| 2-71 | They said “Now you have brought the truth” so, they sacrificed it though they almost did not do it. | قَالُوْا الئَانَ جِئْتَ بِالحَقِّ فَذَبَحُوْهَا وَمَا كَادُوْا يَفْعَلُوْنَ |
| And indeed, We gave Musa the book and followed it with a succession of Messengers | وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوْسَى الكِتَابَ وَقَفَّيْنَا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ بِالرُّسُلِ | |
| And We gave Isa, son of Mary clear signs and supported him with the Pure Spirit | وَءَاتَيْنَا عِيْسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ البَيِّنَاتِ وَأَيَّدْنَاهُ بِرُوْحِ القُدُسِ | |
| Is it that whenever there came to you a messenger with what you yourselves desired not you grew | أَفَكُلَّمَا جَآءَكُمْ رَسُوْلٌ بِمَا لَا تَهْوَى أَنْفُسُكُمُ اسْتَكْبَرْتُمْ | |
| 2-87 | arrogant? so, some you denied and some you killed. | فَفَرِيْقًا كَذَّبْتُمْ وَفَرِيْقًا تَقْتُلُوْنَ |
| And when a Book came to them from Allah (SWT) confirming what is with them | وَلَمَّا جَآءَهُمْ كِتَابٌ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللهِ مُصَدِّقٌ لِّمَا مَعَهُمْ | |
| and before they used to pray for victory over the disbelievers so, when came to them | وَكَانُوْا مِنْ قَبْلُ يَسْتَفْتِحُوْنَ عَلَى الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُمْ | |
| 2-89 | what they recognized, they disbelieved in it so, the Curse of Allah (SWT) be on the disbelievers | مَّا عَرَفُوْا كَفَرُوْا بِهِ فَلَعْنَةُ اللهِ عَلَى الكَافِرِيْنَ |
| And indeed, Musa came to you with clear signs | وَلَقَدْ جَآءَكُمْ مُوْسَى بِالبَيِّنَاتِ | |
| 2-92 | then you took the calf after him (for worship) so you were wrongdoers | ثُمَّ اتَّخَذْتُمُ العِجْلَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ وَأَنْتُمْ ظَالِمُوْنَ |
| And when there came to them a Messenger from Allah (SWT) confirming what was with them | وَلَمَّا جَآءَهُمْ رَسُوْلٌ مِّنْ عِنْدِ اللهِ مُصَدِّقٌ لِّمَا مَعَهُمْ | |
| a party of those who were given the Book threw away the book of Allah (SWT) | نَبَذَ فَرِيْقٌ مِّنَ الَّذِيْنَ أُوْتُوْا الكِتَابَ كِتَابَ اللهِ | |
