that Allah (SWT) gives you glad tidings of Yahya (John), confirming a word from Allah (SWT)أَنَّ اللهَ يُبَشِّرُكَ بِيَحْيَى مُصَدِّقًا بِكَلِمَةٍ مِّنَ اللهِ
3-39and noble and chaste and a prophet among the righteousوَسَيِّدًا وَحَصُوْرًا وَنَبِيًّا مِّنَ الصَّالِحِيْنَ
“Our Lord! surely we heard a caller calling to the faith (belief) that “believe in your Lord”رَّبَّنَآ إِنَّنَا سَمِعْنَا مُنَادِيًا يُنَادِي لِلْإِيْمَانِ أَنْ ءَامِنُوا بِرَبِّكُمْ
so we believed “Our Lord! so forgive for us our sins and remove from us our evil deedsفَئَامَنَّا رَبَّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوْبَنَا وَكَفِّرْ عَنَّا سَيِّئَاتِنَا
3-193and cause us to die with the righteous”وَتَوَفَّنَا مَعَ الأَبْرَارِ
