and when harm touches man, he calls Us lying on his side or sitting or standingوَإِذَا مَسَّ الإِنْسَانَ الضُّرُّ دَعَانَا لِجَنْبِهِ أَوْ قَاعِدًا أَوْ قَآئِمًا
but when We remove from him his affliction he passes on as if he had not called Us for the affliction that touched himفَلَمَّا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُ ضُرَّهُ مَرَّ كَأَن لَّمْ يَدْعُنَآ إِلَى ضُرٍّ مَّسَّهُ
10-12likewise, it is made fair seeming to the extravagant what they used to doكَذَلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِلْمُسْرِفِيْنَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُوْنَ
and certainly, if We give man a taste from Our mercy then We withdraw it from himوَلَئِنْ أَذَقْنَا الإِنْسَانَ مِنَّا رَحْمَةً ثُمَّ نَزَعْنَاهَا مِنْهُ
11-9indeed, he is certainly, ungratefully despairingإِنَّهُ لَيَئُوْسٌ كَفُوْرٌ
he said, “O my son! do not relate your vision to your brothers, lest they plot a plan against youقَالَ يَا بُنَيَّ لَا تَقصُص رُؤْيَاكَ عَلَى إِخْوَتِكَ فَيَكِيدُوا لَكَ كَيدًا
12-5indeed, Satan is to man, an open enemyإِنَّ الشَّيطَانَ لِلإِنسَانِ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ

89-15As for man, when his Lord tries him by giving him honor and bounties, then he says “my Lord has honored me”فَأَمَّا الإِنْسَانُ إِذَا مَا ابْتَلَاهُ رَبُّهُ فَأَكْرَمَهُ وَنَعَّمَهُ فَيَكُوْلُ رَبِّي أَكْرَمَنِي
89-23and that day Hell will be brought near, on that day man will remember, but how will that remembrance avail him?وَجِاْئَ يَوْمَئِذٍ بِجَهَنَّمَ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَتَذَكَّرُ الإِنْسَانُ وَأَنَّى لَهُ الذِّكْرَى
90-4Indeed we have created man in toilلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الإِنْسَانَ فِي كَبَدٍ
95-4Certainly, We created man in the best formلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ فِي أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ
96-2He created man from a clotخَلَقَ الإِنْسَانَ مِنْ عَلَقٍ
96-5He taught man what he did not knowعَلَّمَ الإِنْسَانَ مَا لَمْ يَعْلَمُ
96-6Nay Truly man incessantly transgressesكَلَّا إِنَّ الإِنْسَانَ لَيَطْغَى
99-3and man will say “What is the matter with her?”وَقَالَ الإِنْسَانُ مَا لَهَا
100-6Truly, man is extremely ungrateful to his Lordإِنَّ الإِنْسَانَ لِرَبِّهِ لَكَنُوْدٌ
