Verse
O you who believe! when you contract with one another any debt for a fixed termيَآ أَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوا إِذَا تَدَايَنْتُم بِدَيْنٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُّسَمَّى
then write it and let a writer (scribe) write between you in justiceفَاكْتُبُوْهُ وَلْيَكْتُب بَّيْنَكُمْ كَاتِبٌ بِالعَدْلِ
and the writer must not refuse to write as Allah (SWT) taught him so, let him writeوَلَا يَأْبَ كَاتِبٌ أَن يَكْتَبَ كَمَا عَلَّمَهُ اللهُ فَلْيَكْتُبْ
and let who incurs the liability dictate and he must fear Allah (SWT) his Lordوَلْيُمْلِلِ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ الحَقُّ وَلْيَتَّقِ اللهَ رَبَّهُ
and diminish not from it anything but if who, on him is the debt, isوَلَا يَبْخَسْ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا فَإِنْ كَانَ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ الحَقُّ
poor in understanding or weak or unable to dictate for himselfسَفِيْهًا أَوْ ضَعِيْفًا أَوْ لَا يَسْتَطِيْعُ أَنْ يُمِلَّ هُوَ
then let his guardian dictate in justice and witness with two witnesses, from your menفَلْيُمْلِلْ وَلِيُّهُ بِالعَدْلِ وَاسْتَشْهِدُوا شَهِيْدَيْنِ مِن رِّجَالِكُمْ
and if there are not two men then a man and two women, from what you are pleasedفَإِن لَّمْ يَكُوْنَا رَجُلَيْنِ فَرَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَتَانِ مِمَّن تَرْضَوْنَ
from witnessing, if one of them errs then the other of the two can remind herمِنَ الشُّهَدَآءِ أَنْ تَضِلَّ إِحْدَاهُمَا فَتُذَكِّرَ إِحْدَاهُمَا الأُخْرَى
and the witnesses should not refuse when they are called and don’t be weary to write itوَلَا يَأْبَ الشُّهَدَآءُ إِذَا مَا دُعُوا وَلَا تَسْئَمُوا أَنْ تَكْتُبُوْهُ
whether it be small or big, for its fixed termصَغِيْرًا أَوْ كَبِيْرًا إِلَى أَجَلِهِ
that is more just with Allah (SWT) and more solid as evidence and more convenient, to prevent doubtذَلِكُمْ أَقْسَطُ عِنْدَ اللهِ وَأَقْوَمُ لِلشَّهَادَةِ وَأَدْنَى أَلَّا تَرْتَابُوا
except when it is a present trade you carry out, on the spot, between youإِلَّآ أَنْ تَكُوْنَ تِجَارَةً حَاضِرَةً تُدِيْرُوْنَهَا بَيْنَكُمْ
then no sin on you, if you don’t write it but take witnesses when you make a commercial contractفَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَلَّا تَكْتُبُوْهَا وَأَشْهِدُوا إِذَا تَبَايَعْتُمْ
and not the writer, nor the witness, must suffer any harm but if you do then truly, it will be wickedness in youوَلَا يُضَآرَّ كَاتِبٌ وَلَا شَهِيْدٌ وَإِنْ تَفْعَلُوا فَإِنَّهُ فُسُوْقٌ بِكُمْ
2-282and fear Allah (SWT) and Allah (SWT) teaches you and Allah (SWT) is over everything, All-Knowingوَاتَّقُوا اللهَ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمُ اللهُ وَاللهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيْمٌ
Allah (SWT) bears witness that He, no God except Heشَهِدَ اللهُ أَنَّهُ لَآ إِلَاهَ إِلَّا هُوَ وَالمَلَآئِكَةُ
and the angels and the people of knowledge standing in justiceوَأُوْلُوا العِلْمِ قَآئِمًا بِالقِسْطِ
3-18no God except He, All-Mighty, All-Wiseلَآ إِلَاهَ إِلَّا هُوَ العَزِيْزُ الحَكِيْمُ
Truly, those who disbelieve in the signs of Allah (SWT)إِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ يَكْفُرُوْنَ بِئَايَاتِ اللهِ
and kill the prophets without rightوَيَقْتُلُوْنَ النَّبِيِّيْنَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ
and kill those who order to justice from the peopleوَيَقْتُلُوْنَ الَّذِيْنَ يَأْمُرُوْنَ بِالقِسْطِ مِنَ النَّاسِ
