Verse
1-4Owner of the day of accountingمَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّيْنِ
And when your Lord said to the angels “Verily I am going to place a vicegerent on earth,”وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الأَرْضِ خَلِيْفَةً
they said “will you place in it one who will make mischief therein and shed blood?قَالُوْا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيْهَا مَنْ يُفْسِدُ فِيْهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الْدِّمَآءَ
2-30while we glorify You with praises and sanctify You” He said “Truly I know that which you do not know”وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ قَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُوْنَ
And He (SWT) taught Adam (AS) all the names, then He (SWT) showed them to the angels and said,وَعَلَّمَ ءَادَمَ الأَسْمَآءَ كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى المَلَآئِكَةِ فَقَالَ
2-31“Tell me the names of these if you are truthful”أَنْبِئُوْنِي بِأَسْمَآءِ هَآؤُلَآءِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِيْنَ
And when We said to the angels “Prostrate yourselves before Adam” they prostrated except Satan, he refusedوَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَآئِكَةِ اسْجُدُوْا لِأَدَمَ فَسَجَدُوْا إِلَّآ إِبْلِيْسَ أَبَى وَاسْتَكْبَرَ
2-34and was proud and became of the disbelievers.وَكَانَ مِنَ الكَافِرِيْنَ

Say, “O Allah (SWT) Lord of the kingdom, You give the kingdom to whom You wishقُلِ اللَّهُمَّ مَالِكَ المُلْكِ تُؤْتِي المُلْكَ مَنْ تَشَآءُ
and You take away the kingdom from whom You wish, and You strengthen whom You wish, and You humiliateوَتَنْزِعُ المُلْكَ مِمَّنْ تَشَآءُ وَتُعِزُّ مَنْ تَشَآءُ وَتُذِلُّ
3-26whom You wish, in Your hand is the good, truly You are over everything All-Powerfulمَنْ تَشَآءُ بِيَدِكَ الخَيْرُ إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ

and not We made the companions of the fire, except angelsوَمَا جَعَلْنَآ أَصْحَابَ النَّارِ إِلَّا مَلَآئِكَةً
and not We made their number, except a trial for those who disbelieveوَمَا جَعَلْنَا عِدَّتَهُمْ إِلَّا فِتْنَةً لِّلَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوا
so that those who were given the book may be convincedلِيَسْتَيْقِنَ الَّذِيْنَ أُوْتُوا الكِتَابَ
and those who believe may increase in faithوَيَزْدَادَ الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوا إِيْمَانًا
and those who were given the book and the believers do not doubtوَلَا يَرْتَابَ الَّذِيْنَ أُوْتُوا الكِتَابَ وَالمُؤْمِنُوْنَ
and those in whose hearts is a disease and the disbelievers may sayوَلِيَقُوْلَ الَّذِيْنَ فِيْ قُلُوْبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ وَالكَافِرُوْنَ
“What does Allah (SWT) intend by this example?”مَاذَآ أَرَادَ اللهُ بِهَذَا مَثَلًا
thus Allah (SWT) leads astray whom He wills and guides whom He willsكَذَلِكَ يُضِلُّ اللهُ مَنْ يَشَآءُ وَيَهْدِي مَنْ يَشَآءُ
and he knows not the hosts of your Lord but Heوَمَا يَعْلَمُ جُنُوْدَ رَبِّكَ إِلَّا هُوَ
74-31and this is not except a reminder to mankindوَمَا هِيَ إِلَّا ذِكْرَى لِلْبَشَرِ
and when you look then you will see a blessing (delight)وَإِذَا رَأَيْتَ ثَمَّ رَأَيْتَ نَعِيْمًا
76-20and a great kingdomوَمُلْكًا كَبِيْرًا
Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between themرَّبِّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا
78-37the Most-Gracious, not will they have power from Him (to) addressالرَّحْمَانِ لَا يَمْلِكُوْنَ مِنْهُ خِطَابًا
the day the spirit and the angels will stand in rows, they will not speakيَوْمَ يَقُوْمُ الرُّوْحُ وَالمَلَآئِكَةُ صَفًّا لَّا يَتَكَلَّمُوْنَ
78-38except whom the Most-Merciful permits him and he will say what is correctإِلَّا مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ الرَّحْمَانُ وَقَالَ صَوَابًا
the day when no soul shall have power over anotherيَوْمَ لَا تَمْلِكُ نَفْسٌ لِّنَفْسٍ شَيْئًا
82-19for the decision that day will belong to Allah (SWT)وَالأَمْرُ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلَّهِ
who belonging to Him is the kingdom of the heavens and the earthالَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ
85-9and Allah (SWT) is over all things All-Witnessingوَاللهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيءٍ شَهِيْدٌ
89-22and your Lord comes with the angels in rowsوَجَاءَ رَبُّكَ وَالمَلَكُ صَفًّا صَفًّا
97-4The Angels and Jibreel (A.S) descend therein by the permission of their Lord from every commandتَنَزَّلُ المَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوْحُ فِيْهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ مِنْ كُلِّ أَمْرٍ
114-2The King of mankindمَلِكِ النَّاسِ
