| and sever what Allah SWT has ordered in it to be joined (reached) | وَيَقْطَعُوْنَ مَا أَمَرَ اللهُ بِهِ أَنْ يُوْصَلَ | |
| 2-27 | and cause mischief on earth. They, they are the losers | وَيُفْسِدُوْنَ فِي الأَرْضِ أُوْلَائِكَ هُمُ الخَاسِرُوْنَ |
| and when your Lord said to the angels | وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ | |
| “verily I am going to place a vicegerent on earth,” | إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الأَرْضِ خَلِيْفَةً | |
| they said “will you place in it one who will make mischief therein and shed blood? | قَالُوْا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيْهَا مَنْ يُفْسِدُ فِيْهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الْدِّمَآءَ | |
| while we glorify You with praises and sanctify You” | وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ | |
