| but if there are women, more than two, then for them two thirds of what he left | فَإِنْ كُنَّ نِسَآءً فَوْقَ اثْنَتَيْنِ فَلَهُنَّ ثُلُثَا مَا تَرَكَ | |

| and if are for him siblings then for his mother is a sixth after any will | فَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ إِخْوَةٌ فَلِأُمِّهِ السُّدُسُ مِنْ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ | |
| he has made with it or any debt | يُوْصِى بِهَآ أَوْ دَيْنٍ | |
