| And indeed, We gave Musa the book and followed it with a succession of Messengers | وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوْسَى الكِتَابَ وَقَفَّيْنَا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ بِالرُّسُلِ | |
| And We gave Isa, son of Mary clear signs and supported him with the Pure Spirit | وَءَاتَيْنَا عِيْسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ البَيِّنَاتِ وَأَيَّدْنَاهُ بِرُوْحِ القُدُسِ | |
| Is it that whenever there came to you a messenger with what you yourselves desired not you grew arrogant? | أَفَكُلَّمَا جَآءَكُمْ رَسُوْلٌ بِمَا لَا تَهْوَى أَنْفُسُكُمُ اسْتَكْبَرْتُمْ | |
| 2-87 | So, some you denied and some you killed | فَفَرِيْقًا كَذَّبْتُمْ وَفَرِيْقًا تَقْتُلُوْنَ |
| Truly in the creation of the heavens and the earth and in the alternation of night and day | إِنَّ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَاخْتِلَافِ الَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ | |
| and the ships which sail in the sea with what benefits mankind and what Allah (SWT) sends down | وَالفُلْكِ الَّتِي تَجْرِي فِي البَحْرِ بِمَا يَنْفَعُ النَّاسَ وَمَآ أَنْزَلَ اللهُ | |
| from the heavens of rain giving life to the earth after its death and dispersing therein | مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مِن مَّآءٍ فَأَحْيَا بِهِ الأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا وَبَثَّ فِيْهَا | |
| of every moving creature and the shifting of the winds and the clouds drifting | مِنْ كُلِّ دَآبَّةٍ وَتَصْرِيْفِ الرِّيَاحِ وَالسَّحَابِ المُسَخَّرِ | |
| 2-164 | between the heavens and the earth are indeed signs for people of understanding | بَيْنَ السَّمَآءِ وَالأَرْضِ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُوْنَ |
| These messengers! We preferred some of them over others, among them who Allah (SWT) spoke | تِلْكَ الرُّسُلُ فَضَّلْنَا بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ مِّنْهُم مَّنْ كَلَّمَ اللهُ | |
| and He raised some of them in degrees and We gave Isa (AS) son of Mariam (RA) the clear proofs | وَرَفَعَ بَعْضَهُمْ دَرَجَاتٍ وَءَاتَيْنَا عِيْسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ البَيِّنَاتِ | |
| and We supported him with the holy spirit and had Allah (SWT) willed, not fought each other those who | وَأَيَّدْنَاهُ بِرُوْحِ القُدُسِ وَلَوْ شَآءَ اللهُ مَا اقْتَتَلَ الَّذِيْنَ | |
| from after them from after what clear proofs came to them, but they differed | مِن بَعْدِهِم مِّنْ بَعْدِ مَا جَآءَتْهُمُ البَيِّنَاتُ وَلَاكِنِ اخْتَلَفُوا | |
| so, from among them, who believed and from among them, who disbelieved and had Allah (SWT) willed | فَمِنْهُم مَّنْ ءَامَنَ وَمِنْهُم مَّنْ كَفَرَ وَلَوْ شَآءَ اللهُ | |
| 2-253 | not they fought each other but Allah (SWT) does what He wants | مَا اقْتَتَلُوا وَلَاكِنَّ اللهَ يَفْعَلُ مَا يُرِيْدُ |
| The example of who spend in this life of the world is like the example of a wind in it is frost | مَثَلُ مَا يُنْفِقُوْنَ فِي هَذِهِ الحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا كَمَثَلِ رِيْحٍ فِيْهَا صِرٌّ | |
| it struck the harvest of a people who wronged themselves then destroyed it | أَصَابَتْ حَرْثَ قَوْمٍ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ فَأَهْلَكَتْهُ | |
| 3-117 | and not did Allah (SWT) wrong them but they wronged themselves | وَمَا ظَلَمَهُمُ اللهُ وَلَكِنْ أَنْفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُوْنَ |
| O people of the book! don’t commit excess in your religion and don’t say about Allah (SWT) | يَآ أَهْلَ الكِتَابِ لَا تَغْلُوا فِي دِيْنِكُمْ وَلَا تَقُوْلُوا عَلَى اللهِ | |
| except the truth, only the Messiah, Isa (AS) son of Mary, messenger of Allah (SWT) and His Word | إِلَّا الحَقَّ إِنَّمَا المَسِيْحُ عِيْسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ وَكَلِمَتُهُ | |
| which He conveyed to Maryam (RA) and a spirit from Him so believe in Allah (SWT) and His messengers | أَلْقَاهَآ إِلَى مَرْيَمَ وَرُوْحٌ مِّنْهُ فَئَامِنُوا بِاللهِ وَرُسُلِهِ | |
| and don’t say “three”, desist (is) better for you | وَلَا تَقُوْلُوا ثَلَاثَةٌ انْتَهُوا خَيْرًا لَّكُمْ | |
| (say) only Allah (SWT) is a God, One, Glory be to Him! that He has for Him a son | إِنَّمَا اللهُ إِلَاهٌ وَاحِدٌ سُبْحَانَهُ أَنْ يَكُوْنَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ | |
| 4-171 | belongs to Him what is in the heavens and what is on the earth and sufficient is Allah (SWT) as a Guardian | لَّهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ وَكَفَى بِاللهِ وَكِيْلًا |
| When Allah (SWT) will say; “O Isa, son of Maryam remember My Favor upon you and upon your mother | إِذْ قًالَ اللهُ يَا عِيْسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ اذْكُرْ نِعْمَتِي عَلَيْكَ وَعَلَى وَالِدَتِكَ | |
| when I strengthened you with the spirit of purity so that you spoke to the people in infancy and maturity | إِذْ أَيَّدْتُكَ بِرُوْحِ القُدُسِ تُكَلِّمُ النَّاسَ فِي المَهْدِ وَكَهْلًا | |
| and when I taught you the Book and the wisdom and the Taurah and the Injeel | وَإِذْ عَلَّمْتُكَ الكِتَابَ وَالحِكْمَةَ وَالتَّوْرَاةَ وَالإِنْجِيْلَ | |
| and when you molded from clay like the shape of a bird by My permission then you breathed into it | وَإِذْ تَخْلُقُ مِنَ الطِّيْنِ كَهَيْئَةِ الطَّيْرِ بِإِذْنِي فَتَنْفُخُ فِيْهَا | |
| and it became a bird by My permission and you healed the ones born blind and the leper by My permission | فَتَكُونُ طَيْرًا بِإِذْنِي وَتُبْرِئُ الأَكْمَهَ وَالأَبْرَصَ بِإِذْنِي | |
| and when you brought forth the dead by My permission and when I restrained the Children of Israel from you | وَإِذْ تُخْرِجُ المَوْتَى بِإِذْنِي وَإِذْ كَفَفْتُ بَنِي إِسْرَآئِيْلَ عَنْكَ | |
| when you came to them with clear signs so those who disbelieved among them said, | إِذْ جِئْتَهُمْ بِالبَيِّنَاتِ فَقَالَ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوا مِنْهُمْ | |
| 5-110 | “This is not but clear magic” | إِنْ هَذَآ إِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُّبِيْنٌ |
| and He who sends the winds, glad tidings between His merciful hand until | وَهُوَ الَّذِي يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ بُشْرًا بَيْنَ يَدَي رَحْمَتِهِ حَتَّى | |
| when they carried heavy clouds, We drive them to a land, dead, then We send down on it, water | إِذَآ أَقَلَّتْ سَحَابًا ثِقَالًا سُقْنَاهُ لِبَلَدٍ مَّيِّتٍ فَأَنْزَلْنَا بِهِ المَآءَ | |
| 7-57 | then We bring forth from it from every fruit, thus We will bring forth the dead, so that you may take heed | فَأَخْرَجْنَا بِهِ مِنْ كُلِّ الثَّمَرَاتِ كَذَلِكَ نُخْرِجُ المَوْتَى لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُوْنَ |
| and obey Allah (SWT) and His messenger and do not dispute lest you get discouraged | وَأَطِيْعُ اللهَ وَرَسُوْلَهُ وَلَا تَنَازَعُوا فَتَفْشَلُوا | |
| 8-46 | and your strength will depart and be patient, surely, Allah (SWT) is with the patient | وَتَذْهَبَ رِيْحُكُمْ وَاصْبِرُوا إِنَّ اللهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِيْنَ |
| He is the One who enables you to travel in the land and the sea until when you are in the ships | هُوَ الَّذِي يُسَيِّرُكُمْ فِي البَرِّ وَالبَحْرِ حَتَّى إِذَا كُنْتُمْ فِي الفُلْكِ | |
| and they sail with them with a good wind, and they rejoice therein, a stormy wind comes to them | وَجَرَيْنَ بِهِمْ بِرِيْحٍ طَيِّبَةٍ وَفَرِحُوا بِهَا جَآءَتْهَا رِيْحٌ عَاصِفٌ | |
| and the waves come to them from every place, and they think they are surrounded by them, they call Allah (SWT) | وَجَآءَهُمُ المَوْجُ مِن كُلِّ مَكَانٍ وَظَنُّوا أَنَّهُمْ أُحِيْطَ بِهِمْ دَعَوُا اللهَ | |
| 10-22 | sincerely to Him in the religion “if You save us from this surely, we will be among the thankful” | مُخْلِصِيْنَ لَهُ الدِّيْنَ لَئِنْ أَنْجَيْنَا مِنْ هَذِهِ لَنَكُوْنَنَّ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِيْنَ |
