسَوْنَ مَا تُشْرِكُوْنَ |
Say, “come, I will recite what your Lord prohibited to you, to not associate with Him anything | قُلْ تَعَالُوْا أَتْلُ مَا حَرَّمَ رَبُّكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ أَلَّا تُشْرِكُوا بِهِ شَيْئًا | |
and with the parents, be excellent and do not kill your children from poverty, We provide for you | وَبِالوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَانًا وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا أَوْلَادَكُم مِّنْ إِمْلَاقٍ نَحْنُ نَرْزُقُكُمْ | |
and for them, and don’t go near to immoralities, what is apparent of them and what is concealed | وَإِيَّاهُمْ وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا الفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ | |
and don’t kill the soul which Allah (SWT) prohibited except by right | وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللهُ إِلَّا بِالحَقِّ | |
6-151 | that He enjoined on you by it so that you may reason” | ذَلِكُمْ وَصَّاكُمْ بِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُوْنَ |
and Moosa (AS) chose seventy men from his people for Our appointment | وَاخْتَارَ مُوْسَى قَوْمَهُ سَبْعِيْنَ رَجُلًا لِّمِيْقَاتِنَا | |
then when the earthquake seized them, he said, “O my Lord! had you wished you could’ve destroyed them | فَلَمَّآ أَخَذَتْهُمُ الرَّجْفَةُ قَالَ رَبِّ لَوْ شِئْتَ أَهْلَكْتَهُمْ | |
from before and me, would You destroy us for what the fools among us did? | مِّنْ قَبْلُ وَإِيَّايَ أَتُهْلِكُنَا بِمَا فَعَلَ السُّفَهَآءُ مِنَّآ | |
not it is except Your trial, You let go astray by it whom You wish, and You guide whom You wish | إِنْ هِيَ إِلَّا فِتْنَتُكَ تُضِلُّ بِهَا مَنْ تَشَآءُ وَتَهْدِي مَنْ تَشَآءُ | |
7-155 | You are our Protector (Guardian) so forgive us and have mercy on us as You are the best of the forgivers | أَنْتَ وَلِيُّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الغَافِرِيْنَ |
and not was the asking of forgiveness of Ebrahim (AS) for his father except over a promise he had promised it | وَمَا كَانَ اسْتِغْفَارُ إِبْرَاهِيْمَ لِأَبِيْهِ إِلَّا عَن مَّوْعِدَةٍ وَعَدَهَآ | |
to him but when it became clear to him that he was an enemy to Allah (SWT) he disassociated with him | إِيَّاهُ فَلَمَّا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُ أَنَّهُ أَدُوٌّ لِلَّهِ تَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُ | |
9-114 | indeed, Ebrahim (AS) was certainly compassionate, forbearing | إِنَّ إِبَرَاهِيْمَ لَأَوَّاهٌ حَلِيْمٌ |
and the day We will gather them all together then We will say to those who associate partners, “Your place, you | وَيَوْمَ نَحْشُرُهُمْ جَمِيْعًا ثُمَّ نَقُوْلُ لِلَّذِيْنَ أَشْرَكُوا مَكَانَكُمْ أَنْتُمْ | |
10-28 | and your partners” then We will separate between them, and their partners will say, “not you used to worship us” | وَشُرَكَآؤُكُمْ فَزَيَّلْنَا بَيْنَهُمْ وَقَالَ شُرَكَآؤُهُم مَّا كُنْتُمْ إِيَّانَا تَعْبُدُوْنَ |
