The Originator of the heavens and the earth | بَدِيْعُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ | |
2-117 | When He decrees a matter, He only says to it “Be” and it is | وَإِذَا قَضَى أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُوْلُ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُوْنُ |
and their prophet said to them, “Indeed, Allah (SWT) certainly raised for you Talut (Saul) as king” | وَقَالَ لَهُمْ نَبِيُّهُمْ إِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ بَعَثَ لَكُمْ طَالُوْتَ مَلِكًا | |
they said, “how the kingship be for him over us while we are more entitled to kingship than him | قَالُوا أَنَّى يَكُوْنُ لَهُ المُلْكُ عَلَيْنَا وَنَحْنُ أَحَقُّ بِالمُلْكِ مِنْهُ | |
and not he has been given abundance of wealth?” He said, “Indeed, Allah chose him over you | وَلَمْ يُؤْتَ سَعَةً مِّنَ المَالِ قَالَ إِنَّ اللهَ اصْطَفَاهُ عَلَيْكُمْ | |
and increased him abundantly in knowledge and physique | وَزَادَهُ بَسْطَةً فِي العِلْمِ وَالجِسْمِ | |
2-247 | and Allah (SWT) gives His kingdom to whom He wills and Allah (SWT) is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing” | وَاللهُ يُؤْتِي مُلْكَهُ مَنْ يَشَآءُ وَاللهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيْمٌ |
He said, “My Lord, how can be for me a son? | قَالَ رَبِّ أَنَّى يَكُوْنُ لِي غُلَامٌ | |
as verily old age has reached me, and my wife is barren | وَقَدْ بَلَغَنِيَ الكِبَرُ وَامْرَأَتِي عَاقِرٌ | |
3-40 | He said, “Thus Allah (SWT) does what He wishes” | قَالَ كَذَلِكَ اللهُ يَفْعَلُ مَا يَشَآءُ |
She said, “My Lord, how be for me a boy when not touched me any man? | قَالَتْ رَبِّ أَنَّى يَكُوْنُ لِي وَلَدٌ وَلَمْ يَمْسَسْنِي بَشَرٌ | |
He said, “Thus Allah (SWT) creates what He wishes” | قَالَ كَذَلِكِ اللهُ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُ | |
3-47 | when He decrees a matter then only, He says to it “Be” and it becomes | إِذَا قَدَى أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُوْلُ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُوْنُ |
and a messenger to the children of Israel | وَرَسُوْلًا إِلَى بَنِي إِسْرَاءِيْلَ | |
“Indeed, I surely come to you with a sign from your Lord | أَنِّي قَدْ جِئْتُكُمْ بِئَايَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ | |
that I create for you from clay like the form of a bird | أَنِّي أَخْلُقُ لَكُمْ مِنَ الطِّيْنِ كَهَيْئَةِ الطَّيْرِ | |
then I breathe into it, and it becomes a bird by the permission of Allah (SWT) | فَأَنْفُخُ فِيْهِ فَيَكُوْنُ طَيْرًا بِإِذْنِ اللهِ | |
and I cure the blind and the leper and I give life to the dead by the permission of Allah (SWT) | وَأُبْرِئُ الأَكْمَهَ وَالأَبْرَصَ وَأُحْيِ المَوْتَى بِإِذْنِ اللهِ | |
and I inform you of what you eat and what you store in your houses | وَأُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِمَا تَأْكُلُوْنَ وَمَا تَدَّخِرُوْنَ فِي بُيُوْتِكُمْ | |
3-49 | truly in these are signs for you if you be believers | إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَئَايَةً لَّكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِيْنَ |
Indeed, the likeness of Isa (AS) with Allah (SWT) is like Adam (AS) | إِنَّ مَثَلَ عِيْسَى عِنْدَ اللهِ كَمَثَلِ ءَادَمَ | |
3-59 | He created him from dust, then He said to him, “Be” and he was | خَلَقَهُ مِنْ تُرَابٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُوْنُ |
Here, you are those who argue for them in the life of the world | هَآ أَنْتُمْ هَآؤُلَآءِ جَادَلْتُمْ عَنْهُمْ فِي الحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا | |
then, who will argue to Allah (SWT) for them on the day of resurrection | فَمَنْ يُجَادِلُ اللهَ عَنْهُمْ يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ | |
4-109 | or who will be for them a defender (lawyer-guardian-manager) | أَمْ مَّنْ يَكُوْنُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَكِيْلًا |
and not from the people of the book except he must absolutely believe in him before his death | وَإِن مِّنْ أَهْلِ الكِتَابِ إِلَّا لَيُؤْمِنَنَّ بِهِ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ | |
4-159 | and on the day of resurrection he (AS) will be against them a witness | وَيَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ يَكُوْنُ عَلَيْهِمْ شَهِيْدًا |
And when Allah (SWT) said, “O Isa, son of Maryam | وَإِذْ قَالَ اللهُ يَا عِيْسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ | |
Did you say to the people “take me and my mother as two gods besides Allah (SWT)” | ءَأَنْتَ قُلْتَ لِلنَّاسِ اتَّخِذُونِي وَأُمِّيَ إِلَاهَيْنِ مِنْ دُوْنِ اللهِ | |
He said, “Glory be to You, it is not for me to say what I have no right (to say) | قَالَ سُبْحَانَكَ مَا يَكُونُ لِي أَنْ أَقُولَ مَا لَيْسَ لِي بِحَقٍّ | |
If I had said it, then certainly you would know it | إِنْ كُنْتُ قُلْتُهُ فَقَدْ عَلِمْتَهُ | |
You know what is in myself and i know not what is in yourself | تَعْلَمُ مَا فِي نَفْسِى وَلَا أَعْلَمُ مَا فِي نَفْسِكَ | |
5-116 | Truly You, You are All-Knowing of the unseen | إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الغُيُوبِ |
and He is who created the heavens and the earth in truth | وَهُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ بِالحَقِّ | |
and the day He says “Be” and it will be, His word is the truth | وَيَوْمَ يَقُوْلُ كُنْ فَيَكُوْنُ قَوْلُهُ الحَقُّ | |
and for Him is the dominion (kingdom), the day the trumpet will be blown in | وَلَهُ المُلْكُ يَوْمَ يُنْفَخُ فِي الصُّوْرِ | |
6-73 | He is the All-Knower of the unseen and the seen and He is the All-Wise, All-Aware | عَالِمُ الغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ وَهُوَ الحَكِيْمُ الخَبِيْرُ |
Originator of the heavens and the earth, how be for Him a son, while not is for Him | بَدِيْعُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ أَنَّى يَكُوْنُ لَهُ وَلَدٌ وَلَمْ تَكُن لَّهُ | |
6-101 | a companion and He created everything, and He is over everything, All-Knowing | صَاحِبَةٌ وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيْمٌ |
He said, “Then go down (descend) from it, for it is not becoming of you, that you be arrogant in it | قَالَ فَاهْبِطْ مِنْهَا فَمَا يَكُوْنُ لَكَ أَنْ تَتَكَبَّرَ فِيْهَا | |
7-13 | so, get out! truly you are of the disgraced (humiliated-made small) ones” | فَاخْرُجْ إِنَّكَ مِنَ الصَّاغِرِيْنَ |
Indeed, we would invent against Allah (SWT) a lie if we returned in your religion | قَدِ افْتَرَيْنَا عَلَى اللهِ كَذِبًا إِنْ عُدْنَا فِي مِلَّتِكُم | |
after Allah (SWT) saved us from it | بَعْدَ إِذْ نَجَّيْنَا اللهُ مِنْهَا | |
and not it is for us that we return in it except that Allah (SWT) our Lord wills | وَمَا يَكُوْنُ لَنَآ أَن نَّعُوْدَ فِيْهَآ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ اللهُ رَبُّنَا | |
our Lord encompasses everything in knowledge, upon Allah (SWT) we put our trust | وَسِعَ رَبُّنَا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ عِلْمًا عَلَى اللهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا | |
our Lord, decide (give victory-open) between us and between our people in truth | رَبَّنَا افْتَحْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ قَوْمِنَا بِالحَقِّ | |
7-89 | and You are best of those who decide (opener) | وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الفَاتِحِيْنَ |
How can there be for the polytheists a covenant with Allah (SWT) and with His messenger | كَيْفَ يَكُوْنُ لِلْمُشْرِكِيْنَ عَهْدٌ عِنْدَ اللهِ وَعِنْدَ رَسُوْلِهِ | |
except those who you made a covenant near the sacred mosque | إِلَّا الَّذِيْنَ عَاهَدتُّمْ عِنْدَ المَسْجِدِ الحَرَامِ | |
9-7 | so, as long as they are upright to you then you be upright to them, surely Allah (SWT) loves the ones who are Mindful | فَمَا اسْتَقَامُوا لَكُمْ فَاسْتَقِيْمُوا لَهُمْ إِنَّ اللهَ يُحِبُّ المُتَّقِيْنَ |
and when Our signs are recited to them as clear proofs | وَإِذَا تُتْلَى عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَاتُنَا بَيِّنَاتٍ | |
those who do not hope for the meeting with Us say | قَالَ الَّذِيْنَ لَا يَرْجُوْنَ لِقَآءَنَا | |
“Bring us a Quran other than this or change it” say, “not it is for me that I change it | ائْتِ بِقُرْءَانٍ غَيْرِ هَذَآ أَوْ بَدِّلْهُ قُلْ مَا يَكُوْنُ لِي أَنْ أُبَدِّلَهُ | |
of my own accord, not I follow except what is revealed to me | مِنْ تِلْقَآئِ نَفْسِي إِنْ أَتَّبِعُ إِلَّا مَا يُوْحَى إِلَيَّ | |
10-15 | indeed, I fear if I were to disobey my Lord, a punishment of a great day” | إِنِّي أَخَافُ إِنْ عَصَيْتُ رَبِّي عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيْمٍ |
