Surah  MeaningAayat
The root  ل ق ي  occurs in the holy Quran approximately 146 times
فِعْلٌ مَاضٍفِعْلٌ2-14And when they meet the believers, they say “We believe” but when they are alone with their disbelievers وَإِذَا لَقُوْا الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوْا قَالُوْا ءَامَنَّا وَإِذَا خَلَوْا إِلَى شَيَاطِيْنِهِمْ
they say “Truly we are with you, truly we were but mocking”قَالُوْا إِنَّا مَعَكُمْ إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُسْتَهْزِءُوْنَ
فِعْلٌ مَاضٍF52-37Then Adam received from his Lord Words and his Lord pardoned him, Truly He is the Acceptor of repentance, Most Mercifulفَتَلَقَّى ءَادَمُ مِنْ رَّبِّهِ كَلِمَاتٍ فَتَابَ عَلَيْهِ إِنَّهُ هُوَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيْمُ
اسْمُ الْفَاعِلِF32-46Those who are convinced in their meeting with their Lord and thatالَّذِيْنَ يَظُنُّوْنَ أَنَّهُمْ مُلَاقُوْا رَبِّهِمْ وَأَنَّهُمْ
unto Him they will be returning إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُوْنَ
