تُطِعْ
A word in the Arabic language will either be: 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – تُطِعْ is a verb
A verb will either be: 1) past tense or 2) present or future tense or 3) a command or request verb, also called an imperative – تُطِعْ is a present tense verb
A present or future tense verb will be in one of the following states: 1) مَرْفُوْعٌ – nominative or 2) مَنْصُوْبٌ – accusative or 3) مَجْزُوْمٌ – jussive
تُطِيْعُ is the nominative (مَرْفُوْعٌ ) state of this verb, which means it is in its natural state and it changes to تُطِعْ when it is preceded by 1) a jussive particle likeلَامُ الأَمْرِ which is a particle of command or request for a third person or حَرْفُ جَزْمٍ وَنَفْيٍ وَقَلْبٍ a past negation particle or لَا النَّاهِيَةُ a prohibition particle or a jussive noun of conditon أَدَوَاتُ الشَّرْطِ الْجَازِمَةُ or 2) an accusative particle like لَن a future negation particle
