لَم

A word in the Arabic language will either be 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – لَم is a particle

لَم is a negative particle giving to the present, the sense of the perfect

حَرْفٌ قَلْبٌحَرْفٌ جَزْمٌ وَنَفْيٌ وَقَلْبٌحَرْفٌparticle لَمDid notحَرْفُ نَفْيٍحَرْفٌُ جَزْمٌ

once in the particle and jussive verb لَم يَلِدْ and لَم يُوْلَدْ and and

3 times as the particle and jussive verb لَم يَجْعَلْ

Verse
 
Truly those who disbelieve it is the same to them whether you warn them or you warn them notإِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْهِم أَأَنْذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنْذِرْهُمْ
2-6they will not believeلَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ
But if you do not do it, and you will not be able to do it then fear the fire whichفَإِنْ لَّمْ تَفْعَلُوْا وَلَنْ تَفْعَلُوْا فَاتَّقُوْا النَّارَ الَّتِي
2-24its fuel is men and stones prepared for the disbelieversوَقُوْدُهَا النَّاسُ وَالحِجَارَةُ أُعِدَّتْ لِلْكَافِرِيْنَ
He said “O Adam! Inform them of their names” and when he had informed them of their names, He saidقَالَ يَآ ءَادَمُ أَنْبِئْهُمْ بِأَسْمَآئِهِمْ فَلَمَّآ أَنْبَأَهُمْ بِأَسْمَآئِهِمْ قَالَ
“Did I not tell you that indeed I know the unseen in the heavens and the earthأَلَمْ أَقُلْ لَكُمْ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ غَيْبَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ
2-33and I know what you reveal and what you conceal?”وَأَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُوْنَ وَمَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْتُمُوْنَ
Not We abrogate of a sign or cause it to be forgotten but We bring better than it or equal to itمَا نَنْسَخْ مِنْ ءَايَةٍ أَوْ نُنْسِهَا نَأْتِ بِخَيْرٍ مِّنْهَآ أَوْ مِثْلِهَا
2-106Know you not that Allah is over all things Powerful?أَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ أَنَّ اللهَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ
Do you not know that to Allah (SWT) belongs the kingdom of the heavens and earthأَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ أَنَّ اللهَ لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ
2-107and that for you, besides Allah (SWT) there is no friend or helperوَمَا لَكُمْ مِّنْ دُوْنِ اللهِ مِنْ وَلِيٍّ وَلَا نَصِيْرٍ
As We have sent to you a Messenger from among youكَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَا فِيْكُمْ رَسُوْلًا مِّنْكُمْ
reciting to you our verses and purifying you and teaching you the Book and the Wisdomيَتْلُوْا عَلَيْكُمْ ءَايَاتِنَا وَيُزَكِّيْكُمْ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمْ الكِتَابَ وَالحِكْمَةَ
2-151and teaching you that which you did not knowوَيُعَلِّمُكُمْ مَّا لَمْ تَكُوْنُوْا تَعْلَمُوْنَ
and perform the pilgrimage and minor pilgrimage for Allah (SWT)وَأَتِمُّوا الحَجَّ وَالعُمْرَةَ لِلَّهِ
but if you are held back then what can be obtained with ease of a sacrificial animalفَإِنْ أُحْصِرْتُمْ فَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الهَدْيِ
and do not shave your heads until the sacrifice reaches its destinationوَلَا تَحْلِقُوْا رُءُوْسَكُمْ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الهَدْيُ مَحِلَّهُ
and whosoever of you is ill or has an ailment of his headفَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيْضًا أَوْ بِهِ أَذًى مِّنْ رَّاسِهِ
then compensate by fasting or charity or a sacrificial offeringفَفِدْيَةٌ مِّنْ صِيَامٍ أَوْ صَدَقَةٍ أَوْ نُسُك
then when you are safe then whoever performs the minor pilgrimage followed by Hajjفَإِذَآ أَمِنْتُمْ فَمَنْ تَمَتَّعَ بِالعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الحَجَّ
then what can be obtained with ease of a sacrificial animalفَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الهَدْيِ
and who cannot find then a fast of three days during Hajjفَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلَاثَةٍ أَيَّامٍ فِى الحَجِّ
and seven days when you returned (home) that is ten (days) in allوَسَبْعَةٍ إِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ تِلْكَ عَشْرَةٌ كَامِلَةٌ
This is for him whose family is not present at the Sacred Mosqueذَلِكَ لِمَنْ لَّمْ يَكُنْ أَهْلُهُ حَاضِرِى المَسْجِدِ الحَرَامِ
2-196and be mindful of Allah (SWT) and know that Allah (SWT) is severe in punishmentوَاتَّقُوا اللهَ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللهَ شَدِيْدُ العِقَابِ
No blame on you if you divorce the women what not you touched themلَّا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِنْ طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَآءَ مَا لَمْ تَمَسُّوْهُنَّ
nor you specified for them a dowry and make provision for themأَوْ تَفْرِضُوا لَهُنَّ فَرِيْضَةً وَمَتِّعُوْهُنَّ
upon the wealthy according to his means and upon the poor according to his meansعَلَى المَوْسِعِ قَدَرُهُ وَعَلَى المُقْتِرِ قَدَرُهُ
2-236a provision in a fair manner, a duty upon the good doersمَتَاعًا بِالمَعْرُوْفِ حَقًّا عَلَى المُحْسِنِيْنَ
and if you fear then on foot or riding then when you are secureفَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ فَرِجَالًا أَوْ رُكْبَانًا فَإِذَآ أَمِنْتُمْ
2-239then remember Allah (SWT) like what He taught you what not you were knowingفَاذْكُرُوا اللهَ كَمَا عَلَّمَكُم مَّا لَمْ تَكُوْنُوا تَعْلَمُوْنَ
أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِيْنَ خَرَجُوا مِنْ دِيَارِهِمْ وَهُمْ أُلُوْفٌ حَذَرَ
المَوْتِ فَقَالَ لَهُمُ اللهُ مُوْتُوا ثُمَّ أَحْيَاهُمْ إِنَّ اللهَ
2-243 لَذُوْ فَضْلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَلَاكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَشْكُرُوْنَ

89-8the like of which were not created in the landالَّتِي لَمْ يُخْلَقْ مِثْلُهَا فِي البِلَادِ
90-7Does he think that no one did see him?أَيَحْسَبُ أَنْ لَّمْ يَرَهُ أَحَدٌ؟
90-8Did not We make for him a pair of eyes?أَلَمْ نَجْعَلْ لَّهُ عَيْنَيْنِ؟
93-6Did not He find you an orphan and gave you refugeأَلَمْ يَجِدْكَ يَتِيْمًا فَئَاوَى
94-1Did not We open your breast for you?أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ
96-5He taught man what he did not knowعَلَّمَ الإِنْسَانَ مَا لَمْ يَعْلَمْ
96-14Did not he know that Allah (SWT) seesأَلَمْ يَعْلَمْ بِأَنَّ اللهَ يَرَى
96-15Nay, if he ceases not, We will surely catch him by the forelockكَلَّا لَئِنْ لَّمْ يَنْتَهِ لَنَسْفَعًا بِالنَّاصِيَةِ
Not were those who disbelieved from the people of the book and the polytheistsلَم يَكُنِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِن أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَالْمُشْرِكِينَ
98-1to be abandoned until the clear evidence comes to themمُنْفَكِّينَ حَتَّىٰ تَأْتِيَهُمُ الْبَيِّنَةُ
105-1Did not you see how your Lord dealt with the companions of the elephant?أَلَم تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِأَصْحَابِ الْفِيلِ
105-2Did not He make their plan go astray?أَلَم يَجْعَلْ كَيْدَهُمْ فِي تَضْلِيلٍ
112-3He does not give birth nor was He bornلَم يَلِدْ وَلَم يُولَدْ
112-4And there is none like Himوَلَم يَكُن لَّهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ
